Guys got me in pretty fast and fixed my clearance and marker lights on my box truck in a timely manner! Real cool down to earth guys that looked out for me tremendously! Will definitely recommend them! Thanks again!

Heard about wiers recently and needed some work done on a roll back. Decided to give them a try and wow I am impressed. Quality work, good price, and way quicker than any other shop I've been too. They even found some other small issues with the truck that i knew about that i didnt tell them about but proves they actually checked the truck over extremely well. Highly recommend them.

I needed to get my tire Fixed 5:30 pm And everybody else was telling me that we can do it today. Wiers said come over as long as you make it within the opening operation hours will take care of it for you. They have a great team of people here cant thank them enough. From now and on that s my first place to go

Had a flat tire. I called to see if I could get my tire fixed first thing in the morning. The lady I talked to asked me what kind of truck, I told her it was a freightliner. She then tells me they are 6 weeks out and not taking freightliners right now. I told her it was just a tire repair she says so you need a service call. I said no, I can bring it to you. She preceds to tell me well it will be 175 dollars an hour for a service call even if I brought it to them! I quit going here when it was LTM because of the service. I thought I'd give them another chance since it seems to be under new ownership, but it seems nothing has changed.

I paid these people 300 bucks for nothing. I was told my engine light was not coming back on soon as I left the parking lot boom! Not fair at ALL

If I can give More than 5 I would because they deserve.I had load to pickup an appointment with 5hrs as soon as I tried to move my truck shut off the engine because of the radiator was leaking coolant I run to this shop guess what they did get me back on the road immediatelyThank so much all of you special Jay.

Gram and his staff are very nice. They treat you with nothing but respect. I always take my car to LTM Auto Repair. Whenever I have a problem. The mechanics there know what they are doing. I like the way they explain what's going on before hand. I would recommend LTM Auto Repair to anyone who has car problems. They will for sure get you right.

To say that I was having a bad day, would be a complete understatement.. with that being said, it felt like my vehicle was being serviced by close friends/family. The level of hospitality and kindness that Cathy and Gram (as well as the rest of their wonderful staff) showed me throughout the entire duration of my visit- created BY FAR one of the best experiences I have had at ANY establishment.. even on a terrible day, I have never had a more pleasant experience. The customer service was extraordinary.I stayed at the location during the repair and I was offered coffee/beverages/snacks- they even had a cozy little waiting room/nook available. Cathy checked on me regularly to see if I was comfortable.. they successfully repaired my vehicle and discussed all necessary actions required to get my vehicle back in working order, along every step of the way.If there is ever an issue with my vehicle in the future, this is exactly where I will be taking it. I would give this business and it s staff 10 stars if I could.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Way to expensive shop . I towed my Ford transit there to replace the alternator, they saw im in trouble so they tried to charge me 1350 parts and labor....

Jake was great... he worked with me to get my boat trailer back on the road prior to a long road trip, hubs, bearings and rubber. I really appreciated the courteousness and friendliness of the whole team. Thank you all so much. Expectations exceeded, i would recommend to anyone

This was my first time at LTM, had a great experience!communication was excellent all the way through, car was done much faster than anything I've had done at the dealership in the past. Excellent, like-family atmosphere. Honest, open, and concerned about the customer, not the business. Highest recommendations.I took two vehicles in for a four-wheel alignment. They performed full inspections and emailed me detailed reports with photos. They were clear about whether they recommended service now, or whether it could wait. Their use of technology to improve the customer experience is very well done and seamlessly integrated into the process.Most importantly, the people there were very open about challenges they faced on the vehicles, and they responded transparently when I expressed concerns. The advantage here is not the price, it's the process. They truly make you feel like they care about you, and you are one of the family.We'll be returning there in future.

Quite possibly the worst service I've ever had as a consumer.Terrible communication. Very slow repair times. Very high price. I'd recommend finding a more customer-centric shop.

Jake from LTM did a great job adding upgrades, such as a Rear Track bar and 4 new KONI shock absorbers to my Class A motorhome! Also, he fixed the support hanger of my exhaust. Everything was well done, can highly recommend LTM.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

It's difficult these days, to find an honest and reliable mechanic. LTM is now my permanent, mechanic. They came in under the estimate and did my repairs that the dealership was to incompetent to do. I scheduled an appointment for tire rotation on my RV and a simple consultative conversation about options that are available for a smoother ride. Instead, I got inspection of whole RV, and them telling me I didn't need a rotation. $135 and four days later, I didn't even get to talk to a mechanic about my inquiries about getting a smoother ride.I'm glad I didn't need a tire rotation because all tires looked even. and I appreciate them taking the vehicle for a test drive and inspect the whole RV (so they said). But that was not what I had scheduled an appointment for. I do feel that was a waste of my time and $135.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I've been using LTM professionally and personally for quite some time now and they never disappoint. Their turnaround time and pricing for repairs is great and they have a fantastic customer facing quoting/billing system that allows you to stay engaged with your repairs and approve or deny services in real time. I was traveling fromUp north to Detroit and my windshield wipers stopped working during a downpour. The shopKindly squeezed me in on a busy Friday so I wasn t stranded. I never write reviews but I will to warn the next person. The other reviews are not lying when they say expensive! You are literally better off taking your vehicle to a dealership. $50 to look at it (does not go towards any repairs) $85.00hr $35 if they have to program something $20 just to test drive it after the work is done and additional fees for shop tools. They didn t even tell me it was $20 for the test drive. It should be standard and included! I recommend sitting in the garage with the mechanic and see if they re actually working each minute as they claim. Lesson learned. I will continue to spread the word about how bad this place is and will never be back. Edit: it s been 2 weeks now from my original review and my vehicle is having the exact same problem! $300.00 gone and the problem still exists. I ll be taking it to a dealership sometime this week to get professionals to fix it with warranty. Nothing worse than con artists; live & learn.

Amazing service, amazing staff, and amazing pricing, the only shop that would touch my car besides the dealership. They figured out the electrical issue and fixed it in less then an hour and then showed me how to fix it if it happened again. I am now a life long customer and will refer every person who asks me where they should take their care to get fixed.

HAD MY TRUCK FOR 2 MONTHS AND 6 DAYS and still didn't address the problems I mentioned. I've had work done here twice now. Both times they had an opportunity to take advantage and charge me for work that didn't need to be done. Instead, both times they chose to behave with honor and honesty. I will be using LTM again for work in the future and will be encouraging others to do so as well.

My husband bought a used ambulance which needed some repairs. I suggested he go to LTM. He brought the truck to the shop and got a call back saying it was done. He picked it up and we drove it up north to see how it was running. We found that several things were not repaired after they said it was fixed. They said they were waiting for another part so we would bring it back after the weekend. After returning it to LTM we waited for the call saying the parts were in and the final repairs were done. My husband also told them that there were things they said were fixed and that we paid for, that weren't fixed. Well after waiting over a month and calling several times asking for Tim to call us back regarding the vehicle, my husband finally went to get his ambulance. He called and asked for it to be put back together before he came to get it whether it was fixed or not. When he picked it up they gave him another bill and refused to give him his keys unless he paid the bill. He brought it home to find wires disconnected, and parts not put back together and the several problems not fixed. This turned out to be a nightmare experience. They were unprofessional, unreliable and incompetent to do the work. I would not recommend them to anyone for car repairs. After reading some other reviews about LTM and seeing others issues, we should have ignored the LTM responses and followed what customers said about their experiences.

I dropped off my motor home for what I thought was a simple exhaust leak problem. It turned out to be much more complicated than we thought. The technician agreed to stay late that night to get it fixed so I could leave on a planned cross-country trip. I was very pleased with their service.

Best service anywhere, they email and text you detailed photos of the problem area, offer reasonable solutions. All while keeping your cost down. Also great drop off and pickup followup. I have never written a review before but LTM is one of the most friendliest, qualified and knowledgeable "state of the art" repair facilities in the world. Thank you for taking all the time and patience to repair my truck.
