This place is great they helped us out by getting us a tire and installed fast. We were in a time crunch to get this done, I called multiple places to just find a tire or even a wheel with tire that fit, and nobody had anything to fit my 2003 Ford Expedition.I got a referral to call Gene and Son, and I got a fantastic price and fast polite customer service!This is the place for your tire repair and replacement needs!

I had a wonderful experience here. I went in for a slow leak and ended up with 2 new tires because the slow leaks were balding. The cost was affordable because I am on a fixed income. Gene is a great guy. Thanks again guys for great work.

I had a flat on my green bike velo-car andi walked over to Gene and Sons, explained who i was and the son hopped up and volunteered to help, we jumped in his truck and he found a way to haul the bike back to my place. The son, Gene, was friendly, courteous and helpful. And charged me a very good rate to do it. I just ordered new tires and tubes. He is trying to start a roadside assistance with reasonable rates if you have a flat or need a jump for your Engine. So i recommend you talk to him about his services!

These guys are great! When I've been in a pinch and needed a simple, economic, and/or temporary solution to an immediate problem, they have always come through. Highly recommend.

Thay fix a flat for me did a good job I went back to get tire look at but thay could not my tire lock was not put back. Now I have to get the dealer order me a new one. Hope I don't have a flat befor I get it.

They say the same line yeah we got around eight pairs of those tires in and I hate to remind everyone who's a local who this guy is cuz everyone who's a local knows who this is so you notice if you bought something from him in the past that left you stranded high and dry and you felt like you wasted your money and wanted to commit in the truck just act that God would be against this is that guy. Not to mention hey buddy everybody doesn't smoke cigarettes so please don't walk up to me hovering over me blowing your cancer in my face I can catch it from something else like bubblegum rather than bad breath.

I would like to leave zero stars. My sister took her car there for repairs. They did not tighten one of the wheels causing it to fall off and causing $900 in damage and they refused to pay it. Don't go to a non licensed mechanic.Whatever you say bud. That might have caused her initial visit. But looks like someone didn't tighten down the lugnuts.

I've been to see these guys multiple times. Twice for a plug and forc2 tires. They are honest, quick, friendly and will do their best to accommodate your needs!! I'm very grateful for them!

Passenger front tire on my Explorer had a slow leak after my 16 year old new driver accidentally hit a curb and broke the seal on it. I took the day off work and was at Belle Tire in Belleville 30 minutes before they opened. I have spent thousands of dollars at this company and namely this location ever since they opened. I went in and explained my situation, only to be told they maybe could have it back by tomorrow, no guarantees, as they were short staffed, now mind you they had 3-4 managers inside just waiting around for customers. And a few months prior when having tires put on another car I was told the same thing when asking them why do long. I explained to the gentleman at the counter the urgency as I was driving south in two days for a family vacation and was told there was nothing he could do. Frustrated and explaining they were going to lose a customer, he said sorry and walked away yes walked away. I m Looking for other local places that I might be able to get the work done I stumbled upon Gene and Sons. I arrived there before they opened at nine (remind you I was at Belle Tire at 7:30) and even though they were not opened yet, they came to my vehicle, asked me what I needed done, and told me give them a few minutes to get the shop opened. They fixed the busted seal and had me ready to go 15 minutes later. They told me no charge, I gave them $20 anyways, and just asked to keep them in mind and spread the word if I was happy with their service. Great little business and honest people just trying to make a living. I was even told by them the next time that I need new tires that I can order them myself, have them shipped to their store, and they would install them and balance them for $25 apiece and then five dollars each to discard the old tires. And if I do my math correctly, it would ve saved me over $375 giving them my business the last time I got tires over Belle tire. It s good to know that there are still people out there that believe in customer service, and helping people out in a pinch.

Had a leak in my tire repaired at a different place, after about a week it was leaking again. When I called that place, they wanted $20 to fix what they didn't do right in the first place.A friend referred me to come here, that they're awesome. Well, I'm here to tell you my friend was right!!! I won't go anyplace else. They repaired the tire for free! I really appreciate it! Thank you!

Called yesterday and asked if they had a used tire in my size, they said yes and it would be $50 total. When my parent called to double check they said they didn't have that size. thanks for wasting my time. maybe all of your staff should be on the same page and know how to look for tires in your inventory.

Today, my car broke down the tire fell off. Gene came and helped us get the car off the road and get the car to the side. He also went above and beyond and he got the car towed to his shop for us. As a single mother I was worried I wouldn't be able to pay him or take my car home. I have never had someone pay it forward to me or help me just from the kindness of their heart. They fixed my tire for me, and he did it from the kinds ess of his heart. They were so kind and helpful I would recommend them over anyone or any place. They care about the ppl not just the money. I can't thank them enough for the they gave me and my kids. God bless him and all his has done for me today. Thank you so so much

I hit a pothole on Saturday and blew both passenger tires of the rims. They stayed open a hour after closing time waiting for me and then saved my tires and rims. Instead of charging me for tires I didn't need I would recommend them to anyone!!!!!

Had a nail in my tire, they plugged it and weren t going to charge a thing. We tipped them for their service and generosity, but they are amazing!! Will be back

When I first spoke to them I was told they close at 3pm. I am sick with some nasty chills and pounding headache. When my wife called at 120 to let them know we would be on our way im informed they are closing at 2pm. So despite being sick I throw on some clothes and rush out the door I arrive at 2pm on the dot and the place is already locked up and nobody around. I'm now taking my business elsewhere

Had a slow leaking tire. Went to both belle tire and firestone both wanted me to make an appointment for another day.Gene and sons were open and fixed my tire for me right away and didn't overcharge me at all. Would recommend them to anyone.

I had a slow leaking tire that became more problematic over time. Gene & Son was recommended to me by Mr. Muffler in Belleville, and I'm glad I went. Super simple process - just pull into a parking spot (I recommend backing in) and someone will walk up to see how they can help. I thought my tire was possibly punctured, but it turns out all 4 were so old they were dry rotted (admittedly, the tires were probably original to the 2012 manufacture). We ran cash up that day & a new set of tires came in the next day. The cost for install & the new tires was less than $400 (for a Ford Focus)!I also appreciate that I did not feel uncomfortable or awkward being that this is a male-dominated tire shop. All of the employees were conversational and straightforward, and didn't try to talk me into purchasing things that I really didn't need (as some mechanics have done to friends). My options were laid out with no pressure. I've recommended Gene & Son to a few people now, and I'll be returning if I have any tire-related issues in the future.

Went there twice ended up keeping car hours when it was supposed to take 20 -45 min. Not to mention bought all four tires from then and they put them on for only a week later three of them all had slow leaks. Tries one more time after that kept tire half the day to tell me when I returned that the one tire they had of my size had a Crack. I think that should have been checked before they sent me off with me expecting to come back to a new tire put on the rim and instead in back to square one like when I got there hours later.

Just have my tires replaced today! Very happy with the services! They did a great job fixing my Explorer steering wheel vibrating issue by replacing 3 tires and tire balancing is included! The tires still have good tread left! Fast service and reasonable price! Will recommend to anyone who need tire services!

Gene is the best! We own a shop right next door and I've gotten tires from him before. He hooked up my husband's truck when we had to return the lease at a very affordable price. Fast, affordable, and friendly.

Needed atv tires mounted went to Walmart Belle tire and Firestone neither one could help me all wanted me to make an appointment. Gene and Son took my tires and rims out and told me not to worry they would be done by 4 great service and would recommend them to everyone. Thanks Guys

I had a slow leak so I popped into Gene and Son's on Huron River Dr. He found what was left of a screw in my tire and fixed it at no charge. They were very friendly and I definitely recommend them.
