I have bought 3 cars from three different dealerships with my 2023 Audi A4 being the best car I have ever bought! I want to thank all three people that helped me through the process for the third time! Ruben is a great young sales consultant and knowledgeable about cars! Lisa another sales consultant allowed for me to take the car 30 miles to show my significant other the car! Lisa did not make anything awkward when introducing my significant other! Then Angelo, this guy was one of the most chill laid back finance guys I have met. Quick, simple and straight to the point of major decisions! I love that in a dealership that when I asked about something they did not spin me to another direction! I recommend Ruben, Lisa, and Angelo when purchasing any car! They have earned my businesses for future purchases

I asked a lot of the Thelen-Audi Service on Euclid Ave in Bay City. Not only did they solve my issue quickly and efficiently, but they even provided a loaner car while my car was being serviced.. I can't say enough about the staff and ownership out there... highly recommend!!

Nothing short of perfection - Alonzo Simmons was incredibly helpful. patient and very knowledgeable with every aspect of the Q8. He is someone we will reference when talking about our experience at Thelen - if you have not considered this group, you have not properly considered your next car purchase or lease.

If I could leave 0 stars I wood. A good family friend Youssef and his wife Cali bought a car from here and within two days the handle fell off the driver door... Keep in mind this handle has only been touched a handful of times since purchasing and they refused to fix the problem and wanted to charge $1000+... Absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention they were supposed to get an additional key fob and went back up to get it from them and then we're told "We thought we had it but we don't" they then had to wait days with no call back or communication, each department keeps blaming each other... It's not the customers fault that your departments are so unorganized and nobody is taking responsibility for their actions. I have been actively looking for cars myself and will absolutely avoid this place at all costs, who knows what else is wrong with this car if this is how disorganized this company is.RUN!!

My pregnant wife purchased an audi just to have the door handle fall off on the 2nd day of having it, add to insult this department threw blame on other and vice versa and nobody called me back to resolve. They want is to pay $1200 to fix the door handle. The level irresponsibility and unprofessional conduct has me floored. Safe to say Ill never do business with them and I made a video of my review as well . Shame on you Thelen.

Alonzo assisted with the purchase of a used Audi Q5. Although the deal was small in scope, Alonzo treated us as if it was his top profit maker. I would highly recommend anyone searching for a new or used vehicle especially an Audi contact Alonzo.

On hold for 30 minutes, listening to "Jason" cuss, complain, disparage his fellow team members ("days off for a marriage during the week, must be a lie"), try to cheat a repair ("double sided tape for a waerher strip felt because they come in a 24 pack and too expensive") only to be asked AGAIN if I'd hold.Probably should use the "hold/mute" option on your phone.You folks just lost any future business from me and all the Audi owners I know.
