I don t think I could recommend them more. John and his staff go above and beyond and are super friendly and courteous. Had an exhaust seal issue and John took care of it at no charge, including going across the street to make sure i got the right parts. I haven t gone anywhere else since moving back to the area and I won t as long as they are here. Thanks again!

These guys were great in the old location. Was disappointed to see them close. I was super happy when John was able to get a new location going. Great customer service! Been a loyal customer for decades now.

For the first time in my life I feel like an oil change place actually cares about its customers and not about making money. They didn t try and sell me a bunch of stuff I didn t need or take advantage of the fact I m a single female. He just told me my air filter is not great but will be ok until next time. AND they offer air ups, top offs, and fluid top offs in between oil changes. And everyone here is soooo friendly. I will drive back from GR just to get my oil changed here from now on. Thank you guys!!

Wow, excellent service!! Great people. I went there with much needed help on my battery replacement, and wipers. They normally don t do batteries but we re willing to help me because it was close by and I could get my truck there is easiest as possible without breaking down. They were wonderful ordered a battery and had it replaced within 45 minutes I can t believe how great this place is. They also fixed up my windshield wipers I had them replaced, filled up the fluid, filled up my low tires, and checked my steering/brake fluid. I will be coming here from now on and tell my whole family. They are right across from Jack s in shields I had no idea they were so great.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Battery, Oil change

Today was my first time at a quick lube ever. I've been a die-hard do it yourself oil change guy. I've only been one other time for an oil change to the burt Watson dealer in Freeland, & they did a horrendous job. That was a few years ago and I've gone back to doing it myself. Well, fast forward to today, I'm on a time crunch today and I decide to make use of this quick lube. Let me tell you what a fantastic job they did. From the moment I pulled in to when I left, they were very friendly and made me feel welcome. They all got to work really quickly and set me on my way in a very short amount of time. In addition to my oil change they topped my other fluids off free of charge. I am very happy with this quick lube and definitely will be back. Please keepe those workers because they're fantastic!!Service: Oil change

Came in for a tire rotation, while the men were doing it they were getting confused on which tires go where. Which concerns me because it should ve been pretty easy for them to figure out and not have to go back and forth passing tires. Also they used a hammer to put the rims back in place which I ve gotten tire rotations other place and never have seen them use a hammer at all. When I looked at my rims when I got home they were dented in multiple places. Wouldn t recommend getting tire rotation here.Service: Tires

I would definitely recommend this place to my closest family and friends. I was driving down Gratiot Rd today when my brakes weren t working properly. I called John and he told me to come right over and had me pull my car right in. He treated me like family when I was in a panic, not knowing why my car was acting up. They figured out what was wrong very quickly and where I should take take it to get fixed. Everyone here is super friendly and caring. The dog Stella was a sweetheart and so adorable. I said I wish I had a treat for her and they gave me one to give her! John gave me free brake fluid incase I wanted to drive my car. They also offered me a cold bottled water when they knew I had to wait for a tow truck. Thank you so much for looking out for me today, if I could give even more stars I would!! Nice and friendly was a very fair price on an oil change. Topped off all other fluids. Local owners not a corporate chain. I will get another oil change and also send my wife's car there. They still are awesome!!!!

I needed an oil change while I m in Saginaw and came to shields and I m so glad I did. I only interacted with Shauna and Ted but it was such a pleasant experience I will be a returning customer. They were quick and up front with what they were doing and didn t try and squeeze money out of me with unnecessary products. I would recommend this place to anyone.Service: Oil change

Good honest professional service. They will tell you if something looks bad and you should get it looked at. We took our truck for an oil change and they noticed that one of the gas tank straps had rusted off, so we got it fixed right away by a local mechanic. This is the BEST place to get an oil change, and now they do tire rotations too. Same guy who worked at the old Shields Quick Lube that closed a couple of years ago now owns and operates this one. This is an incredible place for a quick oil change! They do everything from an oil change and lube to tire rotations. The staff is courteous and friendly. My vehicle has over 215,000 miles on it and this is the only place I will trust doing my oil changes from here on out!

The only place we get our oil changed ! John and crew always provide professional quality work. When you come here, you won't experience corporate zombies trying to sell you something you don't need. Great service and great prices!I just had my first visit at this location and I will continue my car service there. Free top off service after your visit. Stamp card program for free oil change. Bonuses are good!
