I called late in the day and was able to get an appointment for the next morning. They were quick and efficient! After explaining my options to me, they were ok with me taking the cheap route. Even after I took the cheap route, they tried to fix my key fob (which was not part of my original request and I asked for it over the phone). After spending nearly plenty of time on trying to make it work with all options they had, it was something larger and they didn't charge me for that time spent. They were honest and upfront about costs. If I need my electrical system for a vehicle checked out, this is going to my first call!

This guy is an absolute crook! Do not buy from him! My son who is 17 years old purchased a cruise control module for a 2001 Ford F150. Had it installed by my mechanic at my workplace professionally done It did not work from the very beginning. Michael Fox the owner said to send it back. I helped him send it back and then we didn t hear from him When we called him, he said that my son was a thief and that he sent him back a bad part. When I called him, he told me that people do it all the time takeoff a bad part, put on his new part and then send the bad part back This truck never had cruise control on it before this was the first time ever and now the guy not only did not sit back to your heart he did not refund us! He is an absolute crook do not buy from him! Nothing worse than a liar!

These guys are AMAZING! Fast, efficient, quality work. They can chase down, diagnose and fix electrical issues in your car or truck like no other business I've seen... even a Jeep! . Very honest and straightforward pricing. So far they've repaired the grounds, and the clockspring (steering column electrical component) in my wife's Jeep, and non-working lights for the tow package on my F-250. All 3 jobs were done the same day, and for surprisingly reasonable prices. Don't just "deal with" (aka ignore) your vehicle's electrical issues, but give these guys a crack at fixing them for good. Thanks again Michael and Pat!

Some of the best customer service I ve ever gotten in the industry! Super fast and friendly. They fixed the radio head unit in my Buick in no time! Had it paired with my VIN number and programmed in like 30 minutes and the price was great! Highly recommended!

After having the cruise control on our motor home quit on our last trip and attempts to repair it only to find Ford had discontinued the parts for it. I contacted M&R to see if they had anything that would work.Michael put me on to a unit that would work. After installation we had some complications which Michael worked me through the diagnostics and trouble shooting.I have to say he was very knowledgeable and patient as we worked through the problem.Great customer service from a friendly staff.

This place did an amazing job finding the problem to my wifes car. However, the problem of her car is that someone removed a 30-cent fuse and ended up costing $200 here for it. They found it within minutes, which was nice but still had problems.

So I have a real nice 04 Tahoe I wanted to keep the original 6 disc radio. I looked around couldn't find nobody found these guys these cats are the real deal. Straight up honest, same day service and I couldn't be happier.

DO NOT BUY AFTERMARKET KITS FROM THESE PEOPLE$366.06 cruise control kit$250.00 installation did not work$450.00 installation$1,066.06 total costBUYER BEWAREI ordered an electronic cruise control kit for a Ram Promaster City. The purchase price was 366.06.There was no mention that only qualified installers should be hired to install this unit.On YouTube there were people installing these in an hour. So simple anyone could do it.I took the van to a mechanic and he worked on it with John from M&R for over four hours. It did not work.They charged me for half of the time because I am their customer.Paid $250.00I called Mike and was told that a shop in Long Beach Ca installed a lot of these.I live in Oregon and was in Ca 170 miles from this shop so I took it there.Five hours drive one way, four hours back.It cost $440.00.DO NOT BUY THEIR INSTALLATION KITS WITHOUT A CERTIFIED INSTALLER TO PUT IT INThey should be be forced by law to inform people before taking their money.

Very fast turnaround at a reasonable price for my stock radio (1988 Delco), Scott was knowledgeable and friendly and was able to quickly rebuild my cassette player and radio. Plus a one year warranty! Sent it on a Thursday and got it back 8 days later just in time to install in my convertible for the weekend. So happy to keep my car original for cheaper than finding a junkyard radio.Service: Electrical

I just you to know how pleased I am with my new cruise control. I purchased the rostra 1223-250 kit for my 2006 Jeep Wrangler. The salesman asked me if I had the skill set to do the install. Between YouTube and the instructions provided install was very manageable. First test drive the unit would turn on but not engage. A call to tech service provided me with easy checks to see where the problem lied. A simple misconnection was identified and changed. Unit works great now and I couldn't be happier.

Bought a Steering wheel to upgrade a 2009 F550 to Cruise Control Feature. This was a really rare model and they had the part in stock. Fast Shipping and Good Pricing. Unfortunately the part they sent was mislabeled and didn't fit my vehicle... they promptly answered email questions, figured out the issue and promptly sent a replacement. These guys are some of the nicest, resourceful, and helpful mechanics I've ever dealt with. I wish they did full car work because I'd never take my car anywhere else. If you ever have electric issues with your vehicle or just need something installed this is the place to go, hands down.

These guys are great. They are affordable, they do quality work and they are customer friendly. I drive more than 30 miles to have them do work for me. Haven't been disappointed yet. One of the best businesses in the Great Lakes Bay region.

They put in my remote start and it's worked perfectly for a little over a year. Great service, great price, friendly staff, and efficient. I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs anything electrical done with their car.

Great place. Fast, friendly and knowledgeable employees. I took my 2009 Pontiac Montana there for a charging system failure code. Dropped it off after business hours on a Wednesday and before Noon on Thursday they called me saying it was done. They didn't charge me an arm and a leg for the work done. I will definitely be brining my vehicle back in the future. Great Job M&R.Service: Electrical repair

There rarely comes a time anymore when I purchase a product from a company that far and exceeds my expectations for service and support after the sale. Since Covid-19 has gripped the world, customer service and product availability for alot of companies have been challenging at best. I have to give a my sincere appreciation for Patrick and Michael at M&R Electronics. Their support and friendliness are first class. I purchased a Rostra 250-1856 cruise control kit for my 13 Nissan Frontier. Thank you Michael for your expertise my install would have been much more difficult without your assistance.

Shady Mechanics, my vehicle has been having a couple electrical problems Took my vehicle for a guy name mike to look at, Sense i have dealt with them in the past! First encounter $250 for assesment and a new battery! 2ND ENCOUNTER FIXED DOOR handle around $200 Last but not least thought finally found a honest genuine guy to work on my Vehicle took it back for electrical repairs charged me 150 for a fuse, car lasted a mere week contacting him just to discuss it and to see what direction to go Inn, immediately started to defend his self and to say how many things were defective and negligent about the fuse box! So why charge me 150 for something you obviously new was defective and corroded when i could have just spent that money toward correcting the root of the problem! Very Disappointed! Purchased a cruise control unit from The Cruise Control Store.com for my older "beater" truck (1998 Dodge Dakota). The unit arrived quickly, along with 2 booklets & a paper with info specific for my installation.I thoroughly read through the installation instructions & found them to be a bit cryptic. We forged on & slowly completed the installation. Took several hours & we did need to make a few "judgement" calls. For example, we had to decide where to put the underhood unit. I would recommend using the cruise wiring paper, as it answers alot of confusing questions regarding wiring from the installation booklet.Cruise worked great for a week, then no longer operated. Discovered a wire under the dash was torn by a bolt on the steering column (our fault). I repaired wire & still nothing. Called Michael at the 1-800 number & he was great. He quickly diagnosed a blown fuse. I replaced it & we are cruising again!Bottom line: Cruise control looks and works like factory, quick delivery, great customer service. Highly recommend!

Went to have my stock radio screen fixed in a slightly older car, they couldn't fix the screen. No big deal, but they wanted a little over $200 to replace it with another stock radio, seems a bit pricey. It's an older car, so not even a touch screen. Also noticed the trim around the radio was a little loose, took it apart and a few clips and such were broken. They didn't seem very happy when I asked them to put the broken radio back in, but they didn't charge be a diagnosis fee they said they have so that was nice. My CD player didn't work after it was put back in and it worked prior. Got a stock radio on eBay for $50 and it works just fine.

I brought my Equinox in because the windshield wipers weren't working. While waiting in the nextdoor Subway the M&R rep brought me the car keys and said I was all set. Wiper nuts only needed to be tightened so there was no charge. They could have told me anything and collected the money but they were honest and charged nothing. They will definitely have return business from me. They also installed a remote starter on my wife's Trax at the quoted price and did it quicker than promised. We are very impressed.

While doing a custom application that has not been done before, I received on going support. Had an issue with one of the products, but replacement to fit my needs was shipped same day, and was delivered the very next day. Customer support is 100% all the way through. Email or calls are answered quickly with skilled tradesmen. Will definitely be returning for other needs.

In January 2020, my husband received and installed a back up camera, rear brake light system from M&R for his Tundra, due to an addition of a canopy and being without any rear view. The system has a 3-year warranty, but after only being in use for 4 months he noticed that the rear brake light isn't working.He contacted M&R and Patrick responded that he needs to remove the whole system and ship it back to them, they will assess it and if they also find it to be faulty they will send a new system.My husband then phoned Patrick and explained that if he removed it, he will be without any rear view at all and will have a hole in his canopy, leaving it vulnerable to break-ins. To which Patrick responded, he purchase a new system then send back the faulty system once switched over and after M&R assess it and agree that it is faulty they will refund the original purchase value. This option leaves us at a $180 cdn in total for shipping costs all in! The system cost $280 cdn.My husband asked if they could just send out a replacement brake light, which is the only problem, and he would ship the faulty one back but they refused to consider that option.I find this completely unacceptable and poor customer service for a product that has only been inoperation for 4 months and under a 3-year warranty. BUYER BEWARE.
