The staff at Brown and Sons always provides excellent customer service. Typically, I have my part number from the electronic parts catalog so that I only need to know availability. A special thank to the young lady last week that reminded me to get the High Reserve Battery for my XT5. It saved me a trip to the dealer and eliminated my error codes to get me back on the road to work.

Great prices always. Soon as you walk in the door you feel at home with your employees. Very helpful and knowledgeable in automobiles. That facility has been there forever, been there for as longas I can remember. You can tell that establishment has been open for many great years, soon as you walk in the door you're greeted and treated like somebody special. Awesome employees. Very helpful and polite.

Normally have nothing negative to say about these guys until couple days ago I had to exchange a part Was sold the wrong part for my Tahoe counter guy name Tony freaked out on me because I was exchanging it out for the right one he thought I was returning it. don t know what the guys problem is but sounds like anger issues..

The guys at Brown & Sons are Great. My 1 stop shopping center for AC Delco parts, if they dont happen to have what I need they are able to order and have it for me by 3pm. Welcomed with open arms everytime I go there. Great local business, support local businesses

Prices and service can't really be beat when it comes to ACDelco quality replacement parts on your GM vehicles. I have used them numerous times over the years, and appreciate very much their knowledge and experience.
