Requested they check the balance on my tires. Steering wheel vibrated around 60mph.Firestone said I needed new tires, $1400, and an alignment, $200.I went to another shop. Tires slightly cupped with significant tread remaining. They balanced all 4 tires and in about 100 miles there was no more vibration.I do not trust Firestone, it appears they were looking for a tire commission rather than being willing to correctly diagnose and address the issue.

The staff was friendly and curious. They were ready for my appointment (which was easy to schedule) and embraced my scope creep. I felt honesty. I paid more than I anticipated, but did not feel as if I was being oversold at all. No pressure was applied for additional purchases however, I appreciated the method that additional purchase recommendations were suggested, so I agreed to them.

I scheduled a 9 am appointment for Friday, 2/2/2024. At 8:28 am I received an email stating that my appointment had been changed to Sunday, 2/4/2024. There was no explanation, just a 30-minute notice that my appointment was now 2 days delayed. I rolled into the West Lansing store pretty angry. Luckily, Aaron was very professional and told me that he would be able to take care of my car without having to wait another 48 hours. He saved you a customer that day because I was ready to take my business literally across the street to the Goodyear store, right then and there.

Well all I can say is this branch use to be really good. However, more and more after many schedule services with this branch I started wondering what is going on.First schedule a service for an oil changed which took over 8 hours to complete with a scheduled appointments was the first flag on the play. Second, I called schedule another appointment for ONLY ONE HEAD LIGHT BULB CHANGE, drop my car off again my car was never touch no phone call no anything. I called to find out Firestone never even touch the car. Wasted my time and gas going back and forth to get my car. Sometime sorry does not help.Again personal foul on the play called this morning setup another appointment for 1pm today to change the same light blub.Got to Firestone to drop off my car oh you do not have an appointments' we changed that you should have gotten an email. Again wasted time and gas with firestone.I have officially trade my time, money, and gas to go somewhere else to get better service. I have been servicing four different vehicle here since 2019 and I am finally done. I will no longer take any of my vehicles here.

Called on New Year s eve and they were open set me up with an appointment on NEW YEAR DAY! And got my vehicle running and fixed within 3-4 hours on the holiday!! They also gave me a deal!! Anthony is the best!!!!

NO STARS!!!!!My son took his car to this branch because the brakes were seizing. They couldn't find a problem. We actually have documentation from them that said they couldn't find anything wrong. My son brought the car back for the same issue. They told him the Calipers were bad. They replaced the Calipers and the brake pads and rotors. The rotors needed to be replace because the calipers had been bad for a period of time and this wore the rotors. We paid almost $2,500 for this job. He drove the car for two days and the problem came back. He brought the car back and they said they didn't know what was wrong. He brought the car to BMW and they immediately diagnosed that the Master Cylinder was bad. Because the Master Cylinder was bad, it damaged the Calipers again. We called Firestone and they said they would replace the Calipers (under warranty) it had been two days after BMW fixed the Master Cylinder. My son brought the car back after BMW fixed the problem and spoke to Rob. Rob stated that Firestone said they would not fix the Calipers. They refused to fix a part under warranty. The website clearly states, "We promise that the services we perform will be fixed right the first time If the automotive repair or service was performed improperly, then we will re-perform the service at no additional charge to you during the established warranty period" I guess this is false and not the "Triple Promise" of Firestone. I guess I will be seeking legal assistance, as they really took advantage of my son away at college.

Next visit:I got a flat tire and my car doesn't have a spare, so the guys here helped a ton in getting my tires replaced under the circumstances. And I saved money with the deals offered.The store manager is awesome!!Original:My appointment started on time! Rare for auto service places. It also was completed early! I appreciate saving me time.

Worst place to buy tires if you want to use after purchase options, like tire rotations, punctures, or balances, which you pay for when you purchase tires. They are appt only but never seem too busy. I bought $1000.00 tires a year ago and have to go to Belle or Discount to get after purchase care. Just went in 20 mins ago. They had two cars in the bays and no customers in the lobby but had no time to do a simple rotation. Said they were short labor, which is what they always say.

I had a really great experience at this location. While traveling out of state my vehicle took on some damage that would have made it impossible to return home without repairs. Not only were they open on Sunday, they were open an hour sooner than Google said. Victor was incredibly helpful and jumped on the issue right away. He showed me the problem and was able to fix it quickly and we where able to travel back home with a safe vehicle. I would certainly recommend this location for service.

Yes I'd like to start out saying big kudos big thumbs up from a mechanic to Anthony and his crew at Westside Firestone they are on their game they worked very hard to get my stuff straightened out that Eastside Firestone did a few things wrong and they're young mechanic and their store manager did not rectify even I work there with them try to get them to rectify three different times I just want to give a big shout-out to Anthony and he knows what's going on in his store and runs a store very well and I observed him in the morning time helping all the customers he is A-Okay and a great customer service guy and a great manager thank you very much Anthony and your team

Absolutely recommend this place. They do the work u pay for right the first time. Super nice and helpful people. They fixed all 4 of my tires that were completely off balanced. Thank u for making my car safe to drive again for my family and my cars parts. Also for $200 u get a warranty on ur alignment for the life of ur car as long as u own it. Free alignments for life, hell yes, thank u!

This is very disappointing, call to make an appointment for my wife car to have a front end alignment, exhaust work done. The person on the phone didn t even put that in the notes. So when I arrived to drop off the car, the person behind the counter was confused by why I was there, we also ask for an oil change as well.Then the next morning, I received a call informing me that they can t do the exhaust work, and that I needed other things that I didn t ask for. Since they we re not willing to do all of the task at hand (front end alignment, exhaust, and oil change). I responded with fine do the alignment and I will deal with the rest later.Later that morning they called back and informed me that the car was done and can be picked up at anytime, no mention of closing early. When I arrived there at 6pm there was no one around and looks like hasn t been for a while. On the doors and windows there are no closing hours. Looked online and the hours are 7am to 7pm. But nobody is there, and with the reviews looks like this is a common practice. This was the first time at Firestone and will be the last time. Fix your store because it is not the only one that can work on vehicles. The car in question is my wife s car she needs it for work, I also have my own vehicle for work. But since you re employee are not willing to work or make money for you. Then I will go somewhere else that wants to work and make money.After talking to Victor witch he stated they close at 530pm. I get charged for an inspection witch was not ask for or informed that they would do one at our expense.Please people go somewhere else!!!!

Super easy to schedule online. Their hours of operation vary from posted hours(not open as late), but they did call to change appointment time. I had a warranty claim for 4 tires, tires were in stock and replaced in a timely manner. Nice, knowledgeable staff and clean waiting area.

The manager and staff were very attentive to the problems we had with the car. They diagnosed what was wrong with the car and was extremely fair with us considering we had traveled over a thousand miles to visit Lansing. It turns out that we were able to secure the needed repairs and head back home in a few days. I highly recommend Firestone for all your car care needs.Services: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic

I usually have no issues with Firestone this was my first time at this location. My car is a Chevy Spark and needed an oil change, usually takes max 20minutes to complete so I waited in the store after making an APPOINTMENT the day before. I ended up waiting in the store for TWO hours for a simple oil change. The mechanic told me they had the wrong filter and that it would just take a few more minutes, 30min later I was still waiting. I would not recommend this store or return the communication was not good. Had I known I was to wait that long I would have scheduled on a different day/place.Update: I reached out to firestone customer service email as instructed with my invoice and issues and have not heard back in over a week now.Service: Oil change

I brought my car in at 9am for an electrical repair on my headlight, and an oil change because they said they would need it for most of the day. I called at 5pm because nobody had called me, and asked how much longer. They said they would call within the hour to pick it up, but they never called me back. I called a little before close, 4 times and nobody picked up. Not a call, or text from them. The next day, I call them when they opened, and they said they finished it yesterday, but couldn t even fix the headlight! So they had my car all day and all they did was an oil change. They said the reason they never called back was because worked on it til close so nobody was there to call me Ive never been so upset at a business before. A little communication would ve been enough!Services: Electrical repair, Oil change

Pulled in to pick up a tire we had ordered for a different vehicle. Found out we had an unrepairable flat(that had just happened on the way there). They were able to begin to put 4 new tires on within 15 min of this happening. Chris, the service manager, was above and beyond helpful especially since all of this was within an hour of closing time on a Saturday and they were already full.

Absolutely terrible, people sitting around on their phones instead of working, turning customer after customer away, pulled a nail out of my tire, and the refused to patch it, this place is absolutely terrible, I will never be returning to a Firestone location ever again.

PLEASE do not patron Belle Tire on West Saginaw Hwy when the AMAZING Firestone Complete Auto Care is just down the street! I cannot praise Chris enough, or Dakota either. The staff hussle and are quite busy, but the service, price, respect they provided exceeded my expectations!! They seem to go above and beyond for their customers and they KNOW how to treat their customers and not just pass them off, deny scheduling tire warranty service on new tires as Belle did...a completely and outstanding difference of service, products and price!!! BRAVO and thank you ALL at Firestone Complete Auto Care for everything!!! And they leave your car perfectly clean, no evidence they were ever in the car they care so much!! Honest review from a regular customer: In short, went to Firestone for my oil change on a Sunday (after calling on Friday asking for one over the weekend). I arrive on Sunday and I'm told that it was scheduled for the following Sunday. The head manager explained that there was no ill intent or wrongdoing on the part of the employee who scheduled it... Earth to said head manager, I understand that (I don't mean to be audacious, but you kept repeating this and I wasn't refuting it). I understand we make mistakes! My frustration is that from a company who speaks about the "Firestone family" and values customer service/experience, you as the manager couldn't apologize once or show any type of emotion that would reflect dissatisfaction on the part of the customer. As the manager, I would expect you to do at least one of the following 1. Apologize for the misunderstanding. 2. Check and see if there has been any cancelations. 3. Put me on a waitlist in the event that something opened up throughout the week. 4. Let me know that you are going to follow up with the employee to make sure that when confirming appointments with customers, a date is included. I don't work at Firestone though, so what do I know?Service: Oil change

Firestone has ALWAYS gone the extra mile for me and this week was no exception. I awakened to what I thought was a flat tire and so I took the vehicle to Firestone - dropped it off and asked for a tire inspection and to put me on the schedule for an oil change sometime the following week. They did one better and did the oil change while I waited which is unheard of for a full service auto garage in 2023. Nevertheless, that s EXACTLY what they did!! Thank you Firestone family!!!

Double the price of competition. Will always try to sneak in extras even if you ask for the cheapest. Don't believe me, call them, then call belle tire for the same thing. I have a small work fleet and they always make me laugh with what they charge. The manager, Anthony, was the MOST helpful human being I've ever had the pleasure of working with when it comes to my car. He handled absolutely everything from working with my insurance to make sure I got what I needed to keeping me in the loop. I can't recommend it enough!

Id give a 0 star if i could. My mom was driving my car the tire just so happen to go flat so she pulled in to Valvoline this was 6pm march 17 and went to see if they could put a tire on, she was going to buy a new tire also. They told her no in stead of telling her to come back tomorrow she walked outside to see if good year could do it now and someone at firestone locked the door behind her!! Very unprofessional and it was all before closing time. So instead of getting our service and new tires we went to Tasmanian tire in holt.
