Bad service and misinformation. We had a car in for a possible transmission issue which was covered under warranty. When we came to pick the car up we were told by the woman at the front desk they couldn't find anything wrong with it, but if the car should start acting up again bring it back to them. A month goes by, warranty is expiring so I call. Guy told me they referred us to a place in Bay City we knew nothing about. So now we have to pay them $4000 to do the transmission when we could have had it done last month and paid for under warranty. I will never work with these people again. Bad service.

I took my car in for repairs because if you buy a car from rightway and you have a warranty you have to go here rightway is its own rip off I suggest if you do buy a car from there you don't get the warranty because they charge you 100 just to see if your warranty will cover it most of the time it does not and they keep the 100 don't do it the mechanic at this place ripped me off he replaced my coolant tank and did not look to see if it was still leaking on top of that he never said one word about my steering wheel wobbling but he was running alot of diagnostic ig for some reason if you don't want to get ripped off go to the mechanic in st charles his name is Jim he is the most honest person I have ever done business with he has never ripped me off I'd happily drive 2 hours just for him to work on my car he is a real mechanic

I have known Roger for many years. He has earned a reputation in the region for honest, quality and timely service ever since he opened his original shop, which he quickly outgrew. I trust him implicitly to work on our fleet of vehicles. They did a diagnosis on my truck was very rude didn't even want to give me my paper but wanted $100 overcharge me because they thought my insurance was paying for will charge me 400 for radiator in 400 install it plus engine coolant leak charge me I don't know if they services were good and not then stay to see wouldn't recommend giving my money to anyone who can't show a little respect and treat me like trash

Superior Auto put a engine in my vehicle hasn't been two months and engine light came on charged me 200 to replace spark plugs straight up rip off. I shouldn't have to pay a cent when spark plus should have been changed when the new engine was replaced. BEWARE

Please do not go here, they lie and will steal you're vehicle if you don't let them fix what they say is wrong with out other opinions. Will refuse to let you leave with your vehicle.Watch out.

The staff here were awesome. They were friendly, gave me a better price than other companies and gave me a list of things to look for in the future to make sure my car continues to run smoothly. I highly recommend this auto repair shop!

These people are awesome. I may not like the pre information that is provided when they do a full car bumper to bumper inspection but they have never steered me wrong. They will discuss every issue, provide informatiin and even give me options if not able to afford the fix at this time. They have always been honest, go out of their way, and given me back a vehicke that is fixed, in top shape and is safe for me to drive. Would give them a 10+ if I could.
