I was broke down with my service dog in a not so good neighborhood. They were service dog friendly and sent another tow truck(was loaded) to watch over me when my tow truck arrived. I want to thank all of you for getting us home safe n sound. My vehicle is fixed, hubby replaced the throttle position sensor.

This is the worst towing company ever. I ve never dealt with a more unprofessional company. They would take the call from AAA and then never came. They hung up on me numerous times. Said they were picking up my vehicle and never showed up. When I called to ask where they were they said they cancelled the call. The driver then called me after the 3rd time trying to get a tow and said he would arrive in 20 minutes. When he didn t show up I called and they said they cancelled the call again. They did this to me 5 separate times and were very rude. Take your business elsewhere. There are better companies out there. If I could give 0 stars I would!!

Really don t understand why people are giving bad reviews this company worked with me and my broken truck over the weekend and towed it for me on 2 separate occasions. Fast, reliable, professional. Worked with me on my every need and compromised for me to help get my car way far north! I hope I never need a tow again but if I do I will be calling west town.

Ronnie was really fast and professional. I called at 8:00pm. He was there in 20 minutes. The company also had a spare tire to change out for me. Highly recommended!

Sam was dispatched to tow my car last night, and I was super impressed with his professionalism and expertise. My car died in a difficult spot and his troubleshooting and demeanor made the whole experience much better . Super thankful for Sam, and West Town Towing, highly recommend them!

I called AAA for a tow and they dispatched West Town Towing.They arrived very quickly. Maybe 10 or 15 minutes. Samier was the operator. He was friendly, competent and quickly and cautiously secured my car on his wheel lift. He drove the speed limit all the way to the destination, safely dodging pot holes and going easy on turns and railroad crossings. I know because I was following him. I couldn't be more impressed. This is actually my second time using Westend Towing through AAA and I haven't been disappointed. Today I needed a tow and Harry showed up right on time, was quick, professional, and very friendly! I am very grateful for them and pleased with their work. I would highly recommend them.

Terrible people THIEVES will steal anything off of your car then lie and say crack heads did it . If thats the case then they have no security for your car while it is there. Scammers looking for the next dollar will steal the motor out your car along with whatever else you got in the glove box lucky if they dont take your radio being petty

An old clutch finally broke and we needed a tow to a really close auto shop, when we called they gave us a very low price thankfully and were able to tow it quick and professionally, and when the autoshop said they werent able to fix the transmission, they were able to take my car to another autoshop down the road for no addontional price. Good service, fast, quality work

Larry with West Town Towing was notified from AAA I needed my car towed and within minutes he called that he was on his way. He was very efficient and a real nice man to deal with.

I've used West Town for tows through AAA several times over the past few years and never disappointed with their tow guys (or gals.) Today when my work van was dead on the job, the driver went five miles out of his way to take me home, and refused extra gas money or tip. At least through AAA, their roadside service is great.

West Town is the place to get the best rate for a tow from flat bed or lift truck or even light service guys. Give them a call this winter for light service to get your battery checked out and or replaced.

My car was picked up by the tow driver. His name was Chad, he was polite he let me sit in his truck, get out of the heat. He was kind, and talk to me all the way home. I would not use this business. They were supposed to come we waited for two hours and then they canceled the job because they had another job instead. The lady was rude and hung up the phone when we called to find out why. They never performed any services because they backed out and left us stranded on the road. We had to find another wrecker to go and pick us up. They didn t even have the decency to call us and let us know that was happening.

I intended up using this place based on a recommendation from a town truck driver AAA sent. Unfortunately the tow truck driver damaged the motor that moved my seat back and forth. I was very upset and thought for sure I would have to foot the bill. West town s staff was very empathetic and did their best to at least get my vehicle in a comfortable position before I left. They dropped everything and assisted me. When they could not fix my seat they assured me they would make it right. I never had to call and check on anything they called and kept me updated every step of the way. From ordering the part, to when it would arrive, to how long it would take for them to put it in. I find it admirable that they took responsibility and fixed my vehicle without me having to hound them or plead my case I will continue to use this place in the future and recommend them to anyone in need of services they provide. Great experience.!

I had no problems with the towing, but I would NOT recommend getting your car fixed here. The person who fixed my car pretended that he didn t know that I had a power steering light on (which was on before I gave them the car) and proceeded to give me back the car anyways and I was forced to drive an hour home when I really wasn t comfortable with it. I had to take it somewhere else to fix what they couldn t and found out that multiple parts, bolts, etc were not put back properly. Please save your time, money, and sanity and go somewhere else.
