We just leased an electric vehicle - but we were looking at other models initially and had no intention of going all electric. We spent several appointments with Adam (because we couldn t decide what we wanted). He was patient, considerate and knowledgeable. Not pushy but answered every question we had and researched what he wasn t sure about. I would highly recommend dealing with Adam! We are very satisfied.

I go to Labadie Toyota, to get my Toyota T100 worked on and serviced. I was driving through there with my wife and noticed a great looking SUV. I reached out and was met with a speedy response from Ashley Mason, who was very firendly and helpful. Ashley connected me with, Michael Ruffing & he was absolutely amazing. We bought a great looking Toyota 4Runner. From start to finish, the process was seamless & I could tell that Michael actually cared about our satisfaction. He was extremely professional and accomodating. One of the best experiences I've had in purchasing a vehicle.

Shaun came out to see us while we were looking at a Sequoia. He allowed us a test drive and my wife immediately fell in love. He worked very hard to achieve our price needs and earned our business with his above and beyond, friendly and accommodating service. We just bought a car from Labadie Toyota and worked with Adam Van Horn. He was awesome to work with as he was kind and respectful of our time and decision. He kept us informed of vehicles on the lot until we found the right one. The whole experience from the salesman to the finance person, Kyle, was a great experience. I would recommend these two individuals if you plan on buying a car.

Labadie Toyota should have the best Michigan Toyota dealer title and all others should follow. There's no frustrating dealer practices or unwanted fees with Labadie unlike others in state still pushing ridiculous fees and shady sales tactics. Mike Lavender was our salesman and his communication and work effort to get us our deal was nothing short of pleasant coupled with top-notch professionalism. Even better for us, we didn't spend hours at the dealership to finalize the deal. We did our homework ahead of time and already knew the specific 2024 Sequoia we wanted, so most of the deal was worked out over the phone to our preferrence. Also, Kyle Plant made finalizing the deal easy and enjoyable when we took delivery. What a team! I highly recommend you at least stop by and see what deal can be done for you. It won't be a waste of time whether you find your vehicle or not, but I'm certain Mike can get the deal for you too!

Michael was very professional, knowledgeable, and didn't pressure or make empty promises. We texted quite a bit with questions, updates, etc and he was always extremely responsive and helpful. Definitely put us at ease during this process.

Andrew was soo helpful with the purchase of our new vehicle, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Everyone was soo friendly and I highly suggest going over to Bay City for your next new ride. They have an amazing team, they put a hitch on the hatchback for us and we couldn't have been happier with it.

No pressure and they were very attentive to each of our requests to make our purchase go smoothly. Stay far away from this dealership! I will never recommend anyone to waste their time or money here. When we purchased our used vehicle the business manager, who did the paperwork with us, told us that we had a week to decide if we wanted the extended warranty or not. We spent a lot of money on this vehicle and an hour after we left the dealership, the transmission started having issues. When we got home, we immediately emailed and called the dealership because they were closed at that point. We purchased the vehicle on a Saturday and on Monday we were told that because we did not purchase the extended warranty, there was nothing they could do...even though we had a week to decide if we wanted it or not. We asked them if we HAD purchased the warranty, could they guarantee that this issue would be covered, and they said no. We understand that we purchased the vehicle used and "as-is", however, for this expensive of a vehicle to have transmission problems within an hour of leaving the dealership is unacceptable. We tried calling multiple times to discuss the issue further and they just stopped calling us back. They mislead customers, take their money, and then don't even call them back. We are now stuck with a very expensive vehicle that we have to put even more money into.STAY FAR FAR AWAY!

My 1st good experience at a dealership can't say enough about these guys head down. Take a look at the remote controller trust me you'll be happy in the long run Until you get to The Body Shop, totally different monster and I do mean. Monster had my car for over 2 months. Return it, we're gonna add damage to it. Pretty much told me to go pound saying once again another great dealership beware

I called to confirm that a control fob had been received and was setup with an appointment time that was convenient for me.I pulled into the service reception bay and turned over my vehicle to allow for programing of the new fob. The walk to the service waiting area was well lit, dry and comfortable. Custom coffee machine and water were available while I waited.My car was returned within less than 30 minutes and I returned to the service reception bay for a clean and dry departure.Overall a very pleasant experience.

I just recently purchased a vehicle at Labadie Toyota. They had a great selection of vehicles to choose from and I LOVE my new Lexus!!! Michael Ruffing sales representative and Kyle plant finance manager were so great to work with! I would highly recommend anyone to work with the two of them. They both were patient, personable, and were able to find exactly what I was looking for! It was a smooth process from the moment we arrived to the time we left! Thank you Micheal and Kyle for your exceptional customer service!

Took in my 2023 4 Runner for service. The Service Advised Adam became rude when I questioned if the vehicle was Done because it was out back after 3 hr. I also ask why he did not respond to email, and voice mails. He became rude and his comment was "Do you just want your keys back" I feel this is unacceptable customer service. I do not recommend them with this attitude. Will not return!!!!

The service advisor s was superb!!! He was welcoming, and informative. I have not experienced customer service like this in a looong time. I came remember his name , although I remember him wearing glasses (smiley face)

Just purchased a Grand Highlander through Adam. He was super helpful. He answered a ton of questions I had. Also, made sure the transaction was smooth and quick. Went over a lot of features and made sure I understand everything.

Wow! I had a great experience when purchasing my vehicle. From the time I walked in until the time I got in my new vehicle and pulled out of the parking. They made sure I was comfortable. It didn't take me all afternoon either. They answered all my questions and made changes to make sure I left with a great deal. I would recommend Labadie to all my friends and will buy my next vehicle from them for sure!Thank you so much!

We shopped for a Toyota RAV4 at Labadie Toyota in Bay City. It was a great experience! Everyone was very friendly. Absolutely a no pressure sales. Our sales guy Shaun Scheidler was very patient, friendly and sincere! The manager, Cody was very friendly with our dealing back and forth and Kyle the finance guy was extremely helpful with the best plan options. Bottom line I would definitely recommend them!

I was going to purchase a vehicle from Labadie Toyota until I realized they were trying to charge $674 more than the State of Michigan allows. A trustworthy dealership would charge no more than $260 for doc fees. Check your paperwork carefully. I'm told that when the final paperwork comes, the doc fee is listed as $260, and they move the extra $674 to the total cost of the car so it looks legit.

Labadie Toyota did an excellent job. I dropped my car off for an oil change, and they stayed in touch with me every step of the way. They even sent a video highlighting my vehicle inspection of what they look for, what they found, and what their recommendations are...very cool and very professional!! I liked that a lot!! I feel that my car is in goods hands with Labadie Toyota!!

It was really nice to meet Anthony. He went above and beyond to make sure we had an awesome experience purchasing our new to us Ford Expedition! The whole team was helpful to include Kyle in financing and warranties. It's our second time buying with Labadie and we are never disappointed! We will be returning customers and definitely recommend Labadie to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle!

I recently purchased my first Toyota, 2010 Prius, and started servicing it at Labadie. I've been in twice now and all the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the service was performed in a timely manner and the quality of the service is top notch. This is a well ran dealership and it shows. I come from another OEM and after how great the Toyota experience has been I doubt I'll ever go back!Thank you all at Labadie Toyota for your excellent service and for making the Toyota owning experience second to none!
