I m assuming it was the owner of this location, an older gentleman. But the service that I had received from my phone call and going into there was absolutely amazing. I needed a new battery for my car and I was told multiple times by multiple different place that they couldn t do it or they didn t have the right battery. Came into Napa and, he was kind enough to change my battery and was done within a few minutes. I did have to wait for a while but that was completely understandable with him being the only guy working today on a Sunday. but I truly appreciate the service I received from them today.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I needed a brake light for my car and the guy laughed along with me when it asked if It was a coupe or sedan. The best part, as a female, at any other auto parts store in questioned if I know what I'm talking about, they did not do that and treated me as an equal. I very very much appreciate that. Everyone at this Napa location is super helpful and willing to go the extra mile. I drive past 3 other parts stores just to come here.

Came in to get brake pads didn't have them pd foe them told would be 1 and a have hours would be in.came back 2 and a have hours later no pads with gas $5 gal non apologetic attitude!sending some one back to get them another 35 to 50 minutes I am supposed to get them.

I looked online and it said the store closed at 8:00. I arrive a few minutes after 6 and a guy told me they were closed. I told him that the website said different. He admitted he was aware of the problem and pointed at a sign on the door. I went back and checked my voicemail and that was told they close at 6 either. I rarely write reviews but this was extremely frustrating getting rides when without a car. This was poor customer service and being unorganized.

Bad experience everytime. First they sold us the wrong brakes than they sold us the wrong tool. I hope you know exactly the part your are needing because they sure don't. Only reason they get business is because they're closer than Auto Zone and O'Reillys but by the time you travel there home and back you might as well make the trip into town.

I appreciate good reviews and see there are some good ones here on Google, but on my first visit the employee on hand was sarcastic and rude. Maybe he was having a bad day but not appropriate and now you have a 1 star rating from me.

Great place for auto and truck parts. They are also an authorized Amsoil retailer. They now have Amsoil diesel 0w20 in stock

Rude. Called to inform about a driver who was speeding down a road and the man on the phone gave me an attitude before i could even ex0lain why i was calling. Multiple employees have to walk across davis to the buses. As well as students who walk down davis as well.... Thus man shot out of superior auto like a bat out of hell. Sorry fir calling concered. Noone needs to gethit by a careless driver. Obviously they dont care about the saftey of others.

Walk into the store notice one employee has a mask on one does not but as a customer walking in they sure make sure you have your mask on this will be the last time Napa in Belleville ever get any money from me or my business

By far my favorite auto parts store, they have way more than you'd expect in stock. And have a vast knowledge of tractors (and the parts) as well as autos.

Walk in ,stood at counter, told me be with you in a minute,another guy in there looking at stuff ,then told the other guy to come up . I'll be coing somewhere else. Need a better counter man

Very rude and not so great of customer service and for always having an empty parking lot 80% of the day they always always always put you on hold for 5 minutes or more don't recommend this establishment for your auto part's needs
