Alex was able to help me pinpoint an issue with my car starting, and based on his analysis we were able to tow it across the street and get it resolved within 24 hours.I couldn't has asked for a better service.

The men at the were amazing. Waiting in line I witnessed almost every customer before me being rude and even hostile towards them. They both held a professional and accommodating demeanor even when I found myself getting angry on there behalf. Very professional!

Out of all of my experiences with AutoZone this is the only location that I cringe going into. I never in my life sending my wife into an AutoZone she would come out in tears over wiper blades. Never in my life have I ever experienced unprofessionalism so horrible I felt like I was either being discriminated and treated such like trash either for being overweight, a different race or because I was a woman. Only feeling that way because the taller, thinner same race gentleman as the associate was getting red carpet treatment compared to me. I can go on and on but let me Focus my true intention for this review. I recently came in with some item that I bought with my warranty rotors. Knowing for a fact that they would be able to find my transaction in the computer because of those warranty related items. After not only the store manager trying to tell me that it was impossible but the other associate that was standing right next to him who is actually the same one that sent my wife crying out of their business. Tries to back him up and say that it's not possible I was wrong it's not happening. I was luckily saved by a wonderful well knowledge employee named London. Who had to embarrass his own store manager by slowly confirming that what I was saying was correct and yes he definitely could do what he needed to do to take care of his customer. Definitely not going to drag on the other details which were continuously unpleasant for me to deal with the store manager. But I will say if for any reason you have to walk up into this particular AutoZone please make sure to ask if London is working. I give you my word she will treat you has a customer is supposed to be treated and have a very friendly customer service attitude.

This place is always busy but the staff and techs are great. They are always on their toes and a big help always. Prices aren't bad. No restroom. Usually have the part you need in stock. They also give you all the price ranges for a specific part. That is great in my opinion!

Went in the store on dixie in saginaw as i was passing it on my way home and wanted to grab a swap brakes when i got home and never again will i use autozone...they had 2 ppl working 3 customers and only one knew what they were doing and it took me what seemed like forever to get my parts which were a caliper a rotor and set of brake pads...caliper and rotor were fine but the brake pads were damaged upon opening the plastic wrap. So now im missing a � day of work to call for a ride to go back to the store and return the damaged parts and finish this 30 min job a day later....ill stick with advance auto

Not very helpful, I thought they would change my car battery for me, they didn't. They loaned me tools for it but they didn't fit. Good thing I carry my own and know how to do this stuff on my own thanks to my dad. Very disappointed.

What good is the business phone when the employees do not know how to answer THE COMPANY'S PHONE?? I will take my money elsewhere. Advanced auto or O'Reilly's maybe their employees know how to answer the phone so general questions can be answered before purchasing a part. Poor business ethics.

Got to be the worst AutoZone to go too there always to busy talking to each other than help never open in the morning on time always closes early if you call looking for a part and they put you on hold lol just call some place else there not going to pick the line back up I love AutoZone but this one needs to either close or fire everyone that works there and start over

called to ask a question about a return and was told very quickly bring them and then the person on the other end just hung up the phone berfore i could ask antother question.
