Just purchased 4 tires from w Saginaw location and the sales man has 0 personality and comes across like he could care less about you or anything you have to say. I got all done and he didn t even say Thanks! I told him he was welcome! I ll never go back!

Well to put this accurately I was getting around to do my oil changes on mine and my wife s vehicle and this was the last place that did our oil changes. Come to find out their mechanics must really love to put thread lock on the oil plugs. Smdh

Marcus is still sporting that I don't give a poop attitude noted by others. I dropped a grand (cash) on 4 new tires and the check out gal merely took my money without as much as a thanks. I had to stand there & pry her about warranty & other general info. Additionally the place is Filthy & not from a busy day or even a week, this build up goes back to Valentine's Day at least. Including the wait area & the restroom.

Came here years ago now for a set of tires for my Ford fusion, one of the tires was out of round and had to be replaced after installation, even after that I had issues, not a bad place, but for the time it took and how much it costs me I would've expected a big brand like Goodyear to have had better quality tires.

Came here for the first time to have my Jeep tires balanced. Marcus was able to fit me into their busy schedule and the shop did a much better job than my previous wheel & tire shop! It s hard to find someone who can do good work on lifted Jeeps with largest wheels. I ll definitely be coming back here again!

I was told I had two nails in my front left tire when I got my oil changed but guy at Goodyear couldn t find them so they cleaned up the treads (however they do that) and found a nail in my front right tire and repaired it. Yay! All at no cost! Double Yay!

Good year has been my staple for about 4 years, the Manager Marcus and his team are always helpful and knowledgeable. Car repairs are scary if you Know nothing about your car, luckily the goodyear team will and they will educate you so you can make the right decisions for you! 1000/10 recommend!

A few years ago my vehicle needed service. I figured I would try Goodyear because they have quality tires and they were the only shop that can get me in in a few days. I was extremely impressed with the quality of work. The vehicle needed work again, (a few weeks ago). They were the only shop that could get it done in the time we had. Their prices were very competitive as I called around a few other shops to compare and they completed the work in a day. We had a power steering pump, brakes, tires, and struts done. I don t want to imagine driving without having that done considering the rain, the steepness, the curves, the stopping, the rough roads, the few near accidents, all of the conditions we encountered driving from Michigan to Florida, and Florida to Michigan. I am extremely impressed with the Goodyear Assurance tires. I am very thankful to Kevin and the mechanics for a job well done! Thank you!

Awesome service. I stopped in while out of town an hour before close on a holiday weekend and these guys were able to have my tire replaced and on my way within 20 minutes. 10 out of 10 recommend these guys

Marcus was super helpful! I went to another tire place and they had overtightened my lug nuts. In trying to get them off, we stripped and damaged the nuts so they had to be drilled off. Marcus was helpful in finding time in their schedule squeeze our car in. They remove the damaged lug nut for under the expected price. Marcus provided exceptional customer service, even remembering my name when I walked in the door.

I showed up at 5:30pm on a Saturday not a car in the parking lot and these guys were ready to close in 30 mins. I went in and spoke to Marcus and explained to him I had a tire that had a small leak in it. Without hesitation he told me to go give him the keys and he went and told the guys that they had one more to do even though they had already cleaned the shop up and everything. These guys could have just told me they didn't have enough time and told me to come back on Monday to get it fixed because mind you it doesn't make them any money for fixing my leak. They made sure to go above and beyond even letting my son watch them fix the tire from a safe distance of corse. I can not say enough good things about this place. I will always bring my vehicles here even though it is a 45 minute drive for me. Great service

Had a friendly and efficient experience here. Made a call to this location when I had a flat tire at Meijer, and one of the employees drove out to me to fill it. I drove over to the shop, and they repaired my tire at no cost and with no warranty.

Big thank you to Kevin and his crew at Goodyear on W. Saginaw Hwy. for reparing my tire, again. This is the second time in like a month that they have repaired my tires. The first time there was a screw in my tire and today a metal shank the width of my thumb. Both times I dropped it off and went to work. Both times they repaired my tires for FREE!Super convenient for me and courteous.

Dropped my car off for an oil change for a 9 o clock appointment. Guy at the counter was very rude and told they would need my car till noon on a 9 o clock appointment. Very impersonal counter person. Then at 10 right after we got home they called saying it was done

I came in from out of town with serious brake problems that developed while on the road. Kevin and the staff at Goodyear were extraordinarily helpful in identifying the issue and getting me back on the road. These guys are honest and do the job right the first time. Highly recommended!

Called New Year s Eve for them to look at flat tire. They said, bring it down we should be able to look at. Within a half hour of dropping my car off they called. I need to tie rod, alignment and tire repaired from nail they found in it. 2 1/2 hours later my car is done at a very reasonable price and feels great driving. Thanks for the excellent service. I would definitely recommend Goodyear on Saginaw in Lansing for service.

I was beyond shocked to go in for a tire repair today and unbelievably they did not charge me a cent. I did not even buy the tires there, so I was completely caught by surprise. The repair was completed in record time, people could not be more courteous there, and it absolutely made my day to have such a nice encounter. It s rare, and when a business really cares about its customers, people should take note.

We needed tires for my husband s truck and Marcus got us a really good deal plus a $200 rebate. He was also friendly and courteous. He also called back the next day to make sure we got the rebate email he sent. I would highly recommend Goodyear on W Saginaw Hwy in Lansing, Mi.

I was traveling through Lansing for a funeral and my tire caught a nail. The other tire places in town couldn't take a look at it or do anything for 2 to 3 hours. I have young kids so not an option. Goodyear closes earlier at 5. We went in,told them situation, Manager Kevin allowed Marcus to take us in last minute. I wind up needing a new tire. They stayed overtime, got us out in an hour, we made it back home in Rochester safely! This was excellent customer service! Goodyear with Guys!

I ve had many oil changes at Goodyear and tires fixed. I dealt with the same employee every time , his name was Marcus. He was so friendly and helpful along with getting everything done quickly! I will 100% be returning to this location for any needs I have with my car from here on out because it Marcus!

Marcus is hands down the best and took care of me today when I had to go in to get some parts repaired to do my alignment.Really appreciate Goodyear for taking care of me and making the payment down to nearly half the original amountWill always be a customer!

I ve never had to buy tires before, however I bought my truck this year and it needed new tires. Not sure where to even start Marcus helped me get the best tires for my truck! Asked all the questions I wouldn t have ever thought of bringing up. Made sure all the questions I had got answered! Best customer service!!! May I say my truck rides the best it has sense I bought it. I m in love with the tires! Not to mention he helped me every step of the way! If you go ask for Marcus!! I will most definitely be recommending this place and Marcus to everyone!!!

Very convenient hours, including Sunday! The store manager is always nice. If you choose to wait for you're vehicle the seating area is decent with a TV if you don't want to stare at your phone or talk to strangers. It's also a short walk to Meijer, Goodwill or the Lansing Mall if you want to shop while your vehicle is being serviced. Complimentary coffee is available and a vending machine to buy soda. I'm always happy with the quality of work and the care staff use when servicing my vehicle. They also make sure I'm informed of what's going on with my car and what options are available.

Marcus the best person to go to. He kept in contact with me and helped me with my tire issues. Found me the best deals and all around provided the best customer service. I couldnt thank him enough for all he did for me. Will be returning for any car needs and would 100 % recommend to anybody
