We have been living in the area for a little over two years now and have FINALLY found a garage we trust.They went above and beyond trying to fix our truck that we bought from a local dealer. (I have opinions on them as well) but Silverback has a new customer now.

Called and asked if they could do a diagnosis got me in the next day (Friday) at 8am told me to come back Tuesday at 8am to get speed sensor replaced because they had to order part. Came back Tuesday at 8am and they didn't even order the speed sensor and told me I would have to wait until they order it. First and last time using SilverbackService: Auto engine diagnostic

Took my car to them after being frustrated with it trying to get my winter beater fixed and they did an outstanding job getting it in diagnosing it and then fixing it!! They We re great at communicating what they needed to do and the price prior to working on the vehicle and got the job done quickly and kept in touch with me the entire time!
