This place needs to be reported for bad bad bad service. I had a tire blowout on my steer midnight in Detroit....it was dark so I didn't watch him put my tire on. He finished and pulled off because the bill was paid through 3rd party. I get out to inspect the tire and the man out a trailer tire on my tractor and that the was from 2017 and used. I paid 800$. I called and they won't even answer for me anymore. You guys could get someone killed like this. If the owner See's this please do better. I am reporting to bbb, I have videos pictures and receipts. The pictures are of the replacement tires that I had to turn around and replace 2hrs later.... I paid 900 for 2 steers at loves with warranty and everything versus the 800 I lost on one bad tire from this company.

THIS PLACE WILL DO THE JOB WITHOUT A ESTIMATE AND WILL ROB YOU. DO NOT USE THEM!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!! THE OWNER WILL RIP YOU OFF!! I PAID ALMOST $1800 to REPLACE 4 DOOR HINGES AND 1 TIRE. NO CALL FOR A ESTIMATE!!! TOOK THEM 3 HOUR. THEN HE CALLS AND WITH THE TOTAL... Once I started to talk to him he would hang up the phone. He also took the Driver to the hotel because he had another person he had to screw... Then he threaded me $300 a day storage if I don t pay. I had NO choice but to pay. I will also file a complaint with the state of Michigan...

MIGUEL the owner is a really good guy. Installed a starter in my truck and got me back on the road in decent time.I know I have seen a lot of bad reviews here but Im happy my experience was a good one.I would call Miguel again if I had trouble.

Very poor service and timing. Called breakdown at 1230. They gave my company a hour eta to show up, kept getting the run around about when they would come out. I set for over four hours waiting for these people to show up

Complete rip off. Never sent an estimate, never called for approval to do repair off of estimate. Charged 1700 to put hinges on trailer door. When asking for estimate when they called for payment they took the drivers keys out of the truck. They eventually dropped driver off at a nearby hotel with none of his belongings out of the truck. They told him they was leaving and he had to leave, it was -3* outside. Once again he was not allowed access to the truck to get his belongings. They send the invoice for payment so we could see the charges AFTER they dropped the driver off at the hotel. Once payment was made they went back and got the driver to take him back to truck...4 hours later. I would not recommend this place to any company or O/O. Be prepared to get screwed every way you can.

Our company truck broke down at the border and was towed by the vendor. Boulevard and Trumbull Towing. Due to mechanical issue, he suggested to take it to the mechanic he knows which was All American Truck and Trailer repair. They took 24 hours to fix a starter and wiring issue and charged us $ 4500 US dollars for a job which can be done for 1000$. Still our truck wasn't fixed.The owner/technician does not give an estimate up front of how much the service charge would cost and finds new irrelevant repairs need to be done to the truck. Do not recommend this vendor.Feel free to review the Invoice image attached for 4500$ for a starter change. and leave your comments !!!

Never use the services of All American. They are totally unprofessional, unreliable and do not have customer service knowledge. Our truck was on the road with a coolant issue. they repaired the coolant hole, they charged over $ 1000.00 USD for a half hour repair, plus the over the phone dispatcher who also charged approximately $ 300.00 for her services. Furthermore they threatened my driver with towing his truck and were rude and aggressive. Do not use these people. They do not have good morals.

Absolute Scam Artists.Drove 100 Miles to their shop - a Dirt patch next to a Gas station.Owner tried to charge $1600 to replace a wheel seal & break shoes. I refused to go through with service so they left my driver stranded with the wheels & breaks off of truck.

If I could make this a negative I would. These guys were 20 minutes away from my truck, they said they would be there in 45 minutes, 2 and a 1/2 hours later they finally got to my trailer. All they had to do was replace an airline on the trailer itself. The technician showed up and flip flops in a minivan with very limited tools and supplies. I was charged for a service call, for them to just then turn around and bypass the system while ripping out 3 additional hoses, for then my driver to have to take the vehicle back to their shop to wait an additional 2 hours for them to fix the lines that they broke. I highly recommend that no one ever uses this company under any circumstances even in a Extremely desperate situation. They will definitely be getting a letter regarding ramifications for their actions as well as my unit having to come back and get repair due to the dam is of the that they completed on my truck.

Very pricy!!! They will lie to you telling you stories that they have fine additional work to your unit, that was never performed. They lie to me that they have to cut some bolts, my driver was there saying no additional work was performed, and they will charge you twice as the average price. Dont deal with them!!!

Crooks and thieves - stay away - they just had to go and put in the driveshaft that was removed due to towing. Over the phone they mentioned min 2 hr labour and $125/hr. We agreed. he made a bill for over $1000 and started blackmailing and extorting us. He said the more i argue the greater the bill gets. Pay extra for towing but dont go to these crooks.

GRATE !!! help went out of his way just to fix my truck. He opened the shop in the AM just to get me going. Very understanding guy, big heart i wish there is more people like him out there. YES the price was a little high but was well worth it. I WOULD DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.

Technician was on the ball...40 min response time and fairly quick repair. The thing is, some crackhead thief had cut the latch on my EMPTY trailer to break in,so I was unable to lock the trailer once loaded. Knowing I probably wouldn't have time to hit a trailer shop for repair on the road, and not sure when I could hit a place to get the parts, I chose these guys. $20 part and 30 minutes work....$400 bill, so ouch! Shoulda, coulda, woulda...done it myself, had I known. P.S. I had to redo part of the repair in order to install a padlock on the latch, and add locktite to the bolt to hopefully keep the nut from coming off...

BIGGEST SCAM ARTIST!!!!!!!!! If there was an option to put a negative 1000 star rating I would, I would like the world to know that Mugurel Lungu (Mike) The Owner of this Illegitimate Company has no license as a Mechanic and is a X-con Car thief and car jacking upon many other things He is a women abuser he beats on women he is a drug user and a thief the man is a psychopathy if anyone is in their right mind to do business with this person i wish you all the best

Do not go there. I had a light bulb replaced on the trailer and they charged me $425 GO TO THE DEALER WAY CHEAPER... DO NO NOT TAKE YOUR TRUCK OR TRAILER.. DO NOT GET SCREWED LIKE ME!!! If you go there you will regret it!!!!!!

One of the best in the business as far as I'm concerned, great hard working mechanic, prices are nothing when it comes to quality labor. I would recommend All American to anybody who is in need of truck or trailer service repair!

This place is the sketchiest place I've ever been to. THESE GUYS MAKE A LIVING OFF OF RIPPING PEOPLE OFF. And to add to that, I took my 8 year old son to their shop and the technician who was working on my truck, was inappropriately staring at my son THE WHOLE TIME WE WERE THERE. I REALLY regret going to this place.

DON'T USE THESE GUYS AT ALL. TOTAL RIP OFF!!! BETTER TO ABANDON YOUR TRUCK. CALLED THEM FOR PUTTING THE SHAFT BACK IN AND THEY CHARGED 900 USD FOR IT. WOULD HAVE GIVEN THEM NEGATIVE RATING, UNFORTUNATELY THAT OPTION IS NOT AVAILABLE.

Did really good work I'll give them that and where quick but they price gouge hard 375 for a used tire had my jaw on the ground and the best part is they wait to hit you with it once it's back on the truck o and the 5% charge for using a card most people don't carry 800 in cash around service was good price was out of this world

DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP EVEN IF THE WORLD IS ENDING AND THERE IS NO SHELTER ANYWHERE ELSE!!...I TOOK MY TRUCK FOR A RADIATOR CHANGE AND THEY WORKED FOR 10 HOURS WHICH WERE DOCUMENTED BY MY DRIVER WITH PICTURES OF PROGRESS AND THEY CHARGED FOR 20 HOURS.. EVEN TRIED CHARGING FOR AN ENTRY FEE WHICH THEY CLAIMED TO BE THE MINIMUM TWO HOURS... BUT WERE CHARGING FOR 18 HOURS... DOES NOT MAKE ANY SENSE.. DONT TAKE THIS REVIEW LIGHTLY YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

Stayed way late to ensure my truck was fixed, didn t charge me for transportation. Friendly bunch, if a bit rough around the edges, I have no complaints.

Worst repair facility ever!!!! There are plenty of other places in the area to go to... If you like to pay 5 times more for service and get the worst service then you found the right place... even if you have to wait longer for someone else to come out. Do not even waste your time calling them
