Coming to add this here, this is from a few years ago, unsure how this ended up as a review for a different location, not Associated with this location. Would have been about 2022 & want accurate report for this location.Personally I have not been back since this occurred and I feel better off for it.I Have had my car serviced here before a handful of times, with great result.Called today after having my vehicle towed and dropped off yesterday. When I spoke with the man on the phone he asked what I needed, and then proceeded to tell me that the mechanic is out on vacation for a week, no one can look at it sooner.He had also tried to tell me he never got a call/message about the car being dropped off yesterday, however, when I did indeed call- I was met with the mail box being full, which so far I have not experienced calling this location before, this should be cleared/emptied out. Especially of you're the new owner of this business and cannot access the website as he said on the phone.Probably will not be bringing my vehicle back here and will look elsewhere, after paying for a tow to a place with absolutely no updated information about these changes. I would've at least liked to know or see some update or change somewhere.

I finally found an auto repair shop that I can trust. Between my three boys, my wife and myself, our family owns 5 vehicles. So, it's extremely important to me to be able to take my cars to a repair shop and know that I am getting quality parts and service at a reasonable price.Thanks, Burnsville Auto Repair!

they responded & lied in the response even.. I've been calling them for a year & they just keep making excuses & even when I find what is needed they come up with a new story as to why they can't do what they've claimed since the start.. just ridiculous.. they keep acting like they're doing their best but they're doing nothing intentionally, going from one person to another, making excuse after excuse after excuse after excuse

Chris helped me with my Honda civic they did an outstanding job on the new head and valve job Chris was extremely helpful knowledgeable and responsive they have earned my business for life they had the best prices around the Burnsville Apple Valley area would recommend them to anyone very satisfied customer

The staff were very accommodating. I didn't have an appointment and stopped in to see if they could help me with a tire that won't hold air. Unfortunately, they were unable to repair the tire due to the location of the nail in the tire & they informed me I would need a new set of tires for my Jeep Grand Cherokee as it's all-wheel drive. Lana (??) at the front desk was very professional & communicated with me as the staff assessed my Jeep. I would highly recommend Burnsville Auto Repair to anyone!

Their prices were reasonable, and they managed to service my car promptly, which was especially impressive since I had been involved in an accident. I was genuinely impressed with both the staff and the quality of the work. I highly recommend returning to this place for service.

I had an appointment. Within 5 minutes of when I dropped the car off, they had it in the shop! By the time I got home, there was an estimate for repairs. Fair price. A few hours later, work was complete, and they called. Car is working perfectly now. Nice people and good work!Service: BrakesService: Brakes

I have used them several times. Always give good service at a reasonable price. I was getting service at my Toyota dealer. Every time I went in they would find $1000 of things to do and high pressure. Not Burnsville Auto Repair. I have decided to service both of my cars there. Anthony Jackson (service desk) was very good at his job. He answered all my questions and I enjoyed talking to him.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I have been going to this shop for many years. Always had amazing service! This last time it was awful. The service manager did not communicate anything to me about what was wrong with my vehicle before he ordered parts and worked on my car. So I paid for things that I necessarily didn t need to get done at this visit. I left a message to speak with the owner. Never received a call back. I called to ask about my vehicle and the person who answered said they were closing the shop in 3 hours early and was swearing on the phone about the service manager. Certain things were not done at my visit I have to go in another day. They had my car for 4 days. It s been the worst experience!

I went in to get an oil change and was extremely happy. Much better priced than any other place I ve been and they didn t try to up sell me on things I don t need. The staff is very nice and helpful too.

I was pleased with the atmosphere of the place. disappointed that I had to wait for the part to be delivered since I made the appointment a week and a half in advance, it was just an air filter, It made my wait time 2 hours. I came in with a problem with my tire going flat, they seemed to think it was a seal problem and resealed the tire. I thought it was good, but 15min later low tire light on and air pressure down, came back Anthony said we will fix the problem. they did find a hole that had been punched, so they did fix that problem at no charge, Very friendly and knowledgeable person

Had an appointment for an oil change. Then when I showed up they said there wasn't an appointment in the system. When they said they would try and get me an oil change anyways they then told me they couldn't put my car on the lift because of the way my car was designed even though I have had multiple oil changes from there in the past.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Can't Trust These Crooks. Cody told me a tire band that holds the air sensor in place within the tire was 100 to replace. Plus $30 to mount and balance which I paid them for them only for. Verified this with my brother, who is an ASE Master Mechanic, out of state said the band cost $15.00. Gas station down the street quoted $30.00 and told me the tire A&A just mounted was out of balance approx. 4.75 ounces. However, Cody did refund when I brought receipt from other tire shop. Figured I would give these guys a second chance with a small thing. BUYER BEWARE!

Last shop I took my car too way over tightened and rounded the oil drain plug. They were able to get it out and replace the drain plug. We re very professional as well.

No biggie. They performed desired oil change service and told me my frame bolts had rotted and rusted. My car is a 2006 on its last days. My welfare and safety are my main concerns!!I took their advice, but got a second opinion as well and looked into a newer car purchase. (Didn't want a car payment...but...)I appreciate the honesty and integrity I received there.Thanks guys.Service: Oil change

My head gasket blew and I had no other way of getting it into a shop. So my only choice was to get my vehicle towed to the nearest shop which was this one. I m glad I got it in when I did. The staff was super friendly and they worked tirelessly. Their work was better than I suspected. They care about what the customer thinks and I m glad I stumbled upon this shop. You won t be disappointed. They do great work!

Even with their parking lot being repaved, they still managed to get through the repairs to my car, and all four tires being replaced within a morning and early afternoon. To top it all off I got a free loaner car to run my errands.

Updated 2/3/23: 2nd time I ve been in a bind and they ve gotten me in, repared my car for a reasonable price and got me back on the road. Still a big fan!I love the customer service - they got me in right away, called when they said they would and had my car done sooner than expected. I was so pleasantly surprised with how nice these people were! Their prices are really good and they didn't try to sell me any extra stuff or claim my car needed a bunch of maintenance. Very friendly staff! I usually only go places with a coupon but not only do you not need one here (it's cheaper than most places WITH a coupon) but they're good people. I'll be going there from now on!

I can rate this place 5 stars over and over again. I have brought different vehicles here on multiple occasions and Don and Dusty and the guys always take amazing care of me. They go above and beyond to get me back behind the wheel regardless if its when my vehicles are down, or just regular services they always have time for me. They are also very fairly priced $$

Easily the best car shop in Burnsville. Their staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I had them replace the struts in my car and they had it done the same day (YMMV). Their prices are good too.----------------Followup: After 1 year and 1 new vehicle, they still have outstanding service. I trust these folks with my vehicle and so do my family members. They're honest, knowledgeable, and polite.----------------Follow up again, on 8/28/18: still take my vehicle here. Still very happy with the service they provide. Thankfully with a newer vehicle I make less frequent visits but they always take the time to show me what's wrong, how it was fixed , and are happy to answer all my questions. I highly recommend this place.
