Hagen Ford has been our go to for decades. Both for personal and our business fleet the same. Their selection has always fit our needs and when it isn t, they go the extra mile to get us what we need. More than fair in pricing on our trade ins too. Very pleased over the years with Hagen!!

Great service! I worked with Tom for about a year to get the truck that I want and he made sure the one I finally ordered had everything I asked for. The regular maintenance I've had done was very affordable too. When I work on my other vehicles, the parts department always has in stock what I need, or tells me who does so I can get it fast. Great place!

Thank you for such an incredible experience! I came in for an oil change and upon scheduling my appointment, I let my Service Advisor, Ward, know that I was going to be coming in from out of town. He kindly offered to have my car picked up and dropped off for me, a service that I didn t need but was thankful to know existed. Upon arriving to my appointment, I was seen right away and escorted to the waiting area, since it was my first time at the dealership. The service was quick and efficient, making my wait time much shorter than anticipated (which I really appreciated!). Best of all, Ward went above and beyond to access my Ford Pass account on my behalf to see if I had any rewards points to put toward my service, which I did! I ve never been offered this at any other Ford dealership before and I was so grateful for the genuine care that I felt for my experience here. Thank you, Hagen Ford! I highly recommend!

Took my son's car in for an oil change. They informed me that there was an oil leak and the tires were getting to the end of their life. Prior to going for the oil change, we did not have any oil on our driveway and now after the oil change we have a spot of oil on our driveway. Took it back there only to be told it definitely was not something they did and that oil leaks do not resolve themselves. I let the tech know it is very coincidental that there was no oil on my driveway until they told me about the "leak". Also, the tires they say are getting old are only 1 year old. Do not trust their service department. If I could give zero stars I would.

Hagen Ford service center is the best ! They are prompt , respectful of your car and your time! It s easy to get an appointment and they get you in and out in a timely manner.Dean and Walt in service department are the best ! They are very helpful , friendly and have a great sense of humor! Katie in the body shop is awesome- she works with you to arrange a loaner car and gets all the parts for one smooth job- quick and efficient! Hagen Ford is great .

Took our bronco in last year for a recall, and blinker bulb they had it for 24 hrs. Pick it up next day they say it s fixed. I take Bronco back for the same bulb earlier this week and asked them why this light keeps going out. They say they think it s a wiring issue after I said it s a bulb. They did unnecessary test just to tell me it was the bulb. I brought up the fact the app still says I have an active recall they say let me check and sure enough the recall from last year was never fixed. Said they didn t have the parts. So that s 2nd times I had to tell them about a recall, not a phone call, email, or letter. The service desk woman had an attitude because I was pissed I m telling them about their job and why we weren t contacted, or why when I picked it up the last year they didn t inform us the recall was only half completed. She didn t remain professional, and got upset because I told them I was not paying a bill that didn t require the test they did, and they tried charging for labor work on a recall. That s completely illegal to do so. This dealership lost my business for good. And if any other Bronco owners are out there you might want to check and see if the recall work was ever done. I will be reporting them to the safety regulators and better business bureau. This dealership can t be trusted anymore.

The service department team and all other employees at Hagen Ford are always friendly, professional, and knowledgeable in their service field. I bought my first car from them for over 35 years ago without being pressured by hardcore sales personal. Plus they have good popcorn and coffee to enjoy while you wait for your vehicle.

Due to service. I had brought my car in for warranty work. My rear speakers were not working. They said they updated the software but everything was good. I lived with it for a little while but felt something was wrong. Took to Lincoln dealer in Mt Pleasant they immediately did a quick test and said amplifier was defective and covered under warranty. Hagen cost me $100 deductible, and never fixed the issue. Very disappointed!

Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and helpful. I used their free valet service, and the price of my individual oil change was very affordable for my fixed income. Highly recommend. Shout out to Dean!

Kenny and Clayton were so very helpful and super nice / friendly when I went to pick up my new Bronco. From the day I ordered it to the day (and then some) Kenny went above and beyond! I couldn t be happier from the way everyone treated me. My first FORD. My late Grandpa bought nothing but FORD. Now, neither will I. Took my truck to them many time and they still cant figure out why the fan run high and loud maybe if they get some good mechanics that can look at the relay sensor and apparently they drink pop on the job and spell it in the customer vehicle ..

Hagen Ford in Bay City is my #1 Ford dealership, by far, ever! They helped me countless times with my 2014 Ford Focus, through its transmission recall issues, oil changes, misc. problems and concerns. Dean N. is my service advisor there, and he's second-to-none, the best in customer service there is, so I highly recommend you make this your faithful and friendly dealership also! You will be so happy you did.

There are a million thoughts to be had and a million reviews to be read when it comes to making a large purchase from a dealership but lets face it, the bottom line is that we truly hope the company we are buying from has integrity. No one wants to be sold a lemon, and no one wants to be sold a break down waiting to happen but sometimes those instances do occur. I feel like I was one of those instances and you know what? Hagen Ford showed up for me in a HUGE WAY! They were willing to take a huge hit for me when they didn t have to. Its not easy to stand in integrity but they did it, so that I, the customer supporting them, could also feel supported and taken care of with my purchase. I don t know about you, but that s what I look for in a company. I look for a company which is willing to honor all values, not just put money first. It is up to US to make sure that these companies succeed, because if we want companies that support the people, we the people need to be supporting those companies! I hope this is the last review you read and the last dealership you look for because you ve come to the right place. Thank you Dan, thank you Hagen Ford for standing in true Value and Integrity, if it were easy everyone would do it. With my whole heart I thank you!

Over a 9 month period I had my ford to 4 ford dealers. None were able to figure out or fix problem, even though they kept telling me either nothing wrong or they fixed a computer glich. Mark and his crew at Hagen Ford worked diligently to find problem, going over and above. After much time and effort they were able to figure out and fix a steering issue. Thank you Mark and Hagen for not giving up.

My brakes went out at wilder rd and i got into the turn lane and rolled into their parking lot. I was shaken up and the guys here were so understanding and offered to help since i was stranded, they were concerned about my safety and i just wanted to thank them for their kindness. This review is based on the employees excellence alone and not on any work i had done but i would recommend them - great guys

I've worked with Phil for over 7 years now and just signed my 4th lease today. I highly recommend him, as he always goes above and beyond to help me find what I want, and makes sure I'm taken care of until the perfect car is found. Quick responses, honest with expectations, and an all-around great experience each time.

Had an appointment to get recall work done on my Ford Edge (love it!) for 2:30, we drove 80 miles for the appointment and arrived early for lunch...called Mark to say I was in town early and he told me they could get the work done an hour earlier than planned so we wouldn't be held up...they were courteous, informative and very informative, Sandi and I had a great day and took time for some shopping. Great job, Mark, Jesse, and Hagen Ford!

I brought my Ford Escape in to do some recall work. I don t live in Bay City, and had called the dealer in my hometown first. They told me it would take months to get in to have the safety repairs made. Hagen Ford got me in within a week! They told me to allow 30 minutes for the work, but I was on my way in 20 minutes! Great experience. I will be back.

I've been a long-time customer of Hagen Ford, purchasing multiple vehicles from them over the years. They have gone through some changes but have always treated me like a special customer. My guy Dean in service is the best and always looks out for my best interest whether it be purchasing tires, a complicated repair, or a routine oil change. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a dealership that takes care of them right from the purchase experience to every day needs.
