As I am sure many of you already know, Superior Auto is not a very reputable company. I was lied to by their staff from the second I walked in the door. They were very unorganized and somewhat misleading about the whole ordeal. I purchased a 2012 Nissan Armada with approximately 125,000 miles on it. I put a $400.00 down payment on it and my monthly payment is $640.00. It's pretty clean overall except for the whole driver side speaker system is shorted out. Runs great. I need this vehicle to get to and from work and without this vehicle I will get fired. At the time of signing, I informed the salesperson that I was due for a promotion at work and that my pay period would be switching to a biweekly cycle and that I would need to make my first payment on Thursday ,07/27/23. She denied this and told me my payment was due yesterday and they just repossessed my vehicle. Now, I have to wait for them to "investigate" it and I have to go pick it up in Hillsdale when they either fix their mistake or I make an early payment. This won't happen until Monday morning and that's too late for me. They also said it's illegal for them to return the vehicle to my house and that I have to go get it. I really don't want to deal with such a ridiculous company, but I already gave them $400.00 and I feel trapped now. There was 3/4 of a tank of gas in the tank and this vehicle is not great on gas, but I highly doubt such a shady company will reimburse me for what they owe. I have been trying so hard, just to get knocked right back down. I was staying at a co-workers house to save money for this vehicle and after I was finally able to drive it off the lot, I moved back to Ovid Township. I used to walk everywhere, but Concord is too far to walk. I really love my job and I don't want to lose it...but regardless...I will prevail. So please take note of my PSA , and do yourself and anyone else you know looking for a vehicle to purchase a favor and drive right past Superior Auto and keep going because they will mislead you, rob you blind, and leave you up a creek without a paddle. Please share this far and wide to get the word out so no one else is put in such an unnecessary and inconvenient situation. Thank you for reading and sharing. It's very much appreciated.

I would definitely NOT recommend anyone to buy a car from this place. No matter your credit score, the interstate rate is the same, you can't pay ahead more than a few payments and the finance company, SAC Finance never answers their phone or returns calls. I totaled my vehicle and it took over a month for my insurance company to pay them because they wouldn't return my calls or the insurance company's calls. And everytime I call for my balance I get a completely different answer. Sketchy!

Unethical.. they target people who are already struggling and sell them lemons for high prices and high payments.. if something happens to the vehicle mechanically, you have the payment plus the cost of fixing the already rigged vehicle. If you do happen to test drive one of these lemons take it to a specialist mechanic to have it thoroughly inspected.. most will not pass... Of course for the cost of paying somebody to fix the problems with one of these lemons you would be able to just go get a used vehicle off of a private seller.

I've not missed a single payment and when I was waiting on a paycheck because I switched jobs it was the worst thing ever there rude we cant move your payment even tho i had three to make that month i just needed more time what ahppened to just talk to us or when i asked if i could just make a monthely payment when i started and that was fine but i could not move just one payment they call when ever they want I was on a first shift job they called me in the middle of work now I'm on an off shift and the call me earlier then hell in the morning think about your customers versus treating us poorly because this is my first and last car threw them
