I ve had a few experiences with this dealership in the service and body departments and I really can t say enough good things. Cameron most recently supported me in getting some work done on my trax in the service department and he was truly the best! When I couldn t answer my phone via call he was flexible with text communication and had patience with me when correspondence took some time from me. He made me feel valued and I genuinely appreciate that. Thank you Cam!

Sam Kaczynski knows Toyota products and he did all he could to make the car buying experience a great one! (Loving our new Crown!) He was informative but not pushy, knowledgeable and fun to deal with. He took as much time as we needed to walk us through all the bells and whistles on our new car- and even helped us with some questions on our 4Runner! Thanks Sam- you're awesome!

I came in late on a Saturday. Chris stayed to help me he had family stuff going on but he still took time to help me get through some stuff and explain to me was great working with Nicole. She kept up with emails with me which I preferred I work midnights so did not want phone calls emails worked best was a great experience truck I wanted with a good price.

I had brought my vehicle in because my check engine light was on and my remote start was not working. Upon inspection I found out a valve needed to be replaced, luckily this was still under warranty and was no cost to me. While talking with Cameron he told me that with the newer cars you need to be careful with the weather conditions and taking them to the car wash. The dealership had the part I needed and when I brought my car back the following week. Leslie greeted me with a warm smile and checked me in. She was so kind and knowledgeable and took the time to explain to me what I was signing while my vehicle was being worked on. Mike also let me know that there were a few minor cracks that needed to be patched on my windshield, and again luckily my insurance covered. I appreciate the time, kindness, care that these employees took with me. I will be back in the future.

We had the best customer service with Mike. He was so friendly, knowledgeable, down to earth, overly willing to help and truly invested in his customers. We were very impressed with his responsiveness and accountability. The buying process was quick and smooth sailing. Hands down would return and buy another car from him.

Ivan was very good to work with. He would reach out and keep me up to date on any deals that were offered by GM. He was conscious of the monthly payment I wanted to be at and was able to get me to that payment in the end.

All around great service! Caleb was awesome and stayed in contact with me every day as we dealt with things out of his control (part shipped and got held and took extra days to get there). He helped me get financing and I came home with a new to me vehicle. Thanks for the new ride!

I would refer anyone to Serra to buy a vehicle. I have trusted Bob Wainright to help me out with the last couple vehicles I had. He is very helpful and will go above and beyond to make sure you get a vehicle that makes you happy and is within your budget. I truly appreciate his honesty and answering any question I had. I also want to thank Ivan the sales rep that took over and helped me while Bob was on vacation and the business manager Tessa. They are awesome. You all were so kind and helpful. Thanks for working so hard to get me in another reliable car. You Rock and I'll be back again !

I hate dealerships, honestly. I was duped. Changing my 5 star to a 1 star.First, I was told they were putting all new brakes on. Guess what they did not do. Secondly, I made it clear I would put $8k down if they took $1k off of the asking price. Didn't seem to be an issue. I assumed that's what they did when the ran it through financing. So tell me how I get a letter from the bank now saying all in all I've paid $28,000 for a vehicle when I agreed to pay $23,000. Duped duped duped. Scam artists all the way around. Tricked into buying a warranty I didn't even want, paid 5k more than I agreed. Don't trust dealerships. Buy privately.Update:I was told to come in and they would help me by canceling and refunding the warranty. I came in two separate times. Both times the manager was " busy ". I also left them my phone number and was assured she would call me as soon as she was available. Never received that call either.

I went in recently to service for a recall software issue on my 2023 Tundra TRD PRO after 3 months of ownership and to check on the bedstep that had been backordered when I got my truck! AJ was who sold me the truck and was easy to work with and easy to talk with! Joe in Service took care of me and was very kind and courteous as well! The recall was taken care of, and my bedstep now just came in to get put on! I'm very happy with my truck and all-around assistance from this dealership!!! With this being my first Toyota and first truck, I will say I am more than happy with the overall performance and amenities it came with as well!!! Coming from driving a 2020 Subaru WRX STi, the Tundra is now my daily, and the STi has become my summer vehicle! There are so many features. I'm still learning and can't wait to take it off roading this summer and fall!

My car was supposedly diagnosed with a cracked radiator so I agreed to have it replaced. When I picked it up that evening I didn t even make it 10 miles and my car started smoking under the hood. By the time I got home my engine was nearing overheating and when I parked it in the driveway the cloud of smoke was so much it was ridiculous. After inspection it was found that coolant was leaking onto my driveway. After a complete repair of the radiator this should not have happened and I am very very unhappy after how much I paid for this repair. I am also concerned about further damage to my car after driving it like this.

My check engine light on my 2021 Colorado came on and I could not get into my regular dealership so I contacted Serra. They were able to get me in and quickly determine the problem. Cam was great to deal with at the service desk. My truck was fixed the same day. Serra may become my new regular dealership. Thanks!

I had an issue with the engine that needed repairs, The extended warranty company tried to create problems, service consultant Doug Haas defended the case like it is his own car and problem that was impressive and best customer service, I was happy the time and quality of the work, problem is fixed now, she is running smoothly. I bought all my cars from the same lot and trade with the same people since Draper, I am planning to try 2025 Rav4 next year, I appreciate all you do and you did. Thank you. A+++

If I could give them 10 stars I would!! This is the most honest, trustworthy and dependable car dealership I have EVER been to. After my paid off 20 year old daily driver completely broke down on me for the last time, I was devastated and felt I had no hope. I knew I had to get a new vehicle stat and had no idea where to begin. I made a call to Patrick at Serra from a referral and he worked tirelessly to get me approved for my new car. It took just shy of a month to get me a deal but it was DEFINITELY worth the wait. I didn t make it easy for him either with my horrible credit but he was able to get me within a payment I can afford! He was able to get me into a wonderful car at an amazing price and I couldn t be happier! Patrick was extremely professional, kind, thoughtful and honest. He made this experience a positive one and I would recommend EVERYONE to purchase a car from him. I cannot say enough positive things about Patrick and his dedication to the customer. It can be very scary to walk-in to a car dealership with no idea what you re doing or what you re looking for and even if you re going to be treated fairly. I was instantly put as ease by his level of care and professionalism. He seemed to know what I wanted before I even did and didn t stop until he got it for me. I want to also shout out Mrs. Tessa as well. She was the one that helped me sign all of the paperwork at the end. She was professional, courteous, kind and over explained everything as I had a million questions. You can tell that she really knew her stuff and had been doing this for a very long time. I appreciate her kindness in the times I was very overwhelmed during this transition. I would also like to highlight the manager, Scott. He was extremely kind and professional and even cracked a joke to put me at ease when I was feeling overwhelmed with the situation! In conclusion, please do not go anywhere else to purchase your next car! Go to Serra and be treated right! I ll see you guys when I m Ready to trade this new baby in!

Took 3 hours for a simple oil change and the paperwork was filled out incorrectly and there was nothing done that made me feel that anybody was trying to remedy the situation. Very poor customer service and organization.

Everything was was good except the bill next we think you should pay ir... lol hehehe !!!! No but seriously everything was OK once the repairs were completed. Also we would like to compliment Cameron for his professionalism as a Service Consultant . He kept us well informed on progress of repairs and altogether very helpful in every aspect.Thank You .
