Took my truck there three weeks ago, had them look at. They said they will call back me with an estimate. Never called back. I called and they didn't seem to remember or have my info. Never dealt with a auto repair shop like that. I'm glad it wasn't an emergency.

What can I say about the local business, the best!Had a low tire pressure, brought in had it checked, low temperature was the problem, owner said no charge and off you go! The best way to treat your local folks.Thank you and you have earned a customer for life!

I've been satisfied with their service every time I've ever taken my cars there! Bob is as good as my son Shawn and Dean is too! So I know mechanics. It runs in the family!

I was very pleasantly surprised at the level of service that Bob and Bappert Automotive provided. They really went above and beyond what was expected and solved my car problems with a price that I could afford. Thank you Bappert! You will be my first choice to take my cars for future needs!

The team at Bappert was excellent! They diagnosed and fixed my car for significantly less than I was expecting it to cost. Their turn times were also really fast. They have earned my business and referrals for sure! I will gladly recommend Bappert!

Best mechanic shop I have been to!! We have had our fair share of vehicle issues, and Bappert was always so reliable. Not once did we feel that they were trying to rip us off (as some mechanics may unfortunately do). They made us aware of every penny it would cost before they started working on our vehicles. Very speedy and efficient work! I would drive a distance just to get serviced by this place.

I have been doing business with Bappert Automotive for years. They are the best mechanics in the business. They are very Kind and extremely trustworthy and trust is most important when feeling good about your mechanic. I would refer my own child or Grandmother and when I leave the shop I can feel good knowing everything is right with my car.

I've been bringing my vehicles to Bappert for over 12 years. Bob and the guys are always friendly and fare on everything. No selling you more then you need. Always do great work.

Best mechanics I've ever known. Our family has been going to them for a long time and I cannot express how nice it is to not have to worry if your mechanic is trying to rip you off or not. I know if Bob or Dean let me know there's something wrong with my car and give me a price for what it costs that not only will it be the fairest and lowest price you could find but that they are truly being honest and never try to mislead you to make an extra buck!!I highly recommend them for any and all car maintenance/repairs!-Angie Palazzolo' Fisher

Seriously the best around. They are HONEST and Honorable mechanics, something you don't see a lot of these days. I'd happily drive 2 hours to have these guys work on my car. They are the best.
