Labadie Collision Center had my vehicle for 26 days to complete a $1600 fender bender. I had already waited a month for parts to come in before I even dropped the vehicle off. The communication was less than desirable. I was always told "the end of day tomorrow" when they left messages, or I called or stopped at the dealership. I burned through 26 days out 30 of rental coverage from my insurance company. I sent an email to the General Manager and gave a copy to the body shop manager and gave them ample opportunity to respond before I submitted reviews. No response. So here are we are.

They provided an estimate.They increased the of the repair about $300.00 once work was done because I paid directly and did not go through insurance.Follow up:Talked to Mike manager.Great experience.Communication problem- probably on my end.Mike made things right!

I recommend this Dealer for your repairs! Outstanding work!! I am very OCD and was worried about my Suv getting dirty being in the body shop, but when it was done I was very happy it was spotless inside and out! Great place all employees are very Accommodating to your needs! Thank you Labadie

I was told the repairs would take 4 days, and they had it almost a month. The entire time, I was paying for the rental.Communication was lacking. When I found out information, it was because I reached out to them. To include when it might be ready.When I picked it up, all four tires were low between 4 and 7 psi. I would have thought they would have checked them.I picked it up yesterday. It sounds horrible, and it didn't sound like that when they got it. Sounds like a motor boat; like it's not shifting gears. So very disappointed.

Dealt with about 6 people over the course of ~23 days. 4 were good or great, but one directly lied to me and another neglected to do part of his job, making a 2 week fix into a 3+ week headache. I feel guilty about leaving a 2-star review because of those conscientious workers and my truck was perfectly repaired (and nicely cleaned!), but the overall experience communicating with them made me feel lucky to get my truck out of that place.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Brakes

Cory and Jacob did an amazing job!!! there was a miscommunication about a bodyshop repair and they solved it correctly and completely and were very happy to do so, both said customer service was what they are there for, very refreshing for 2023!!! Keep up the great job guys!!!

If I could go less. They had my car 5 weeks long than they should. Won't return my calls. I have no idea where my car even is. Never again!

I hit a dear and choose this place because its Toyota certified My damage was minor and they completed most of the repair.Although this is where my glowing review stops.My alignment was not on my receipt at payment and pickup nor did my agent have it at that time either. On top of that they left my rear out of spec and classified under the wrong model of car. Honest mistake? A week later I noticed they left my door locking mechanism with the physical key disconnected.I took it back to have them right the wrongs. They fixed the door but left the rear farther out of alignment than what the vehicle was turned in at and said if i wanted that re-done you would have to pay for it After disputing this, they then claimed there damage to the rear torsion bar that inhibited them from completing the alignment a bend that was not visible to the naked eye . This was NOT communicated at payment and pickup! They then re-aligned and took my front passenger Toe out of alignment. After stressing this issue; my insurance agreed that I should take it elsewhere.If this was handled better my review would reflect that. They couldn t give a full copy of my alignment report (min and max values).Office staff was polite and tried to help but communication was lacking on the technicians end. If they needed to leave it out of alignment then that should have been communicated and explained to the office staff at payment and pickup. But this damage wasn t communicated until after a month of the repairs. Whether or not this damage is real or not i have yet to find out. But if its not visible to the naked eye then my agent agreed that it shouldn t take my alignment this far out.
