As a disabled single mom with a brain injury having a reliable auto shop is so important. I definitely found that place! Their customer service is amazing and their work is fantastic. Their prices are fair and they are honest about what needs done and what can wait. I highly recommend this place! So far we have had tires and brakes done and had a great experience with both. Thank you Bob s Tire and Auto!

Since moving out this way, I have used Bob s Tire & Auto Service to have my oil changed and tires rotated. The service is outstanding! The employees are knowledgeable, informative, and efficient. The scheduled appointment is on time and work is completed in a timely manner. I have not had any other work done on my car but I can tell you if and when I do, I will come here. I trust what I am told by these employees.

Knowledgeable, thorough, honest, and fair. I had an oil change done by a third party in Frankfort, KY before driving to Brighton, MI. When I arrived at the hotel in Brighton, my car was making an awful noise. Checked the oil and there wasn't a drop on the stick. Called Bob's and they got me back on the road in very little time without gouging my wallet. They took the time to diagnose the root cause of the leak and explain it all to me. I made it back to KY with no incident. Many thanks to the guys at Bob's in Brighton!

These guys are honest and truly understand exceptional customer service. They do a great job at tires, and I have had them do suspension work as well. They have never disappointed me. Kurt and Joe are the best!

Bob s was very friendly, helpful and fair. I am a single woman and a Senior citizen that does not know much about cars. My guy friends who know about cars are very impressed with the work they have done for me. They told me of other things they saw that needed to be done but not right away and gave me a quote and a timeline.As for pricing, I personally thought they were high, but I am old and think EVERYTHING should be cheaper! lolMy guy friends said that while they were probably not cheapest, they were very fair in their pricing and also very good at their job! I highly recommend them!

I ve been coming to bobs for YEARS. The guys are always super nice and they re always super friendly. One of the guys, Damian, always make sure you leave happy and with a smile. Visiting from Upper Michigan and had gotten a flat tire the day before I had to head back north. Ended up being a valve stem. They got me right in and fixed it quickly. Super nice staff, highly recommend.Service: TiresService: Tires

What a great TEAM! I woke up to a low tire- but had to get a conference on the west side of the state. I was in and out with a tire repair in less than 45 mins. All their bays were filled, but they got out a portable jack out just to help me and get me on my way. So glad I discovered this local shop - will definitely return!

Friendly, professional and fair.Everytime I have my car serviced by Bob's, they do an excellent job and are fully transparent. They have always been friendly and make me feel like no questions are stupid (even though I'm sure I have asked them many stupid questions). Anytime someone asks for a mechanic recommendation, the first place I will mention is Bob's Auto.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Brakes

They did a great job repairing my front brakes. The person I talked to was very polite and explained everything to me in detail which I appreciated. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for tires or brake work.

Totally impressed with Bob s. Outstanding job with tires and alignment on my Jeep Wrangler. My son and daughter-in love went to Bob's Tore and Auto as well as her entire family go here and talked about how good and reasonable they were.Though they were busy (good sign) they had enough staff to get us in within a few days. They looked it over and test drove it. Within the day, we had a quote. Fixed our beloved Honda in reasonable time. Hopefully get several more years before we have to retire it. We appreciated how they took the time to explain what was needed and why. A BIG Thankyou to the staff.

Great place and great service. Brought my car for tires and an alignment. They got me better prices on tires and the alignment compared to the big chain places around here and did a better job. Plus they got me all taken care of the day after I called. I ll definately be bringing my business here and recommending them. I m a car guy so I value solid work vs money hungry big chain places that just want to up sell.

Highly recommended! Hands down the best auto shop I have ever done business with. Honest, friendly, economical, and quick service for tires and car repairs. This is the kind of business you can go in and you don t have to worry about getting ripped off or oversold like some other chain repair shops. When I complemented the gentleman at bobs on this, he replied there is enough broken things on cars out there that they don t have to make anything up. Great guys to work with!

I have been going to Bob's for over 15 years now and literally every single time I go in for a repair dreading the bill, but it ALWAYS comes out way better than I anticipated. Nate and Joe are honest and never try and sell you on repairs they don't think are absolutely necessary. In all the years they have worked on my cars I never once had to come back because of something done wrong.Competitive pricing, has late week day hours, and skilled mechanics. What more could you want?

Awesome service! Kurt, Joe and Nate were amazing and very accommodating! Top shelf service and the bill came out $200 less than the quote. So refreshing to deal with a business like this. Thank you Bob's Tire and Auto Service !

I have been going to Bob's Tire since Bob was there. He would be proud to see his tradition of great service delivered with common sense and "good humor" in my case. I have six cars and multiple trucks within the family and I bring them all to Bob's Tire. Nate, Joe and Kurt always deliver excellent service within the cost parameters that I can afford and what the vehicle is worth.I plan on doing business there for the next 30 years or at least my family will. My grandchildren already go there and I am confident their children will go there as well. Thank you Bob's Tire.

Top notch service with a smile is what I get at Bobs!They treat your car, like it is their car.The staff all seems to have been working there for a long time as well. So you don't have to worry about some new punk kid messing it up.They are very accommodating and very honest.

I started going to Bob's Tire when I was 16. That was 29 years ago. It has always been nice going somewhere built on the honesty and integrity. Many of the same people work there for many years and that gives insight into their well run business. I highly recommend Bobs if you're looking for a new place to take your vehicle(s) and you don't want to engage in high pressure sales every time you go in. They're busy enough with their long term satisfied customers, they don't need to blow the doors off of everyone walking through the front door with upselling, commission based pocket picking and fuzzy dice repair.

They balanced my tires and checked my brakes and gave me an oil change. My car is running smooth as silk and they said I didn't need brakes very honest guys love Bob's tire!

I think that they are a good store but when I called to see if they could service my truck they assured me that they could. After making an appointment taking the morning off from work I got there to find out they could not. Note: This is why I called them in the first place. But at the end of the day he was very nice and friendly. He apologized for mixup. We all make mistakes and he handled his as well as one could. That s the reason for four stars instead of one. I will give them a chance in the future just not with my truck!

Bobs Tire provided outstanding service in helping me pick the right tire for my custom wheels and, at the price I needed them to be. I made an appointment 2 days later and they got the jeep in, changed the tires and had it done in less than an hour. With all that there is free tire rotation. Not at all what I'm use to getting from the other tire store. I recommend Bobs Tire for the next time you need tires and don't want to give up an entire day to get them.

I've had a few negative experiences with Bob's. I smelled gas when starting my car and took it in twice over the course of two years, both times they said everything was fine. Finally took it to the dealer for other reasons, and asked they look at it, because I had a gut feeling. Turns out I had a crack in my exhaust manifold. I was breathing in fumes for three years because Bob's missed the issue twice! And before that when I came in for suspension repair, I wasn't out of the parking lot before I had to turn around and tell them my car was still making the same noise. Come to find out, they had overlooked the real problem. Too many instances of the problem not being fixed the first time. I will not be going back to Bob's ever again.
