The only part of my expience that wasn't bad was the receptionist, she was nice and polite. My wife was in a car accident and the tow driver didn't give her a card so it was already difficult to track down several times the Belleville location said her car was not in the system after I told them it happened in canton they didn't transfer me so finally after finding the address I was able to go to the canton location and point to my wife's vehicle and once we confirmed it was heres we were treated like criminals while retrieving her belongings and taking pictures for insurance purposes.

Very fast! I only had to wait 15-20 minutes. Shaun was excellent. He sure knew what he was doing. Had my truck loaded up in no time at all. Very friendly and understanding, too. I will definately call JT Crova again.

In the midst of a bad experience breaking down in the middle of the night, in a not so great area, my rental company quickly called this company and Nick arrived within 15 minutes. He was kind, quick and very courteous. He even stayed with me until my ride got to me even when he couldn t fix the tire. I can t rave enough how thoughtful it was so stay with me when most would have left. It ended up working out that he could tow the car afterwards. Thank you!

I wish they let score be zero. I was a victim of theft. My stuff was impounded in this facility. Emily was a nightmare to deal with!! First she demanded with an attitude that I have a release from police. Police said they would just meet me there. Emily still refused to help and was a snotty nasty piece of work right from the start. The detective even apologized for her behavior. I wasn t towed, I wasn t angry I was a victim just trying to get my stuff. Then three Corva employees just stood and watched me w no help move a full uhaul full to my vehicle. If you re calling a tow call anyone else. Don t trust Emily with your vehicle. Anyone would be better than this place!!!!!

Despite what I ve seen in the past, these guys came through. I didn t get the address completely correct but the driver found me anyway without calling me. Was there within 30 mins, was careful, nice, and did exactly what I needed. Even backed my car up himself to where I needed it. I wanted to leave him a tip but apparently that s not allowed. Y all should change that.Service: Car towing

Upon getting through the construction on 275 we had a major crisis. The skid plate lost 2 screws, 2 were holding the plate on. It was a loud boom & we had to pull over in a ditch. However, Tom from J & T Crova towing service saved the day! It was dark the traffic was heavy & the cars were flying. But Tom truly assured us that everything would be alright. He towed us to a safe location & took care of the problem. WOW, what a kind understanding person Tom was to us. Very professional, kind, polite, and took care of business!!!!

The worst place ever, reading all the comments, how in the hell is this place still in business, had my vehicle less than 24hrs but still charged me 2 days of storage, and let's not even get started with the bit*** in the office. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!thinking of how I can start a class action lawsuit on them

Quickest tow I've ever had. Both the dispatcher and driver, Tom, were polite and professional. Hardly even had to wait for the truck to get there.

I was very impressed with the way my entire situation was handled. The dispatcher was really polite and clear in his explanation of the process. The driver was WONDERFUL. I am so very grateful for this company! Something, I don t know what, except it was some sort of cover underneath my car came loose and started dragging as soon as I entered the freeway. I knew I couldn t drive to the next exit which was two miles ahead, so I contacted my insurance company who told me the closest tow was 2 hours away and I would still be responsible for some of the mileage. So I called J&T Crova and the young lady (I didn t get her name - sorry) said they would have someone there 20-30 minutes after she sent me the credit card link to pay for the tow. She was sweet as pie! Guess what? They were there in 30 minutes! The driver Corey (I hope I m spelling his name correctly) was so kind! Pleasant, courteous and sympathetic to my situation. This could have turned out to be a very bad day, but their great, no EXCELLENT customer service made my day! Thank you J&T Crova for being there!Service: Car towing

The ABSOLUTE BEST tow I ve ever had. I m so grateful for them. I was stuck on the side of the highway at night on 1-94 headed from Ypsilanti and my engine overheated I was freaking out an called many tows but no one would come to help me because I needed to go to Garden City. I called J&T a they were life savers a great price for the drive and they literally arrived in 30 minutes from our call with them. The professionalism and care for my safety aswell was amazing. I m so happy to have found them and now me and my family know who to call when in need of a tow! Thank you all so much !!! Service: Car towing

The only reason I m even giving this dump one star is the the driver of the wrecker. He was the only redeeming quality of this place. My brother hit black ice and flipped his truck last night and the driver was so helpful and kind. He responded very quickly and did everything he could to get the vehicle out of a very tight spot and keep everybody calm. He gave us all the information we needed to go and get our things out of the vehicle today.Well when we got there the receptionist at the counter was a complete nightmare of a miserable human being. My dad, my brother and I walked inside to speak with somebody and we were immediately met with a hateful attitude. My brother and I were immediately told to go outside, that my dad was the only one allowed in the building. The receptionist then proceeded to be very rude to my father and pretty much told him we aren t getting to our vehicle until we jump through all these hoops and present all these different documents. I have dealt with several towing companies and have NEVER encountered this. We called our insurance company and they called her and she was incredibly rude to our insurance agent too. Our agent said in all the years she s been doing this she has never encountered somebody so difficult and rude. It appears to me that this place seems to try to keep peoples cars when they recover them. We went to the police station to get one of the documents she claims she needs and the officer said I m really not sure why they need this or it s necessary, but here you go. Good luck. If you are in the south east Michigan area and ever need a wrecker service, call literally anybody else. They have been a complete nightmare to work with. If it weren t for the driver being so great last night, I would literally leave zero stars.Service: Vehicle wrecking

I blew A tire after hitting a pothole .. the police sent these guys to tow my car , they were quick to come and tow my car to wherever I wanted !! Very nice customer service they saved me after a long night .. thanks guys !!!

These guys went above and beyond helping us out when our motorhome broke down, on the off ramp of the highway. They got us out to a safe area where we could get a rental and helped us with a mechanic to get back on the road, in a city that we knew nobody. Thanks for helping us quickly, completely and was very fair on the price, you represented your city very well, Thanks Again!!

656 p.m. November 2nd 2023 apparently I was going too slow 40 mph the speed limit tow truck was behind me blowing its horn and flashing lights with its strobe lights on cause me to slow down even more if they want to be such such a community towing company that wants to act that way

Absolutely horrible! The lady at the front desk was rude and when I went to get my stuff I was told that I couldn t get all of my personal belongings. No reason what so ever just that I couldn t get everything. I hopeI never have to deal with this horrific place again.

Excellent service. Fast and efficient! I Was stranded just off of 94 because of a road rage incident where the driver forced me into a ditch. Called JT as they were the closest tow company and they had a truck on scene in minutes! Dispatcher gave me updates and stayed on the phone with me while I was waiting. Called to find out how much the bill was to help a friend get the car out of inpound and very rude man..told me not to call back..I will never deal with them..and he also said different price for different police department..poor customer service..rude and even hung up on me

I would recommend this company to everyone. They got here within 30 minutes of getting the call. When they called me they said 30 and was here in 15. Craig and Demetrius were amazing. Fast and efficient Super friendly and was happy to help me I can't thank you guys enough

My vehicle broke down. I called for service and was given a quote on the phone and they took my credit card number on the phone. The woman was very polite and professional. The driver arrived at the 20 minute mark as promised. I rode in his truck while he towed my pick up truck to the repair shop. The driver was great. I tipped him. I was sent a receipt via a text. The receipt showed $150 to hook up, $100 for hooked towing to the shop and $25 for a fuel surcharge for a total of $275. I sought reimbursement from my insurance company and was told that the distance my vehicle was towed was 6 miles and was reimbursed $205 (6 miles instead of 20-he used google maps to confirm). I called the towing company and dealt with the same woman and I explained the 14 mile discrepancy and she said her system has it at 10 miles to drive to me and 10 miles to return. I informed her that i was only supposed to be charged the 6 that i was towed (according to the insurance agent). She said I had to understand that prices have went up because of the times (covid) and fuel cost has went up. I explained to her that I was charged $25 for fuel and just because her system says 20 miles doesn t make it right. She said, costs have went up and I told her then raise the price, but don t exaggerate the number of miles. She informed me that an adjustment would not be made and maybe next time I should google somebody else. I then went back in to the invoice (web site that she supplied) and she altered the receipt to reflect her reasoning. The changing of the receipt seemed shady.

The police called this company to tow my car 3.5 miles from the accident site and I was charged $490 + $25 for every additional storage day. This is ridiculous and I will file a complaint with the city. These types of towing companies are taking advantage of people like us who are being hurt and suffering in an accident and are not given a choice to choose our own towing companies.Service: Vehicle wrecking

I would give them minus 5 stars. My grandmother was charged $150 for jumping her van!!!! Not a tow but a jump! You all should be ashamed of yourselves Ripping Elderly People Off!!! What would have charged her to tow it $350? Not to mention how you were RUDE TO HER.

I don t know her name but whoever that got on the phones needs to find a new profession. Very rude and not willing to help at all! If you re gonna work at a tow shop where people are going through a rough patch with their vehicles you should be helpful and pleasant. After just having another tow company come out and tell me they couldn t tow my work truck J&T Crova towing came to my rescue quickly and got my truck towed back to the lot with no problems , Dan was the driver that picked me up and was very friendly, helpful and was a joy to ride back with. Definitely will recommend them to anyone with towing needs in the area.Service: Car towing

Another racket to get people money. If you have no fault insurance. Why is it that you have to have full coverage on an old vehicle. Just to get your belongs out of a wreck vehicle. And if you have no fault insurance, you need the title and $140 to get your belongings.

BEWARE!! Lying excessive Price gouging kings sumpter/Belleville/romulus PD Have contracts with JTCROVA to price gouge customers with towing company. InViolation of 445.903. Police supports & turn blind eye to law violations. 10x the towing cost/will change price receipt and mileage to lie about hook up and mileage. Less then 10 mile tow $400+ for 12 hour storage BEWARE
