The owner is terse, but straightforward, which I appreciate. I've been doing business with them for over a decade. I highly recommend them. They've never done me wrong and are a lot faster than going through a dealership. They wouldn't sell you anything that they wouldn't buy for themselves. Being there was almost like being in a comedy sitcom.Thank you Paul!

Paul is an AWESOME Sales and F&I Manager! The best we have run across in our 50 yrs of buying selling vehicles. If you want a top notch experience go see him. Superior customer experience for sure!!! As well as a winning personality ;) Red's Auto has a beautiful inventory of used and barely used vehicles. The best selection we have seen elsewhere. Why didn't we check them out first? Highly recommended!I believe the man s name is Paul that helped us out. Who is very HONEST and easy to work with. <<<<<The truck we were going to purchase, unfortunately didn t work out for us. However Paul went above and beyond to make it right for us- so thank you for that.I highly recommend this dealership.

Bought a Jeep Wrangler from here, brought it to the mechanic and they said that the vehicle should've never been driven and that im lucky I didn't get injured. The sway bar links were completely busted and the whole vehicle shook which according to the Red's auto employee , it was the "offroad tires." Im not a mechanic and may be naive, but to be completely lied to is just unethical. This place only cares about their own commissions and not the people driving off the lot.

My experience with Red's Auto is not from a purchasing standpoint but from a potential buyer standpoint. Paul went out of his was to help me make a decision on a truck. he took the time to take more pictures of the truck because i am 9 hours away. Paul even offered to pick me up from their local airport. thank you Paul for you kindness.

I rented a car from Red s Auto in Ironwood.Pros: They have a pick up and drop off location at the airport.Cons: Cost is exorbitant. Additionally, the day after I dropped it off, I kept getting an email message that my card was declined for NSF for $23.90. I called them to ask why they were attempting to charge my card. I was told that I was supposed to bring the car back with a full tank. The night before I returned the car, I filled the tank, as none of the gas stations in Ironwood would be open at 330am when we needed to drop the car back off. We had to drive 13 miles to the airport the next day and there were no gas stations in the vicinity of the airport. The lady I spoke with said that they had to top off the tank with $2.50 in gas. When I told her we d filled the tank, the way she was quick to say they d let it slide suggested that she knew they were trying to rip us off. I guess we should have filled up a gas can to keep in the back of the car so we could top it off after we parked it. Next time, I ll just fly into Duluth and rent a car at the airport.UPDATE 11/24: Red s sent me an email apologizing for the issue and offered us two free days the next time we go to Ironwood, so we will give them another chance.

I've been to many used care dealerships in many states and this is the best one I've been to. Very friendly salesmen and wonderful service. Very straight shooters on anything you may have questions about. They also do their very best to get any vehicle you want to tou at a good price even if they don't have it currently in stock .

I bought a 2006 Pontiac G6 GT with less than a hundred thousand miles on it didn't have it less than a year and the transmission went out the muffler fell off the brakes and rotors were shot it started to rust everywhere and the struts were shot didn't get one year out of it and 8,000 mi and the whole car is junk now and I still owe money on it I would never go to red's Auto ever again!!!!

Quickly got me a rental when mine broke down and I was on business. Brought the car to my hotel. Car was very clean and only a year old.
