They took good care of my car (kia optima 2016). They have the best customer service and were empathetic that this was stressful for me. Tommy is a really great guy who will take care of you and your car needs! They also gave me a reasonable quote of $295 when other places wanted to overcharge me. I would go back to them for any window trouble. I added before and after pictures as well.Services: Installation, Auto rear window replacement

This company came to fix a window in the attic that was freezing over. The employees came in and were completely rude and disrespectful, ready to argue. Now, after they supposedly fixed the window, it is completely freezing over, and it s totally worse than what it was before they came. Do not use this company for anything.

I needed to replace my driver's side rear door window after it was smashed (break-in). I called a few places for an estimate and to see how soon I could get it in. Out of three places, City Glass was able to get me right in, and was literally nearly half the price as others. These guys had good communication and did a great job. I highly reccomend City Glass Co.

They were awesome! Their prices are so much better than Safelite, and they actually gave aftercare instructions. I recommend them to anyone who needs a new windshield!

We had City Glass Co. come out to our office today and replace 2 windows that had cracks in them. They were efficient and fast without cutting corners. The windows were in and out so fast we did not have to close down our workday to replace them. Even the people in our waiting room were watching them and commenting on how well they took out the glass and how they cleaned up so well. If we ever need them in the future we will definitely be using them.

Best prices on a windshield in the area, probably in the state! They are great at what they do and go out of their way to provide amazing customer service. They even gave me a lift home and picked me up when my windshield was done.

This is the 3rd time ive used City Glass. 8 yrs ago I chose them as they had the best price, again I called as my back windshield was smashef out . Once again they had best price and did a great job just like before. Rob scheduled the job and got me right in, he was polite and knowledgable. They had the whole job done in less than an hour. I ecspecially enjoyed talking to Nicole who runs the office, she was friendly and had a great personality, it was a pleasure talking to her and it made the time fly by while i waited. Like everyone there she seemed hardworking and on top of her job. I will come back always in the future if i have the need and highly reccommend this place to everyone. Called to schedule a windshield replacement and was able to get an appointment for a Monday. They re open at 8:30 but must drop car off by 9:30. Everyone I came upon was very friendly and welcoming! Nicole I believe helped set up my appointment. KIA AUBURN HILLS Referred me and I trust them so I came here and was not disappointed! $235 good price as well. They were willing to work with us on the rescheduling a few times. When we were able to get our vehicle in the shop, they took care of it quickly. The vehicle looks great. Only one very minor issue...there was a bit of dirt or scraped glued left in the vehicle. It's an easy clean up.

My experience was great. I have a window wall on the back of my house that is commercial glass. The cedar trim rotted out and water started to leak into the walls. I spoke with Rob and he was great. I sent him pictures and he reviewed them and said they should be able to take care of it and said he would send Paul. Paul was also great. Paul gave suggestions, ideas, and tips about the glass I did not even know, or think of. This is City Glass before even doing any work. My job is a very unique situation. They may or may not do the work, but they went over and beyond just looking at it. Most of the window companies would tell me we just replace windows, we do not replace just trim. They even recommended another company if I decided to replace the windows. Thank you Rob and Paul.

Rob and Nicole provided amazing customer service from start to finish on my windshield replacement. The quote provided over the phone was dead on! The office might look dark and simple on the outside, but Rob's welcoming personality and honesty shines on the inside of the building. I highly recommend if you prefer supporting a family owned business! They've gained a client!

I first used City Glass for a replacement on my windshield. City Glass not only had my car done for me at the end of the day that I was so satisfied I had to use them again. I had them cut round pieces of glass for my vintage lamps. This shop is honest, fairly priced, and I cannot recommend it enough!! Keep up the good work!

My windshield got hit by a golf ball i call for a quote and they had the best price. Drop my car off at 9 the next morning and it was ready for me to pick up at 1:30 that afternoon. Great customer service
