I will never ever in my life come get any work done. I went in for one thing ended up with 5,000 worth of work to be done. The communication was horrible. Kelsey on the side to rent cars has the worst attitude ever not sure if she likes her job or not but definitely she consider something where she doesn't have to deal with people. Everything was fine until the day I had to pick my car up. I literally came on thinking I was going to be getting my car nope I didn't know about the work that got performed on my car also never talked about a oil change being done I had already had it changed a week before deciding to let them work on my car, never received paperwork until today when I picked my car up. I will never recommend anyone to this establishment try somewhere else and make sure they can explain everything that's being done to your car.

Been doing oil change on wife's car and have had good experience so far. You can find full synthetic coupons on their website. $39.99 plus tax and fees, usually end up at $48

Great place. Flutur (Flora) Gjonaj is a great Sales Consultant! We went back for her when our lease was over. She always works with us and had lots of laughs along the way. Also met Tom MacPherson (Sales Manager) who also great. The whole experience was great and never felt pressured on getting more than what we wanted/needed. Great environment here! Definitely our go to for Ford

I had a recall on my Escape. I called to make an appointment, but they were only open certain hours. I realize there is a pandemic, but I did not get to sit home and collect $900 a week. I asked them to make an exception for me because I work Monday thru Friday. They said absolutely not, nor would they come in a little early. I also could not wait for my vehicle, I had to find someone to drive me to work and pick me back up. I called Crest Ford and they HOOKED ME UP. 8 am appointment and I was allowed to wait. They had me in and out in 20 minutes. Guess who has a new customer for life?

I had my Fusion serviced recently. My Service Consultant was Don Kleinow. My experience was perfect.A Fusion is nothing exciting-I could replace it with a Malibu or Camry or Accord. But when I think of getting a new car-the experience I have with service at Suburban will tip the scale into me choosing another Suburban Ford product since I know Don will take really great care of my car and I'll leave a happy customer.

I set an appointment one week in advance to bring my car in for an oil change and minor warranty service work. Showed up for my appointment on time and was told it would take three days to get it in to look at it and I had to leave it there. I was not told this when I set the appointment. This is very frustrating because I hadn't made any plans on leaving my car there for 3 days.

Found my new dealership. Made leasing my new truck very easy during covid-19.Vince (salesman) was great. Walked me thru the online process.Picked out my truck online, filled out the application online. When I went to go pick up the truck everything was ready. All I had to do was sign the paperwork. Thanks Suburban Ford for the great service.

Found out I'm gonna have to pay to get my electrical problems fixed because they said it's 36 month or 36,ooo mile warranty. I never was told I needed to pay for a extended warranty on a leased ford fusion. I not gonna pay i I'll just turn it in with problems on the electrical I would have thought that they would want to get things fixed so when you turned in your lease there were no problems with the vehicle I only have 29,000 miles on it. I leased demo model that had 3,000 miles on it so instead of a 3-year lease it ended up being a 39-month lease which is not up until October. Very disappointed

Charged me 270.91 for transmission fluid change on 2012 Ford Fusion when two months ago it was $225 doubt they inspected the vehicle but got the job done charges way to much for things but you can guarantee a job will get done. Other downside is the customer service is awful takes way to long waited like 45 min when one other person was in front of me. When another guy was right there that could of helped me instead I had to wait for the guy that I called. Treated me like a kid when I asked questions in what they do. I m 19 btw legally an adult.Service: Transmission

Service recall done on the passenger front airbag. Work done quicker than what was quoted. Shuttle service for pickup was excellent.
