Absolutely outstanding customer service. I called in a panic with an issue starting my car. John was very informative and professional on the phone and let me know they could help test it. When I arrived Leah had came out and helped determine it indeed was a bad battery. John and Leah even helped replace it! 10/10 coming back to this O Reily s anytime I need something.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Acie! Not only did he have AMAZING products knowledge, he was nice enough to put the new windshield wipers on my car for me! I think he could tell I was a wee bit nervous and anxious coming into the store... So he cracked jokes and made me feel at ease, like I was part of the O'Reilly family. Thanks Acie!

Showed up needing jumper cables with 3 minutes to close I fully expected to be iced out or treated like a jerk because it was so close to closing I apologized asked where the cables were and they asked if I needed anything else even suggested a better set of cables for my car they didn't mind I was there so late at all. Made me feel better about it all. Thank God too because my bosses car was broke down needing a jump across the way.

The counter people are no help, so I've resigned myself to placing online orders for pickup so I can get the right part. Not a huge deal, except they never fill the orders. Lost a day's work thanks to putting my faith in orileys. Won't make that mistake again

This place is GREAT, very knowledgeable staff that helped me with an electrical LED issue. Answered all my questions and even found me a Haynes manual in paperback to view wiring diagrams.

I called because I needed something and the representative was so nice. He took the time to search for the item that I needed and then he held it at the counter for me when I arrived. This is old fashion hospitality. I love the store

I wasn't sure how to rate this place bases on the fact that when I walked in I didn't see any workers around, I then waited at the counter and the worker appeared and I tell you he wasn't friendly AT ALL! I asked a few questions and the answers he gave weren't clear to me so I dug a little further but to no avail I left feelings more distraught than when I got there.

I had to call the corporate office to get my refund back on a defective equipment and the first employee refuse to give me my money back although there was a one-year warranty and I had the receipt the same day purchase then I called the headquarters again and their manager came in the store after 45 minutes of waiting and wanted to fight with me about the return but he was telling me that he was forced to pay me the money back because the headquarters told him to pay me the money back. And by the way I purchased a different stereo the same night a different brand and it's working fine so yes they do have the effect of equipment probably all from China again if there was a zero I would give him a zero

More expensive than rock auto, but the distribution center is right around the corner so you can just go grab it will call.Easy returns, tools for rent in a pinch, and most employees are friendly and knowledgeable.Would recommend!

They need more help. The manager Sean is always helpful. Anytime I've had a problem at this location, they try to be very helpful.

I seldom give 5 stars. I'm giving this one as relative, meaning 5 stars compared to the rest in the area. They generally have what I'm looking for and have it available or at least you can usually go to their warehouse and pick it up. I didn't get the girl's name, but she recently made a great effort to help me find something to replace a fuel fitting for my jeep. I also purchased some other things for the jeep. I'm still waiting for Autozone to get them. Unbelievable......

I always get good service. They usually have the parts I need; when they don't, they'll order them for me. Prices are usually better than some other parts stores and they offer similar, if not the same, services. What more could you want?

Parts are decent priced when you get the right one.There are a few well trained counter staff but the rest need training or a different job that suits their interests.General merchandise on the floor is overpriced.

I love O'Reilly's, they are always so helpful and have replaced my wipers, battery and run an engine check. All the staff have been knowledgeable, and helpful.

Came in for license plate screws..young man Kevin came out to my Ford Fusion and figured out what I needed and even put my plate on for me thank you so much for awesome swrvice. Greatly appreciated on a 90 degree evening...will come back again

Just shop here pass right by Autozone and come here .You should look at my review for Autozone on the same day horrible customer service can t believe that guy even has a job there . Orielys well you helped me out and hooked me up . Customer service here always seems to be very very good. Made it to where I m picking parts up there today instead of ordering them online. They also have no problem helping you find something in there isles if your passing right by it . You know what I mean I m sure you have done it too. On the other had autozone refused to help my daughter find something in there isle the other day said it s right down there you have to look for it . She came back said can t find it so they said well then we don t have it . I ran up there and found it sure my kid didn t see it but also didn t get any help either . Well I should have sent her here instead won t make that mistake again.

I went there for my niece, I never got out of the car. I guess it's a chinese company now. It was originally a Murray's. Its improved some since then, and it's ok but me myself I prefer Napa for the quality.

I will never go into this store again.I was harassed buy an employee named Horace and he badgered me about a warranty part that was in there computer that I had purchased at another store about a year Pryor to this incident. Horace told me he know parts better then me and I'm a full time technician and have been for over 20 years and know parts and how they look after a year of michigan roads and weather. I was completely disrespected and will never do any business commercial or personal at any location again.

Brought in 2 key fobs to get batteries replaced and Sean was able to help and multi-task and help train and employee and help him along with helping me! Awesome job!
