I needed a new amplifier for my subwoofers so I figured I'd give Dukes a try.. i must say it was well worth it! From the friendly environment, to the very knowledgeable staff; the experience was great! I'd even been in and out very reasonably, thank you Dukes!

The team at the Bay City location replaced the radio in my boat in about an hour. The installation was precise and they cleaned up any mess. After testing the output, they helped me cover the boat up. Overall it was a great experience and I recommend. Quality work, decent price, and customer service was on point. Thanks!

Just saying Tim at the Bay City location was very helpful. Went looking for a backup camera for my truck and possibly a new radio/CD player. Tim was very helpful with showing me and setting everything up with my new equipment ( set up my phone and showed me how to use my phone through the radio). I would recommend the Bay City store to everyone.

I purchased a newer car with a custom stereo already in place but I didn't know how to operate it? I stopped into Duke's hoping they could help me. It turned out that their was an Amp under my back seat that was unplugged. Great job guys!! Thank you! I highly recommend them.

Recommend the guys at the Euclid location. They have installed several things on all of my vehicles. Always great service and well priced. I will continue to use them and recommend them to everyone.

Only been there once, but they did what needed to be done (remote starter install for 2018 Ford Escape). It was done about an hour or so sooner than originally stated, which was nice.

Tryed selling more than what i was asking for. Im sure was nice stuff. The purchase was to beat the price of the dealer. But unfortunately abc warehouse may have did beat both . Just asked for a simple gps radio and the ford face the guy want to change everything and charging me more than dealer basically , the kid didnt listen to the customer

Went to altimate automotive and they didnt have my stuff in even after i had a appointment. I called dukes and was told to come in and they'd be happy to help. I met with nick and was extremely satisfied with how he explained the system and quoted me. They got me in right away and took about 2 and a half hours and tested my system for at least a half an hour to ensure the system was functioning properly. Install looked very clean and their work area was also very clean and organized. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for car audio or security and remote start systems

This shop does not even deserve one star. Spent nearly $200 for installation of an aftermarket radio. I had all the parts already purchased as well. They did not follow the instruction manual and broke the AC/Temp controls permanently. Argued with me that they didn't cause it and told me I would have to meet with a manager to have him determine if they broke it. This came after they already broke the power window motor and my hood latch release inside the vehicle. Spent three full days waiting around for them to break more things. Was also charged an additional $18 for a few inches of electrical tape and two screws. They did not install the headunit trim correctly either. They left out multiple screws in a half-ass attempt to put my car back together after messing up more than they fixed.They offer a lifetime warranty which, at this point, I can only imagine is a result of them not knowing what the hell they are doing at any point in the installation process.Spent $200 for a radio and left with a broken window motor, hood latch release, trim, and wiring issues that now prevent my AC/Temp controls from functioning.

Great service. Took longer than expected and they stayed after hours to finish it and were extremely nice about it. Even though it was a Saturday and the roads were getting bad. Highly recommend them for both their excellent service and great products

Although all of the actual workers were polite and cooperative, the manager there was a complete jerk to me. One of his employees "forgot" to tell me they needed something from me to put in a remote car starter, and when we went back later, the manager told me "we should have known." After getting into an argument about the whole thing, he still assumed it was our fault, and really he just refused to take responsibility for anything.Guess this guy never heard the expression "the customer's always right."

Awful service. Walked in at 10am no one waiting. They had multiple guys working on one thing and was passed numerous times never said hello or if they could help. Needless to say I stood in front of the counter for twenty minutes before I said screw it and left. Shame on them they just missed out on a big sale from myself. I would NOT suggest coming here.

Came in today to have a amp and speakers wired up, but the guy could not even come out to look at my car. Thanks ABC Warehouses for the install and great customer service.

Not to happy I feel like they changed my daughter more for being a female because when I called to get price they quoted me $280 to install a stereo but when she gets there it takes them two days to install a head unit and they changed her $458 including charging $40 for parts she already had and for whatever reason the decided not to use and the head unit not even installed properly she has no control over fade or balance the guy said he couldn't figure how to wire it right back when I was a youngster this was the place to go that's why I recommended my daughter go there needless to say we will not be going back nor would we recommend this place to anyone very expensive lesson I guess
