Completely transparent. 100% fair price. Does the work they say they did. If something else is wrong, they give you a heads up to keep an eye on it, not automatically drop 1000s into it.

Tim and his staff at Adkins Automotive do superior work. We moved away from Hillsdale 6 years ago, yet we still make the hour trip back to have them repair our vehicles. I've been using Adkins for a few years now. They have done good work on multiple vehicles for me. Their printout when doing an alignment is appreciated as is checking the torque on lugnuts a few days after mounting new tires.

I have heard multiple times this is the place to go, thankfully I have not had the need. My friend highly recommends this place and is presently getting her vehicle looked at. The place is constantly busy for a reason, they are good! The negative comment under my comment is nonsense and truthfully seems as if it comes from a youngun taking her aggression out on this business. She needs to grow up and realize that life doesnt always fit schedules. I am going to try this place out that is highly orecommended by my friend Lisa Keep up the good work. Bless you all

This is a great place to get your vehicle serviced. Not only do they do their job efficiently, they will accurately tell you if any other parts of the vehicle may need work in the near future even if it's something they cannot service at their shop. Thanks for having my back Adkins!

Been using them for 10+ years and I have nothing but great things to say about Adkins. Barb and her team are awesome, they get you in and out and even work with you on getting your car from/to you if you are working in town. These guys are upfront, honest reasonably priced and very good people. Adkins is a perfect example of what it means to have great customer service and treat all their customers like family. I won t go anywhere else for all my mechanical needs!!

I have been taking my vehicles to Adkins for about 2 years. I have nothing but praise for their work. I have moved to Jackson and still bring my cars here to Adkins! They have saved me money compared to what other shops quoted me for the work needed. As a matter of fact I have an appointment to have a used truck, which I just bought, gone over by Adkins. I trust them!

I called Adkins on Friday for an estimate on tie rods on my 2008 Mazda Tribute and the lady that answered the phone was not only informative and professional but very sweet. I had called other facilities in Hillsdale and all recommended Adkins for what I needed done. I dropped my car off Sunday and by Tuesday at 2pm as quoted my car was finished. I had lived in Hillsdale from 2004 to 2016. I moved to Florida till 2021. I had forgotten how a small town makes you feel like family. From the bottom of my heart thank you for your fast service and kindness. You have earned a new permanent customer.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

Had an alternator replaced and they said I need a new bracket also, and that it need to be custom made $700.00. A month week later the alternator goes out and they replace it. A month or two later it goes out again. This time they tell me it is a bolt on the bracket and charge me another $300.00 to fix what should had been fixed the first time. When my wife went to pick up the vehicle the last time they said that the alternator was never replaced the first time just a bracket. Yet they charged us for it. The mechanic obviously never looked at the bill. I will never take vehicle here again!

A great place to get work done or to check something. They are all very friendly and know what they are doing. I only go to them. Even though I moved I still make the drive to go to them. I would hoghly reccomend coming here

Adkins Automotive is a service center with Integrity! My son goes to Hillsdale College and his vehicle had issues. I contacted Adkins and they diagnosed the vehicle. They could have easily taken advantage of my distance and inability to see the vehicle myself. But they definitely didn't. In the end I paid a very reasonable price. They treated me more than fair and I would definitely return to them if my vehicle has any need for service while in the city of Hillsdale. If you're a Hillsdale College Parent looking for a local Hillsdale mechanic for your Son/Daughter I have no reservation recommending Adkins!

Barb and Tim and staff really make you feel like family . When my Jeep was having a problem with the starter . They would not give up until they found the problem . I would not go anywhere else .
