We have been taking our vehicles to Perfect Tune for at least a decade. Honest, solid work, knowledgeable and prices are good. Nothing negative to say.

These people have been great and honest. I had an oil change next door and somehow they triggered my engine light. Perfect Tune willingly and freely hooked up their computers and made sure it was a false code/cleared it and it was great.Later made an appointment for wheel bearing for a Ford Explorer and they got me in right away, worked hard to get it wrapped up same day. When they couldn't make it happen I was offered a loaner at no charge (I didn't need one but the offer was nice). The next morning at 9am I got a call it was all set for pick up. Car is in great shape. I will be returning with all of my cars as needed.

These guys are excellent! You can make an appointment! I've had my car in here for multiple repairs, and have gotten it back, fixed, by end of same day of my appointment. They give a loaner (when available). They are honest, and very reasonable. Julia is helpful and kind.

This place is great!! Corvette, with a transmission leak, the job was very involved, and they made sure it was done right before giving it back to me!! Great Job!!

Hands down the best and most honest auto repair service anywhere. Perfect Tune is willing to perform complex services that other places are hesitant to do, and at a completely reasonable price. Over the years they've helped me with installing fuel pump, replacing timing belt, installing brakes and solving electrical needs. There were also two occasions where another repair shop transferred the work to Perfect Tune, based on this place's ability to complete complex troubleshooting. Quality of service and value for money at this place is beyond anything I could've expected.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Engine repair

Awesome service, won a customer for life.I have used perfect tune for various repairs in the past but the last service was so far above and beyond that I needed to write a 5 star review. I was having starter issues on my Jeep so I replaced the battery and then the starter myself. The car was working fine for a week then wouldn't start up again. I figured the only thing left was the alternator so I dropped it off at Perfect Tune to get it replaced. They gave me a loaner car and I was on my way. I didn't even make it home and got a call that my Jeep was fixed! There was a corroded connection on one end of the starter wire, a simple fix but the turnaround time was out of this world. $5 and 15 minutes after dropping it off I was back on the road!

Perfect tune is a great place to have your car serviced! I only know the names of two employees, Jeff and Ruth, who I have been in contact with and they ve always been informative, professional and up front about anything with my car. This company does a great job and is a trustworthy business. If you re looking to take your car somewhere for a simple task or a more complex one, bring it here. I've been taking my truck to have repairs done. My experience was there this last visit will keep us as customers. While my husband was at work some cut our catalytic converter off and we towed her to Jeff and she was fixed within a few days as we had to file a claim with our insurance and it took longer for the insurance company to pay than it did perfect tune auto. Reasonable rates and dedicated to customer relations.

After calling another business, I was told to go to Perfect Tune because they're one of the few places in Brighton that works on diesels. Long story short, they had very little idea of what was wrong with my truck. Spent $500+ on a part I didn't need. (They even had the diesel mechanic from Brighton Chrysler look at it and he was clueless) The day after they completed the work, my truck's torque converter blew up and destroyed part of the transmission. I recently received an estimate invoice on repair costs and they were completely wrong with what needed repaired.

Was at perfect tune today. Had a fuel induction cleaning,spark plugs installed and brakes checked on my f-150. The facility is clean and well run. Ruth got me in right away and even though I added things to job she agreed to take care of it on this visit. Worked was performed in a timely manner and the guys did a great job. I had to wait for it to be done and Ruth gave me loaner to take out to lunch! Would give them 6 stars if I could. My truck is purring like a kitten!

First time I took the car outside of the dealership for repairs. The team was awesome. They fixed a major problem the dealership didn't detect that would have ruined the motor. The price was exactly as quoted, the car was delivered back to me earlier than promised and I was kept informed during the repairs. Perfect Tune is my new preferred home for our families car repairs.

All around great place. My dad sent me out to see Jeff to get my wheel bearing taken care of, he said i wouldn't be disappointed. My entire experience was great. Affordable pricing, polite, professional and quick to get the job done in a timely matter. I highly recommend jeff and his shop!! Ill be back for future work! I suggest you do too!

The past two times I ve needed an oil change, I ve gone to Perfect Tune. I won t ever go anywhere else because of the great experiences I ve had. I went in today because I ve had an oil leak and it was suggested to go in a little early and get it changed or checked on. The Perfect Tune guys topped off my oil for free because it didn t need to be changed and then sold me a sealer to help stop the oil leak for $18 which was a much better deal than the last sealer Unce Ed s Oil Shop in Ann Arbor by Arbor Land sold me for $90 that didn t work. The guys at Perfect tune also checked my other car fluids to see if they were all set. The told me I needed new transmission fluid because it s not the color it should be. They tell me more information about my car than any other oil change shop I ve gone to. The guys are friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend them to everyone needing an oil change. You re in and out in 10 minutes for $19.99.

I cannot say enough great things about the men at Perfect Tune! They are trusted by everyone in my family. I go there for routine oil changes and whenever I have other issues with my car. Their prices are extremely fair, they are flexible with my schedule, and it is quality work. I will always trust these men with my car!

We moved here a year ago and asked the previous home owner to tell us about any service businesses he was happy with. The only recommendation he offered was Perfect Tune. We gave them a try and have never gone anywhere else since then. They have serviced our two cars; my daughter's car; and my son and daughter-in-law's cars. The work is done promptly, they always suggest money-saving alternatives and back-up the work they do. My wife loves it because she can consult with them when she is not sure what to do and they give her all of the alternatives and costs. I have been thrilled because the work they do on my Infiniti G35 costs about 1/3 of what dealer's charge for the same work. I recommend them to friends and enthusiatically give them a rating of "Excellent"

As a returning customer over the years for various jobs on several of my family's cars, i can only say nothing but great stuff about the mechanics. They do a great job on the various repairs that I have had done. I would recommend them to anyone (I guess I just did!). Each member of this shop are courtious, well educated and simply good people in their field. BRAVO!

I called Perfect Tune at 8:00 am, dropped my car off at 8:20 and without an appointment they were able to get the parts needed and fix my car by 4:00 that day. There was no pressure and they were very easy to deal with. Their pricing is very fair and they seem to find ways to help keep the cost down rather then finding new problems to add costs. I will be using Perfect Tune for all of my auto repairs.

I can't say enough about Jeff, June and the team at Perfect Tune. BELL TIRE would not fix Merceedes Benz brake line, the Merceedes Dealer quoted me $4,000 25 hours of labor to fix 2 feet of brake line that had rusted. JEFF DID THE JOB FOR $392.40. I had them replace my brakes too! I am very appreciative of a hard working trust worthy auto repair team. Thanks Perfect Tune!!

i am a certified mechanic , i had a problem with my truck on the way into work , perfect tune was close so i gave it to them to repair, i was to biz y to fix it myself, they called and said its the pickup coil it will be 256.00 so i said go ahead fix it, i drove by perfect tune paid them and pick my truck after they had closed. i drove the truck 2 miles, same problem the truck failed, they were throwing parts at the problem hoping it would work, each time charging me in till they could come up with the solution, being a mechanic, i now understand what people hate about poor repair facilities , they are learning how to fix cars on your dime, and not excepting responsibility for misdiagnosing the problem . i would not take my car to perfect tune unless you like to throw your money away . this is a true statement and not exaggerated, i will never do business with perfect tune. they were good when bob Thomas owned it ,RIP.

This place is great. We moved To Brighton a little over a year ago and weren t sure of good places to take our cars. We tried a different place first in the area and were not impressed, but have used Perfect Tune now a few different times for auto repairs and not only are they friendly and knowledgeable staff, you can trust in their work. Highly recommend. :)

Just moved to the area, tried this shop out and was really impressed. We have a historically expensive to fix, tricky old Volvo. They were able to make the diagnosis and do the repair for a very rational price. Communication was excellent during the process both with the mechanic and the service writer. Will definitely be back and highly recommend them.

Took my Camry in for a front wheel bearing change and they were able to get it in the next day with out any trouble. Even though getting the part off they had to replace something else and only a minimal cost to me. I would recommend the guys at Perfect Tune and in fact they have my car right now for an oil change and a check up on the wheel bearing.

Brought in my mustang that i snapped a bolt off in a pretty rough spot putting my new exhaust on. I was quoted at a shop in hartland 100 to remove the bolt and 320 to put in the mid pipe and adjust the cat back, perfect tune had me in and out with my shiny new exhaust seaming in about an hour, for less than a 3rd of what the other guy would have charged me. When the new pipes were tapping somthing a few days later they got me right back in and adjusted it free of charge. Excellent work, excellent speed, excellent service, needless to say I will be back whenever i need anything.
