Quality work at a Fair price. Ken was very cordial and helped me out after I sent Quote Request to the wrong location. He stepped right up, scheduled my same day appt, and even did some additional customization for a bracket needed but not part of original quote. My 2009 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited is quiet and even runs better.

Truly appreciate their work! I saw them opening on Saturday, so I called after they just opened asking for an availability for oil change. They took me right in and finished the work in 15-20 minutes, also helped me topping up the coolant as well. $20 for an oil change is an unbeatable deal!

Last week needed an emergency battery as mine died at the oil place. Muffler Man got me right in and out. This week I needed to get my brakes done and came right back to them. Very knowledgeable and affordable. They talk to you and explain everything in terms you can understand. By far best service I ve had from an auto repair shop.

I took my truck in for an exhaust pipe gasket where one of the bolts was broken at the flange. Ken said they could get the repair done and I walked out about 30 minutes later as a happy customer. Ken was professional and knowledgable. The price was great and the repair was perfect.

I went there about a year ago and they fixed the muffler on my car and did an amazing job. They really explained everything they were going to do and made sure I understood. They didn t try to make pay for something I didn t need. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Kenny and his team saved my wife and I. We drove down from Toronto and found out my front brakes were hitting metal. They took us in last minute and got us up and running in no time. Amazing people and service! I highly recommend them! Thanks again

Muffler on my daughter s car fell off on 96 in Brighton. Found Muffler Man on Google and had her drop it off there. Kenny had it fixed and ready to go early the next day. Outstanding communication, price and service! Highly recommend! Thank you

5,000 SQUARE FEET OF INTEGRITYWhat is the number one thing you want out of a mechanic? For me, it's integrity and Muffler Man if Brighton has impressive levels of it and a whole lot more to offer. We have teenagers and were in need of a local mechanic with knowledge and who was trustworthy. We were referred here by a friend and we are so glad we were. Jason and his staff took the time to both show and explain everythingthing to us. Great service, wide array of mechanical knowledge and very reasonable. Great experience, great value and a smart choice coming here. I don't see any negative reviews, but given the kind of person Jason is, if you don't get along with him, it's probably you. ---- As a follow up, there was a light that was on on the dash. Nothing earth shattering, just a reminder to get the oil checked which just needed to be reset. Wanting to make sure that it wasn't something more, Jason drove out to the school where we were and reset everything. (Pictures shown below) I mean, who does that? Awesomeness

Looked online for a muffler shop and Muffler Man popped up, didn't know there was a shop in Brighton. Need to advertise more. Drove in with a loud exhaust and an annoying rattle, they pulled it in right away and got to work. They fixed it and it was a lot cheaper that I thought it would be. If you need something worked on they are a full service shop. Thanks guys, you all rock

These guys are fantastic took my vehicle there to get exuast work done then had me in and out within a hour. You can't beat there prices either 10/10 would recommend then to anyone seeking exuast work

I've never had to wait for an oil change, cheap cost. Come and get your oil changed. $ 20 and up, depending on which oil change you need. Fast honest and GREAT. LAURA Q

If I knew they did oil changes for 20$ an put on customer supplied parts here I would have never gone anywhere else good guys to work on your car but no advertising or marketing no one knows about these guys diamond in the rough

These guys were the best!Kenny the shop manger and his son Thomas did excellent work. John took me right in knowing I had to leave for out of town that day and made sure that I was able to get back on the road safe sound. While speaking with the very knowledgeable staff I found out that they do all types of work. I will be referring g everyone I know and needless to say they are my new mechanic shop.

Great experience. Wonderful management and staff. I have recommended many people here and will continue to do so. Very honest and upfront. Kenny the manager is highly knowledgeable and it's because of him that I will always remain a loyal customer. He has been very helpful and his knowledge has lead to answers no other mechanics could seem to give me, meaning when others told me it was one thing wrong and it didn't fix the issue well Kenny has always been right when he gives me a diagnosis. I truly can't say enough wonderful things about Kenny and his staff. I highly recommend them for all your muffler and exhaust system needs.

Had an exhaust leak I left untreated for TOO LONG. It was loud and annoying and embarrassing. Friends would tell me, it was an easy fix, but just difficult to get to would be costly.I stopped in randomly, and the guy came out and checked it and gave me an estimate. He was busy at the moment and told me a time to bring it back. They had me in and out of there and now my car is as silent as a whisper as she was when she was brand new!As for the cost it was a lot less than what I expected after hearing from friends what they thought it would cost. So it was a great way to start the day!DONT drag your feet like I did, get your exhaust leak checked out it may be a cheaper fix than you think.Thanks guys!Service: Exhaust

During our trip to Brighton for a U of M medical appointment today our exhaust system developed a noisy leak and needed immediate attention. After googling service centers in the area I selected Muffler Man due to the several high praise reviews. Kenneth and his friendly team made quick work so we could get back on the road home. Had an exhaust leak that my usual shop couldn t fix. My car was running very loud. After reading reviews, I brought it here and was in and out quickly with solid repair at a solid price. Brighton needed this shop. Jason and Chad are great to work with and their experience really shows in what they do. They have worked on my F150 and have done great custom work on my 69 Z28. They are great with exhaust but they are much more than just exhaust. I highly recommend them.

This place is outstanding! I had an exhaust leak and it was so loud I wanted it fixed ASAP. I had a recent bad experience with a car repair shop trying to take advantage and up-sell me on unnecessary items so I was nervous about taking it in. I called this place because of its excellent Google reviews, and asked about when they'd be able to look at it. They said a lift would be ready within one hour. I arrived, and it was. The exhaust leak was found and fixed and I was out the door back to normal in 45 minutes tops. And the price was extremely reasonable. Go here, you won't regret it!! Have been here several times, and we have always gotten quick, exceptional service. They never overcharge or upsell you, they are very honest. Even for an oil change they are cheaper than most places and they know what they are doing. We will definitely keep coming back!

The guys here at this shop are phenomenal, they were able to do a fully custom exhaust with a triple X-Pipe on my performance suv for me, they even took the extra time to do it right, and what I really enjoyed they kept me filled in. They let me make decisions before finalizing anything as well. I highly recommend them if you are looking to do any custom exhaust work on your own vehicle, they know what they are doing here and they re very proud of their work. The staff is also very kind and easy to talk with, very friendly shop full of good people.Service: Exhaust

Above and beyond service! I came in with an exhaust leak immediately after my catalytic converter, the guys in there had me all set and on my way very quickly with a custom exhaust. They re very friendly, professional, and do good work in a short time for a reasonable price. I wouldn t hesitate to recommend the Brighton location to any friends or family that need work done!

on our way home from Ypsilanti we got a leak in our tire. pulled in and they fixed it with no wait at all and got us back on the road. little did they know we were having a really bad day but their speedy service got us back on the road quickly and on our way home. Very friendly service and John who fixed our tire explained everything and what needed done. I own a auto repair shop in Gladwin and would definitely recommend these guys.Service: Tires

Kenny and his son run a great shop! Got me in and out within less than an hour and installed my flowmaster outlaw exhust. And paid less than I expected! Highly recommended!
