Ordered springs online for my 78 K10. Got a call next day confirming a couple measurements. Springs shipped that day and I had them in a couple days. Good customer service, reasonable pricing and fast shipping. A+++

Bought a set of Flexride torsion axle halves, only place around that has them in stock. Called, confirmed, they had them ready for me when I arrived to pick them up. These are great for trailers. Very good service. My only gripe, is the long drive. They need a location near Grand Rapids. Shipping prices for heavy things is crazy.. spent only a third of the shipping costs by driving there. Knowledgeable staff, busy place. Highly recommended products!

I have a modified 52 Chevy truck with air suspension. The air tank that holds the compressed air developed a leak which I initially repaired but new leaks showed up. I needed the same tank because it sits in a tight space. I found the same tank online on numerous websites but no one had it in stock. A few weeks later I searched again and found that Michigan Truck Spring had one in stock. Thanks. You made my day!

These guys are rock stars! I show up at 10:55pm Friday needing custom u bolts made for my build. They close in 5 minutes but I can't wait till Monday. They stayed open late and immediately made them for me!

Was looking for air bags for my 2021 tremor and someone on bookface mentioned m.t.s. for what I was wanting. I got on their site and found exactly what I wanted in-stock, I got deliver in 3-4 days. The truck sucked pulling my camper with the 7.3 gas motor. I kept burning plug wires. I wound up getting a 22 6.7 lariat to replace the tremor after 24,000 miles happy to be done with that truck. My son and I did remove the 3 week old airbags and installed them on the new truck, now I want the Bluetooth compressor controls.

After trying to order from 6 local shops here in Texas ,Manufacturer gave me the # for Michigan Truck Spring .The phone was answered on the 1st ring . In aprox 5 minutes I had my order placed , had order conformation sent to my Email . I was told I would have my order within 3-5 business days . Today is the 3rd day and UPS just delivered . 100% the BEST customer service I have had in YEARS . I ordered leaf springs for my 1999 Ford Explorer, not only was the price more than half of the cost of other retailers, but I received a call only 15 min after my online purchase to confirm my order. I had MTS install Sumo Springs on my motorhome to improve the handling. Dave gave me the price and we set up an appointment. I dropped it off a few days early and told them whenever they got to it was fine. They called me back a few days later to tell me it was finished. The product worked as expected and the service was excellent!

I bought trailer axle parts from them in which the hubs ended up not fitting my application. When I ordered I had called to ask the salesman if they would fit and he should have said he didn't know and I should have double checked instead of trusting his statement. They will take a full return now, but it's too late for me to change my trailer design, so I'll have to use these axles and put different hubs on them. (Returning and rebuying would not solve the issue.) Their customer service has no way to verify if I'm telling the truth about this, but it would be reasonable for them to buy back the unused hubs as a partial return or give a compensating discount. They won't do this. I don't think this is a stellar company. It's probably pretty average.

This used to be my go-to place for work on my motorhome. They were pretty much one-stop shopping for whatever I needed done to make sure my "wheel estate" was roadworthy. Not anymore!The list of things they no longer do has surpassed those they do. No more oil changes, no more alignments. When I asked to have the bearings inspected I was told that checking the oil level (which I had already done) was about all they would do too.Lastly, all the U-joints that "had grease fittings" were lubed. The technician told me that he couldn't do the one closest to the rear differential because it didn't have a fitting (zerk). My maintenance sheet clearly shows a lube point here and furthermore, I have personally greased this particular U-joint!Work ethic and effort seems to have become an issue here. That's too bad.On the positive side, the people are friendly and courteous at least.When I asked about places that could perform the work I potentially needed nothing much helpful was offered.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I ordered springs and all the install components for a 1986 k1500 and they look great. I spoke to Steve and asked a few questions about what would work best for me and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. I placed my order at 1230pm and it shipped the same day. Thanks for a quality product at the best price and great service to go with it.

Ensure you call ahead and speak to a "service professional". Used the websites (year, make and model) only to discover I had replaced both springs with the WRONG part number! Called customer service with my problem..... long story short? I am out $85.88 for shipping that I had to pay, along with the hours to install/uninstall the wrong springs all due to a faulty computer.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I had ordered some trailer springs based on a broken one and rusty hardware to what I found online to pick up in person only to find that my measurements were incorrect on the hardware. They replaced all the bolts, nuts and washers quickly and no complaints. Actually bent me some new U bolts as they didn't normally sell that size. I am very pleased with the service and quality of parts from Michigan Truck Spring. I will spread the word that this is a great place to do business with.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Our order was shipped the same day we placed it and delivered as promised. The pricing we fair and shipping was less than other suppliers. We haven't installed the springs yet but are confident they'll be perfect for our project.

They emailed me because there was a chance that the delivery date was off. I said, I can wait, and it shows up two days later. So; they are paying attention, gave me an out, (got it quickly anyway) gave me a way to communicate personally and, by the way, were the only ones who had exactly what I was looking for and I thought the website was better than the rest.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Had springs and gear box put on my peterbilt. Only complaint I never went back with was the steering wheel was crooked when the reinstalled. Easy fix. But when a shop misses the small details it makes me wonder what else they might miss.Overall so far everything is holding up good

Michigan Truck Spring does a great job. I have ordered from them a couple times. I just broke down with a leaking air bag in my Class A and they got my order out the same day, overnight delivery, without gouging us! I purchased a set of rear leaf springs for my 2011 Toyota Tacoma 8/2019. Installed them 7/2020. Within three months both springs had broken leaves. I baby this truck off-road and generally do not carry more than 300 pounds of cargo in the bed with a maximum of 500 pounds.I contacted the service department to find out if there was a warrantee. They had me take pictures of the springs and the truck and determined that the springs just broke.They declined warranty because the springs had been purchased over one year and I did not replace the U bolts with the springs. You would think a company that has such great reviews would let their customers know that if they do not purchase U bolts when replacing the springs it voids the warranty.They obviously are selling junk springs that do not even last three months and look for anything they can to avoid backing up their products. I would not waste money on junk products with a company that doesn t care about customers.Service: Steering & suspension repair

If every interaction they have is as amazing as mine, this place is off the charts. I called with an urgent issue. Steve found that he would be able to order the item I needed but to get it to me within a week would require an upcharge of over a hundred dollars for expedited shipping. I was in a bind as I have to have to part. Without me asking, he checked and advised he could have it drop shipped from the factory to my house. Not only was there no upcharge, my shipping was free and arrived two days earlier than expected. This place will always get my return business. Thanks Steve!

Just found this site today. Assuming my gear shows up next week with no major issues, I'll be thoroughly impressed with the pricing, speed of order processing, and ease of online ordering. I'm just getting a jump on my 5 star review and I will update it accordingly in the unlikely event that anything goes south.

Purchased 2 new leaf springs for my gen1 Durango. Sales rep that I spoke with went the extra mile to make sure I received them as promised. There was going to be a slight delay but the sales rep (forgot his name unfortunatly) had one of the company drivers go out of their way to make it happen. Received them fast and the quality was amazing even the driver was amazing. Will be ordering from them again. Very satisfied
