We had a great experience buying our new used car. I was concerned about pricing, but everything was broken down for me and explained very clearly. When given the test drive, I needed longer than the time given, and they had no problem. Alex was super friendly and didn't even mind when I needed to go home and even check out other options. Ended up I still came back, and he did everything he could to answer all questions and found me a better finance rate than what I had coming into the buy.Thank you Alex!

We had an amazing experience at Thelen Kia! Steve Weal took care of us. We just wanted to test drive, but decided to take the plunge! We never felt pressured or anything during the process, everything went smoothly. Everyone we interacted with there was awesome, and very informative!

We had the easiest time working with Jon Evans. He was extremely helpful, kind and no pressure at all. I didn t even consider the Kia telluride until he suggested it. I am very happy to be able to buy locally in our small town! We love our Kia!

Thankful that my repair wasn't as in depth as previously thought. Communication was severely lacking as far as the progress on the job itself and when the parts arrived. What should have only taken a day or two to complete ended up being a week from diagnostics to actual repair being completed. More money spent out of my pocket for a rental vehicle than needed if they had communicated better on when they would have had time to do the actual repair work.

When I picked up my car, my windshield was cracked quite a significant crack. I do not believe it was cracked when I dropped it off but they claimed it was. They did not do a walk around when I checked my car in I don t believe for a minute I would ve not noticed it is in the middle of the windshield passenger side. Definitely not happy about that.

New Kia owners!After much deliberation over finding our next new car, we chose our first Kia from a long list of possibilities. Interaction with the staff was direct and appreciated during the overall process. We look forward to experiencing the new bells and whistles and a smooth quiet ride.

We were treated very good. Treated with respect as we are older and the staff was very nice and friendly. The salesman even cleaned up my old license plate and made it shine. He went out of his way to make everything a good experience.

I received a new motor from a recall on my vehicle. While waiting they did an undercoat put in the anti theft device so that was all caught up and my vehicle is all up to date. Many thanks

Working with Jeff and the Manager at Thelen KIA was a great experience. I was in an interesting situation because of my accident with my previous vehicle. They were nothing but understanding and accommodating to my needs. I walked away with a beautiful Kia Sportage Hybrid SX-Prestige that I cannot be more happy with. Thank you Thelen KIA for helping me with my purchase.

I give this dealership 2 thumbs up. Alex Henderson was fantastic, very responsive and has great knowledge of the Kia car brand. Any questions I had he quickly answered very thoroughly. I visited 5 Kia dealers looking to drive a bunch of different models and Alex by far was the best sales person I worked with. I didn't end up buying from Thelen due to inventory of the vehicle I wanted but I wish that I could have sealed the deal with Alex. I highly recommend going to Thelen for any Kia models you are looking for.

Friendly and helpful team. Clean facility. Drove an hour and a half to purchase our new Telluride from them as we couldn t find the color and options we wanted anywhere else. Taylor helped us with the process and was very nice and worked with us from afar until the vehicle finally showed up and we were able to make the trip up there to get it.

I had a outstanding experience at Thelen Kia. Marty listened to our needs and the end result was finding a car that both my wife and I are extremely happy with. This was my second car purchased at Thelen Kia and with the excellent customer service and Marty's willingness to find the right vehicle for us, hopefully we will be making future vehicle purchases from them.

This is the third time that we have used the Body shop at Thelen twice for damage to my sons Kia, and once for my daughters Subaru. Each time I was completely floored at how perfect a job they did. The person there is great. I trust them fully, and I am truly grateful they are here to serve the small community so well. Big shout out to you guys thank you.

Made an appointment to have my fuel injectors looked at was told when getting my oil changed that one was possibly stuck open due to oil smelling like gas, and to get my dipstick replaced. My dipstick would not come out stuck in. Nothing but a recall could be done because the dipstick was stuck and they didn t have the replacement part when that was one of the reasons I was coming. Took a day off work and drove 1 hour one way, to just have to make another appointment take another day off work and drive another hour one way. Hopefully the next appointment they have all of the parts to fix this problem

Great service but I wish they did appointments for oil changes and such. I live 60 miles away and had to wait over 1 1/2 hrs for a standard oil change, tire rotation and inspection. If I had driven that distance and they weren t able to get me in, I would be very upset. I prefer to have these services done at the dealership but it would be nice if they did some appointments for those people that don t have the availability to wait that long.

Amazing service! Jeff Martin was my sales representative and he did an amazing job. Talked through all the options, answered questions honestly, and helped get to the best deal possible. It's unfortunate this dealership is so far away from me. I had the best experience at a dealership service dept I've ever had. My car was towed there as the nearest Kia center and I feel very fortunate it was. The service department helped me via phone and email. When I picked up the car, every one was cheerful and friendly. Based on this one experience, I would recommend Thelen Kia to anyone in the area.

I took my brand new Kia K5 for its first oil change and the mechanic didn t put in the appropriate amount of oil. I didn t know this until after I drove it for the afternoon and the low engine oil notification came on that evening. This was a Saturday so I couldn t get my car back to them to check it until Monday morning. The gentlemen that helped me Monday morning apologized which I appreciate, but how does the Saturday mechanic not check the dipstick before sending the car back to the customer? He should have seen that the oil was still low and needed to add the correct amount. I don t think I ll be taking my car back there unless I really need to.

I loved them until I talked to Anne in bodyshop that lady is rude. Its like she was annoyed by doing her job and it upset me so I moved my car to graff and they seemed more friendly.
