I've had my rugged cover for about 3 years now. We get a considerable amount snow in Northern Ontario and I don't always clear the cover off immediately and even with a foot of snow it hasn't warped at all. I recently lost a rear hold down clamp and after contacting them recieved 2 free clamps! Great company, service, and products. Thanks again. Ron

Shipping and receiving guys are great but they do tend to have open appointments- so all 6 containers showed up at the save time they did there best

Employees are always good to deal with. Paper work appointment times are usually accurate, meaning do not show up early to get loaded as the load won't be ready. Quick to get loaded once ready.

Place is fast loading. Pull through gate walk in and get a dock. Back into building. Load you in 20 mins once you hit the dock plate. Overnight parking in side lot. Very friendly. Super light load.

Would give zero if possible. Worse business experience I've ever had. I still tell stories about how awful and degrading experience it was. I would recommend never doing business with these folks.

Great Place to get a Load out of Drivers. Note to Commerical Driver "Remember to turn right on West Stewart street.The GPS will take you to Vals Pizza. But by the way you can walk from the dock and grab a fresh Topping Hand made pizza. No kidding.

Great company, great product and even better customer service. Alex in particular was awesome to deal with. Good companies like this are few and far between anymore here in the U.S.A. Rugged liner defintley has my business in the future.

Arrived, checked in, got a door, got loaded, and left.Would've been 5 stars but their yard is dirt and it had just rained.. nothing but mud to walk around in. Oh well

I recently purchased a used Ford F-150 with a Rugged Liner truck bed cover. A couple of the clamps needed to be replaced. I called rugged liner asking for replacement parts fully expecting to pay for the new clamps plus shipping. I was pleasantly surprised that there was no charge - parts plus shipping was free. Wow! When does that ever happen?! Thank you Rugged Liner! You now have a life long customer and will recommend to all my friends.

Was an employee there, found a better job and quit because the place is garbage to work at, to this day they still owe me my last check so if you work there becareful and dont count on them paying you properly, will be taking them to court for my money and already reported it.

I use to work here i was hired back in may 95 was an extruder operater for 2 years then a production supervisor in vacuum forming for 2 years i left on good terms when i started there we were brandnew had some funny experiences i wonder if any of the orginal gang is still employed there
