We had been camper shopping for months at multiple different RV dealerships with no such luck, so decided to give Hamilton's RV a look. From beginning to end we had a wonderful experience. We showed up to look at a particular camper we had been viewing online. Colton was very helpful answering all our questions. He didn't give that pushy salesman vibe, which was really nice. Being brand new to owning a camper, we had a ton of questions on how to operate everything. The day we came to pick up our new camper Garrett walked through and explained everything. He even went so far to explain the breaking system in our truck, as we were totally new to that too. Can't say enough about the team and would highly recommend them to anyone out there looking for a camper.

Ben Wilson was amazing helping us pick out the right RV for what we were planning on doing and gave us great tips on how to care for our RV. Jake in the business office was also helpful and gave good explanations during our signing process. Deb in parts was awesome explaining what we may need for our RV and helped us picking out items we really need! Luke was awesome showing us all the features we have with our new RV and explained all we need need to know hauling and using our new RV!! Thanks Hamiltons!! You were all Amazing & we are looking forward to our future trips on the road!

We purchased a new RV from Hamilton this past summer. It was a difficult trailer to locate here in Michigan, but they got a hold of the Jayco rep and found one. It was transferred in and we were able to use it for most of the summer. This Jayco trailer was supposed to come with a Blackstone grill and ours was missing when it was delivered. Colton, our salesperson, said he would figure out how to locate the grill for us. Two weeks later, he told us we would need to co tact the Jayco rep ourselves, as there was nothing the dealership could do. When we pointed out that wasn t exactly good customer service, he agreed again to get us the grill. Now, 7 months later, he still has not done one thing to try to get us our missing grill (even though I email him about every other month to see if there has been any progress).Also, he pointed out before we took the trailer, that there was a flaw in the awning. We would have never noticed the flaw if he didn t point it out. He promised the awning would be replaced at the end of the camping season. When we reached out at the end of summer, he acted like he didn t know what we were talking about. He referred us to the service department, where they had absolutely no idea what was going on. The said they were going to have to try to get it covered under the warranty, but made it sound like it was going to be a big deal and probably was not going to happen.Lastly, they charged us over $1000 for a cleaning fee, yet the unit was not properly cleaned including large piles of sawdust (?) in several places throughout the trailer.We really wanted to buy from a small dealer and not a chain but I will never again buy from Hamilton. We are very chill and relaxed and gave them a looooong time to make things right to no avail.

This is our second RV from Hamilton's in the past three years and I must say this is a top notch business, with great inventory. Our salesman's Garrett was both personable and knowledgeable! In fact Garrett was so extraordinary, he made the buying process smooth sailing. Also, huge thank you's to Jake, Ken and Luke for their exceptional customer service and kudos to the entire sales team for being fabulously friendly. Would we buy from Hamilton's a third time? You betcha!!!

Nothing but a great experience with the Hamilton's RV Team at the Birch Run Camper & RV Show. Very knowledgeable, patient, and extremely friendly. Paul and Ms. Kay were great! Can't wait to pickup our new rig!

Our experience with Jim, Paul, Kay, and Luke was amazing. Jim was extremely patient with my wife and I, throughout the entire process. Paul walked us through 6 or 7 different models and was extremely knowledgeable about everyone, and ultimately helped us in deciding on our Jayco. Kay was also extremely helpful and patient with us while going through in finalizing our paperwork. Lastly, Luke walked us through the entire trailer, front to back and side to side. I had a lot of questions for him, being a first time buyer, and he was so patient and helpful. We cannot say anything bad about our experience with Hamilton's RV. I would highly recommend to any first time buyers, to reach out to Hamilton's and consider them as your first point of contact. Jim and his team of experts really take Customer Care to a whole other level, and I know without question we will be back to Hamilton's, when we are ready to upgrade.I would like to add some additional comments to my original review; My wife and I have had our camper for over a year now, and Hamilton's service department has gone above and beyond our expectations. Everyone that works in service is friendly, personable, professional, caring, etc...They really know how to take care of their customers. Hamilton's has really earned a customer for life. I have truly never had such a great customer experience, like I have had with Hamilton's as a whole. From shopping for the right camper, financing, parts, and finally now service. If anyone is looking for a camper, Hamilton's is your place. Thank you all for your continued assistance and I look forward to future business with you.

We had a great experience with Andrew DeHate! He let us take our time with camper decision, never felt pressured. We got a high quality camper at a good price and Jake makes paperwork a breeze. The technicians walk through the rig with you and send you a reference video. I can't say enough good about the Hamilton's RV team.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! Our refrigerator was not working. A new refrigerator needed to be ordered. We were told it could be 6 weeks. 2 weeks after the order was placed the refrigerator had arrived. We were in Florida. The next appointment available would be on Tuesday. We had campground reservations for Wednesday. Drop off the trailer Tuesday thinking we would not get it back until Wednesday morning. Two of the three techs are out sick. We receive a call Tuesday afternoon that it is ready to be picked up. The refrigerator was working and cooling down. Glenn, the technician was absolutely amazing! Pattie and Debbie in the service office are so sweet and amazing as well! Thank you to these three going above and beyond, we are enjoying our vacation with a working refrigerator!

Colton did an awesome job as did Jake & Luke with our new 2022 StarCraft super lite 212fb. We are SO excited to go camping. We saw this trailer in the fall & looked at many more but came back to this trailer. We are SO happy with Hamilton s & the staff. Colton did amazing!! Thank you for everything!!!

From beginning to the end our experience with Garrett was fantastic. If Garrett was not available Colton stepped up and answered our questions right away. Everyone that we had contact with were customer oriented and very nice! Even though it was a 2 hour trip to Saginaw each way we will definitely return to them when we are ready for our next travel trailer!

Hamilton RV is one of the best camper buying experiences we've ever had. No high pressure sales, helpful at each step along the process and they provided a video on getting to know our camper so we have it to review as needed. The entire process was amazing from the beginning to picking up our trailer.

Just brought our New Sunset Trail Grand Reserve ST33RE home and it is fantastic.Every one at Hamiltons RV in Saginaw were very helpful , from Bob Musher [sales adviser],Kay Smith [Business Manager] and Luke who did the walk through ,all did a great job.Look forward to doing more Business with them in the future .Already have scheduled for add on of awnings for the slides.Been RV camping for 30 plus years,this is our best by far experience in purchasing a camper.Everyone was great,can't wait to go camping.Thank you again Hamilton RV.

We searched all over Michigan and not 1 salesperson cared or was as accommodating and understanding as Cam Kalski! He went above and beyond and never gave up. He helped us find our dream rv. From the 1st meeting up through delivery he was with us every step of the way. We had so many emotions and he was even keeled and stayed positive and confident in his assurance it would happen for us. I highly recommend going to see Cam!

I highly recommend Hamilton's RV. We just purchased a new travel trailer from them and love it so far! They even took time to prep it and have it spotless for our pickup. The sales team is laid back and does not pressure anyone unlike most of the other dealers in the area. Garrett went above and beyond to make sure we found the perfect trailer! When we came to pick it up, Luke made sure everything in the trailer was in perfect working order and answer all of the questions we had. I will definitely be purchasing through them again in the future. Thank you!

Hamilton s RV in Saginaw is top notch. We were traveling through Michigan and started having problems with our kitchen slide on our Pinnacle. I tried for a week trying to figure it out. No luck and thought I d have to fight this till I returned to Texas. I saw a sign by the interstate for Hamilton s and thought what the heck, I ll stop. Went in and talked to Patty and Debbie (very sweet ladies btw) and told them my problem. The shop was busy and the guys in the shop knows RV s. Diagnosed the problem fast had the parts at another store I needed. Went and got them and had me back on the road in no time. Big thank you to the service dept. in Saginaw.

Garrett in sales was fantastic. Straight, to the point. Listened to our needs and got what we needed. The financing was better than my credit union and Bobby was quick and efficient. Would definitely recommend. Thanks guys!

We bought a new Rockwood camper from them in 2016. The shower kept pulling apart. Instead of replacing it, they kept caulking it to the point it was an inch thick. We took it there 3 times. More caulk. Finally, 1 year into owning the Rockwood, we traded for a jayco. Worse mistake. Now we have a $40,000 jayco. Shower head fell out of the wall. Toilet leaks. Wait we don't use it. Led lights went out under warranty. Could not get it there because of the ice. Called them, no problem, bring it in next week. Oh sorry your warranty expired , $165:00, an hour plus the cost of each light. We ask about a winter cover when we bought are Rockwood to help with moisture, they said not needed, let it breathe. Last year the floors rotted in our 4 year old Jayco. Vinyl flooring is floating. Called Hamilton's, oops sorry. Called Jayco, oops sorry. 5 years old and they just don't care. That's okay still owe $18,000. I would never recommend Hamilton's or a Jayco camper.

Love this place! Felt like the right atmosphere as soon as I walked in the door. (I have been to other dealers in a 40 mile radius and had other opinions.) All of the staff was very friendly. The service I got from this establishment is second to none! I truly feel I was important and they wanted my business. After my purchase I did price check and I got the best deal on my new Jayco here at Hamilton's RV! Excited to bring it back after deer camp to get it ceramic coated and the slide room awning put on!

We went back several times to look at different models and to see the one we finally ended up purchasing. They made sure we were comfortable with knowing as much as possible before we drove it off the lot. We would highly recommend Hamilton to our friends and family.

We came in to look at a travel trailer, we met Colton Fritzler, he was very polite and friendly. He showed us a 2022 Crossroads Zinger Lite. It was exactly what we were looking for. Colton was able to answer the many questions my wife, Lynne had for him. We left, I called Arizona to see what their price was for the same trailer. We went back to see Colton, he beat their price. this is our first RV, what a wonderful experience. I want to say Robert Johnson, who handled the financing paperwork for us, was great too. He took his time explaining everything to us, giving us our best options. thank you to the whole team, you too Luke, GREAT JOB!!!

Had an awesome experience at Hamilton's RV!! Call and ask for Garrett in sales, he went above and beyond on the customer experience the day I came to visit and he is happy to support after the sale with any follow up questions that I have!Would highly recommend the trip to see this team! I drove over an hour after stopping at some of the big name camping places near me. All of Hamilton's staff, from the technicians, parts and service, sales etc, were all very friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra mile. They continue to answer any questions I have or know who to reach out to get the answers. Would happily give them my business again in the future!Purchased a 22' Jayco 171BH unit from them this fall and have over 900 miles on the unit so far in a short few months, no issues!

Great, local RV dealer. Me and my wife purchased a 2021 Zinger travel trailer from Tiger Bob, and it was a very enjoyable and easy experience. Bob was very knowledgeable with every aspect of RV s and he was able to help us narrow down the right one for us! So far, we have owned our trailer for almost 3 years with no issues, and we appreciate the hospitality that Hamilton s RV has show us.

Our salesperson, Andrew Dehate, was great to work with from the minute we contacted him! He s very attentive to our needs, answers our questions, and is customer focused. Luke did an excellent job at walking us through the workings of our 5th wheel and provided great advice. Jacob Goodyear was easy to work with regarding financing and never once tried to push additional coverages. We d definitely recommend Hamilton s RV and can t say enough about the staff we worked with! Great job and thank you so much!

We searched for a travel trailer all over and ended up here on a chance. Cameron listened to what we were looking for and then took us for tours of trailers. Very patient and a no pressure sales approach was very much appreciated as we were trying to find the trailer we will have for some time to come. We made a few trips back to re-visit more trailers and were welcomed again with a no pressure sales approach still. As we decided to purchase again the staff was great and worked with our needs. Can t say enough about their friendly service and staff.
