Been loving my Honda Fit 2015 EX (that was a trade-in, 82k), I had my eyes on it for the 3+ weeks when I found it online and went in to figure out my choices as a first time buyer for my own car.Highly recommend Cross G., who helped me and kept in touch with me over text messaging throughout the whole process. Also thanks to Lang on the first day I came in.My dad also came in one visit to test the car and correspond with the Burnsville team. He's a bit more of a hard sell and the Burnsville team was accommodating and professional. They addressed a wheel alignment issue that my dad noticed with the steering wheel being shaky + had the car driven to my place 30min away for free, or at least in exchange for an honest review.I ended up purchasing extended coverage, even as I came in being told not to buying coverage ever. Tho that's me being honest about my own choices. Dan, their finance guy, cut the deductible from $100 to $0, and the rate is about $2750 for 75k addtl miles / 4 years. Maybe I'll take this as a kick to the pants to go on more road trips and make music to tour-gig the Midwest and get my money's worth, lol.No outstanding hidden fees that I could see. About $16.5k for everything, got an 8.05% apr over 36 months. Again, I'm a first time buyer who happens to be honest (to a fault), so just laying my numbers out there. I'll probably manage to pay off earlier, maybe 2 years.So long as the Fit drives well for the next few years, then this positive review should stand. Thanks again to Cross and the Burnsville team.Bonus about the Fit last night: I tried parking between a few tight spots and was surprised how tight a fit the Fit was able to make. It's a bit growly in the cabin, tho seems in line for how a Fit would end up sounding and was definitely sold for a good price.

It s been a long time since I ve been to a dealership where they made me feel I was in charge & respected at the same time.Long story short, I had my array of obstacles the week had thrown my way & was in of a vehicle. I just wanted to sit in a Dodge Durango & possibly test drive on my lunch hour. I didn t have time to screw around & I said I would not be buying today because I needed my husband to also agree with decision. I worked with Rob & he was straight to the point, kind, understanding, not pushy. Everything you d want in a car salesperson. My husband ended up driving up later that day & going through the motions which was fairly quick & simple. To close the sale I needed to sign papers & so Rob followed my husband to my work so Nick didn t have to drive back to dealership instead head home to pick up our daughter. It was top notch service & we thank you kindly.

I had a great experience buying one of my dream cars (Subaru WRX) from this dealership. I called and spoke to a sales person but they were in the middle of a test drive with another customer when I arrived. Instead of having to wait for them to return, Cody Bernstein said he could fill in and answer questions I had. I only had a few as I had been researching the car for years before purchasing one. He went on two test drives with me before I found exactly what I was looking for. JT helped make sure the financing was in the budget and answered all of the finance and warranty questions. There were minor things that I wanted fixed, (O2 sensor and a fog light bulb) and he helped me schedule an appointment to have them fixed. I would highly recommend going here if you re in the market for a new/used car!

I can't say enough positive things and my experience this last week at Burnsville Motors. We worked with Cross and the entire time we felt like we were just visiting and chatting with old friend. He did a great job of reading us and making sure we felt comfortable and no pressure. We came in pretty late and had to run down some paperwork and he stayed past closing to get the car ready for us. Thank you Cross and Ryan for being straight up with us and being flexible. We will certainly come back and if anyone asks where we got the rogue, we won't hesitate to share our experience.

I had a great truck buying experience here at Burnsville Motors! I walked in, no appointment, and Rob was right there to greet me with a smile. They had a couple options that I was interested in, and Rob immediately went to work for me. I test drove one the first day, and came back the next day to drive the second. Rob was knowledgeable about the vehicles, and also ran through things like the CarFax reports for some maintenance peace of mind. Mike from service was also very helpful, as he owned a similar vehicle and added to what we had already discussed. After I had decided on one, Dan from the Finance department helped me finish up, and he was also great! I was dealing with a Total Loss situation with my insurance company, and they were very patient with me as that took some time. Overall, I would 100% recommend Rob and this team here. Rob went above and beyond to help me out, checking in during the process, and keeping things very relaxed. I never once felt pressured, and always felt that my interests were kept at the forefront. At the end of the day, I have an awesome new truck, and I have these guys to thank for it!

Hands down the best car-buying experience I ve had. Rob and Ryan were straightforward, priced their vehicle fairly and offered a fair value for my trade. From the time I showed up until the deal was done took maybe 90 minutes (and that was including 20 minutes I had to step out to take a work call) and the entire time was enjoyable.

We were searching for a used vehicle after we had been in an accident and Rob Moores was our man! He was awesome to deal with and we feel we got a great car, he was so nice and easy to talk to and really made us feel comfortable as we were there! Rob was so nice as he also made the experience memorable to our children as well, could t have asked for a better sales person. I should say a better team, as Ryan in finance was also a pleasure to deal with and we thank them very much for helping us get rolling down the road again! I would definitely recommend to someone looking for a new vehicle!

This was by far the most stress free, quality and enjoyable car buying experience my wife and I have had yet. We highly recommend Rob who helped us with our purchase of a 2017 Civic hatchback.Rob went above and beyond for both my wife and I by helping us get an extra key that a previous employee had misplaced. Later they did find the key in the x employee s desk so now we have 3 keys.Rob also was a great help after the purchase of the car, showing my wife all the features and details of the car in more depth.Ryan their finance guy also was a pleasure to work with. Very reasonable, informative and pleasant. We will be back for more cars in the future. Thanks for a great car purchase experience Rob and Ryan.

Cross Gibson was an excellent salesman. He was very patient with me as I was finding things about the vehicle that had suggested someone had been inside of the engine at 101,000 miles. He brought me to the head shop guy and came out with receipts of all the internal work that they did to the engine. Gave me peace of mind that it was there shop and not someone else. So i was able to see and ask him what he all did and maybe as to why it needed everything it did with that low of miles. All and all a very good place to buy a vehicle!

Incredible experience at Burnsville Motors these past two days. Rob Moores was excellent to work with in sales. Car broke down 3 weeks after purchase!I purchased a GMC Acadia from Burnsville Motors in January. Initially, the process felt very semless and convenient as far as purchasing a used car goes. Within the first few days of owning the car, a headlight blew, and without question, John in the service department replaced it as soon as I came in.Fast forward three weeks into owning the vehicle: I was driving on the highway with my toddler in the car when all of a sudden the car shut down and stopped running as I was driving. A tow to a nearby auto shop indicated the engine has a hole in it.My experience with this vehicle has been absolutely devisating, to say the least. I'm still working with Burnsville Motors to get the engine replaced.Update: It has been 5 weeks since I broke down on the highway. It was challenging to figure out what was best for all parties in this situation, but Burnsville Motors has agreed to replace the engine, and work is underway on my vehicle.I'm grateful for their accountability in this experience and look forward to potential family road trips in our vehicle.Update: It has been 2 months since my vehicle broke down. It's my understanding that other issues have been discovered along the way, and as a result, the repairs have not been completed and I do not have a vehicle. I Will post again as updates are available.

Couldn't ask for a better experience with these guys. They make sure the vehicle is in great shape before you drive it home. Rob made me feel like a person and didn't look at me like I was just a dollar sign. TJ worked with me on the financing and was patient with working with my bank of choice. Ryan helped me with finishing the sale and was very pleasent to work with.When my girlfriend starts looking for a newer car in the future, we'll be calling Rob again. Thank you Burnsville Motors! I had an appointment on a Saturday. They were short staffed in the finance department. My file was intercepted by another sales person so it was thrown out of order and the banks were closed by the time they got to mine. I sat there for 5+ hours. I was told, by Cross, my file would be handled first thing Monday morning. My credit wasn't run until 4pm Monday afternoon. I wasn't notified or given a reason for the delay. Canceled the deal bc they couldn't get me a reasonable rate, reasonable time frame and overall lack of customer service and attention.

I am extremely happy with my experience at Burnsville Motors. Eliana was amazing to work with. Her communication with me was great every step of the process, and she managed to have the vehicle that I was interested in pulled up and ready to test drive before I even arrived at the dealership! I thought I would have to go back and forth between the dealership and my bank to get all of the details worked out, but Eliana and her manager were able to process everything right at the dealership and I went home with the car the same day! I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Absolutely a 5-star experience, I would recommend this team to anyone!

Easiest car buying experience I ever had. Had all the paper work ready to go before I even got there. Test drove the vehicle. Worked out some numbers and they had me on my way! My fianc� and I came in with little to no home to get her a reliable suv for her job. JT (the manager) took hours out of his day to find us exactly what we were looking for and more. He got us approved, with a warranty on a nearly new vehicle. I would highly highly recommend Burnsville Motors. I want to highly recommend JT and his team for any vehicle purchase you have. My wife and I met with Rob Mooers and purchased a 2016 Toyota Rav4 Limited in great condition and at a fair price. I cannot give enough credit to Rob. He was great to work with, a very kind and patient gentleman. We felt like valuable customers. The manager was great to talk to and helpful as well. If you are looking for a smooth experience when purchasing a used car, Burnsville Motors is a decent option. Shady people don't buy cars here. Sold me a third party warranty to cover nothing. Only drove the car for 2 thousand miles and claiming it's my fault for not check oil when my check engine light and oil light didnt even turn on. And yet still can't tell me what cause it to lose so much oil and blame that it was my catalytic converter. The car only had 50 thousand miles on it and lost so much oil. Now the new tech manager I quote "at his fix rate price he can get my car fix for 10k" to get it fix and for me to get a new use motor with 40 thousand miles for 10k. When I quote for less than that elsewhere for less than that. I don't really care if you guys are changing management in your business at least show some decently for all the people that bought cars from guys. Thanks for nothing.
