Worst manager ever. Very unprofessional. Should be fired. Staff not any better. Avoid this location if you value your sanity.

They wouldn't take back my core and rental tool because I rented it from the north Dort location. "You probably should take it to the other store" is all she kept saying. She also said "I don't have the cash here to do a refund like that here". I asked if she could refund it to my card. "You probably should take it to the other store"

This is the Best Auto Zone Ever---Thank God for manager Precious!She is so Awesome, patient & kind. She took care of my elderly mom, as if she was her own. My mom needed a battery and she got her all taken care of. Thank God for Precious Angels---like Precious.Precious you make all the difference in the World---Thank you for being you!

The employee that assisted me was outstanding! I had a situation were I was being challenged by my brother and nephew regarding my vehicle and she came out and help me save face in front of them!! Thank you!!

Felt like I was not wanted in the store, been there many times and this is the first time that I've had a problem. Came in to return a couple items that I got the other day and didn't need. At first felt as though I was ignored then when told them I had a few things to return, immediately told they were short on cash and would not give a refund. They didn't even ask the value which tells me it wasn't about not having enough cash on hand. Not happy with this store at all. There's too many auto stores out there for them to be losing customers.

Lady working helped me find the correct light bulbs in a matter of seconds. Including grabbing oil and checkout, I think I was out of the store in under that be minutes. Smooth.

Good service and reasonable prices. One stop shop for all your automotive needs with perfection hands on assistance at no extra cost. Even those that are not handy can get a hand in meeting the basic needs of their vehicle maintenance.

Great place for Auto-parts but the computer database they use does make mistakes. So always make sure to bring the old part and compare before you leave. Always buy OEM Transmission fluid, and Power-steering Fluid, and Brake Fluid from your car dealership. But these guys have almost everything else your car, truck, van or SUV might need. Great Customer Service.

One of the guys that work there was assisting a Customer as were checking a light bulb on a Cadillac SRX. When he was done with the other customer he immediately ask if we need his assistant which we really needed. He was very knowledgeable about the type of bulb and price it would be. Customers service was A1... Thanks.

Worse customer service ever. I try to avoid this store or go around the corner to O'Reilly's . Constantly getting the wrong part and the store closed a half an hour early. They wouldn't exchange the part because they had already shut down the computers. None of the advertised equipment works... Battery chargers, starter testers.

Best parts store ever. They may not know exact answer cause after all people they sell parts they are not mechanics. However they will get you an answer if they can. Always go above and beyond to take care off the customers. Keep rocking AZ you guys are the best!!

The manager of the Clio Rd. Auto Zone is a great guy. He always has something nice to say and is one of the kindest men I know. It makes my day each time I visit the store and get to see him!

Good place to witness a shooting in the parking lot. Employees are both bereft of knowledge and bravery. Parking lot appears to have been bombed by a squadron or three of Stukas or Messershmitts. Right behind the store is a dump site full of trash and building waste and car parts. Apparently their corporate overlords and local and regional management thinks that's fine and tells the public exactly how much they care. Other than that, their parts are disposable garbage and their consumables (oil, etc) are wildly overpriced. Typical Autozone. But hey they have magazines and cokes. That's helpful.

Very dissatisfied and disappointed with the service. Made an order that didn't arrive as schedule. Dislike the fact you have to order what you need instead of having the part ready and available.
