Josh did a phenomenal job repairing my Cadillac Escalade. I took my vehicle to Impact Auto Body with a busted front end due to hitting a deer. I got my SUV back and now it looks like I just drove it off the dealership floor. I am very impressed by the quality work and exceptional customer service. The turn around time was very impressive! If you're looking for a great auto body shop, Impact Auto Body is the place! I highly recommend this establishment and will personally be coming back for all my future car needs. Best shop in Michigan! Josh goes above and beyond for the customers. Even checked out my moms engine light while working on my car. Family owned and ran, so if you want to support local family businesses, this place is perfect for you!

My wife and I hit a deer on the 15th of May. Impact Auto was the only body shop available and willing to take our car in within the week, compared to every other body shop being booked until almost August.Josh was excellent, taking care of the insurance for us, being patient when we called over and over for updates (being our first major car accident we had no idea what to do), and most importantly, fixing our car to the point where it looks and runs like brand new.Thank you Josh for your hard work, we will definitely recommend this shop to anybody in need of repairs!

My 2019 Equinox was crashed and close to totaled but I had full coverage insurance. I decided to give Josh at Impact Auto a chance since no other shop could get to my vehicle as quickly as he could. There was a ton of front end damage and it was almost a total loss.Josh was very patient and kind, explaining everything for me as I know zero about cars or the insurance claim process. He even went out of his way to help with handling the insurance when they weren't getting back to me.He did a wonderful job fixing my car, it was beautiful and looks brand new again!! I was so impressed and he even went out of his way to clean up some extra dings and blemishes during painting and body work.There was a lingering issue that Josh continued to follow up with and made sure it got fixed even though he got fully paid and I left with the vehicle before the issue popped up. He could have blew me off since he got paid already but he stuck with it until the job was completely done and my car stable.Bonus! A week later I accidentally put my car in Low drive and panicked thinking something else was wrong with my vehicle. Not knowing who to call I called Josh back who showed up 5 minutes later to check out my vehicle and politely inform me everything was fine and I had put my car in Low drive. Super embarrassed for myself but super impressed with the level of kindness from Josh and how far above and beyond he went!!I highly recommend Impact Auto, best repair facility experience I have ever had. I didn't feel taken advantage of as a woman that knows nothing about cars and that is a huge thing for me! He even returned my vehicle fully detailed and cleaned on the interior. If you re looking for anything auto body related, this is the place to go!I had a dent in my passenger door for a few years, and rust forming on the wheel wells of my truck. The guys at Impact popped that huge dent for me and installed some small fender flares to cover up all the rust that was showing. They also replaced the interior door handle that had been broken for quite awhile!They were super easy to work with and got my truck in quickly as well! They even restored my headlights free of charge!Everything looks great!Service: Body & Trim
