I never bought anything, and should have definitely read the reviews before going in. The sales man wasn t even there when I made an appointment. When he did finally show up wasn t apologetic or anything. When I first talked to him he said mentioned a $500 down payment. Today when I filled out the paperwork, that changed to $2000! That is not a low down payment in my opinion. So I said all I have is my car. My car has 119,000 miles and is in pretty good shape. No rust or anything. My car was only worth $800, but they wanted $11,000 for something with 166,000 miles on it. Aside from the terrible customer service, or their lake to even attempt to help me. I started looking at the prices and the miles and got a really good laugh. 15 year old cars with high mileage, and an even higher price! Don t waste your time. My $800 car would been out there next with a $10,000 price tag!

I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND car n credit! N if you do go ask for Clinton!! He s absolutely amazing n has so much patience!! He worked with me all day n when he did have to leave he made sure Bobby took care of the rest! By far the best place to get a new/ used car n they have so many options!! They work with you n make sure you leave happy! N if there is any issues they solve them right away!! Tell Clinton Jeannette sent you!!

Great place always been my go to get a hold of Clinton. He is a man to see bought a vehicle and took it into his shop and they fixed anything and everything wrong with it. Great customer service always there to help you have any problems they will take care of it, I highly recommend going to this dealership

I haven t even had my vehicle for a year yet and have already put about 3,000 into it. When I told Bobby about the parts when I tested drove it he said it would all be fixed and that was a lie. I also sit down and talked to the main guy who approves you for the vehicles and told him what was wrong and he said all they are going to fix is the wheel bearing. I still have to put my vehicle back into the shop to get more work done so it s safe for my children. I wouldn t recommend any of my family members to go there or friends to get a vehicle.

I would never go Thur this company for car again. They don t care if your have hardships. They only care about their payment. The car I got Thur them turned into a money pit. As soon as I get one thing fixed something else go wrong with. I m not even sure the car is safe to drive. It s turning out to not be a reliable car. When I told them about all the problems I m having with the car they didn t offer to get me into something more reliable vehicle. Just give us our money.

Great place to buy from! Bobby was very polite and respectful! But I will say for the negative part they should really start workings with people that struggle one in a while with their payments like give a late fee don't just take someone's car because they are 3 days late or even a week late

My daughter and I have both purchased a car from them. They were great about fixing the things we pointed out when we bought them, even took care of a couple things on hers when she notified them a couple days after getting hers. I still LOVE my car. My daughter is grateful to have hers..but doesn't exactly love it. The service we received in the beginning was great. But then came the woman who does the payment processing. She is beyond rude...completely insulting...and incredibly dishonest. She does in fact try to process payments of different amounts on the actual due date.. I have had to restrict her access to the card because of her doing it. Sometimes my deposits don't hit the card before she tries for their payment. She then starts the repeated texts...and phone calls...if you do answer...she talks to you like you are subhuman. I am going to attempt to speak with management...but because she seems so comfortable treating us like we are far beneath her....I have to admit...I am concerned that someone has given her permission to treat people this way.When I tell her not to talk to me like that...she starts insisting that I don't make my payments....even claimed for 5 weeks in a row I have been late....no maam....you are abusing the pay system and I have added fraud protection to stop you. She then threatens to reposses my car. . I have read many reviews about her treatment of customers...and none have been good..I understand that a certain level of stirness is needed for collecting debts...but seriously? On the day it's due?...or even the next day?... nah...it's not ok. Idon't deserve it...and pretty sure no one else does either. I really do get it....they can't just sit around waiting for people to make their payments...and they probably get stiffed a lot...but ...dang...we are not all bad customers.

Car was a complete lemon had nothing but trouble trying to get repairs completed have had to put over $1000 into repairs to just keep car on the road still needs atleast $1000 more in repairs.. was told it s not their problem the lady who takes the payments is beyond rude I expressed they are trying to take the money before my paycheck hits and I am being charged a fee for this she said they could do it later in the day just to turn around and do the same thing again I have had $300 in bank fees due to this it s just been one issue after another and to be talked to like I m gum stuck to your shoe is just beyond unacceptable then to tell me well you don t pay on time I was one day late like seriously!!! They get these cars for pennies on the dollar from the auctions and take advantage of people so sad terrible company!!!!!!!!

This place is great! I have gotten 2 cars from here. Clint does a great job! (Don't forget to ask about the stuffed lion) Finance wise, they ate what I had left to pay off one my first vehicle and took it as a trade in. They gave me a great price on a sweet Buick! Best place to get a "new to you" vehicle. They all work hard to make sure you get a great deal and are treated well!

Working with Clinton Weisenbach today at Car & Credit made buying a car today extremely stress free. No muss, no fuss. A great place to buy a used car. We just purchased a 2013 Ford Escape with an interior that looks almost new. I would highly recommend these folks if you re looking for a great deal on a quality used car.

Horrible.Unprofessional.Will charge your method of payment without your consent.Even before their, "terms of agreement" were changed to automatic payments only. This was STILL the case. Constantly charging without consent.Even when they were advised not to.With this change,there was NO NOTIFICATION.No documents/notice provided that even gave an opportunity to agree/disagree to this change.Would not have agreed to this. Because these were not the agreed upon terms during the initial paperwork process. I will also be reporting this company to the BBB.I HIGHLY recommend that NOONE finanaces a vehicle through them.No stars. Only gave them 1 star, because I was obligated.

Had to make a 2 hours trip to purchase a vehicle and let me tell you the service was way worth the trip! Brian was a great help and treated us with such respect!! From the time I walked in the door until the time I drove away with my vehicle the whole staff was accommodating, friendly, honest and so much fun to deal with. I highly recommend heading to see Brian and the rest of the staff if you are looking for a dependable vehicle with no hassle.

I will never buy another car from anyone but the guys here at Car & Credit. To start with the customer service is incredible. Clinton our salesman gave us his undivided attention even though they were extremely busy. The truck we bought has been great. I would drive this truck anywhere and not worry about it breaking down. Even the girls in the office are super friendly and very helpful.

I ve only dealt with Clint. He s cool and easy to work with. I m in my second vehicle with him that being said. The finance manager oh man! I ll keep it PG she s the rudest, most unprofessional person I ve ever come across at a business. I almost posted screen shots of our conversations via text. I m going on 4 years as a customer and had to delay 1 week of payment till the next week after Christmas. She was rude and threatening. (Well, she s always been rude but this was over the top) always trying to charge my bank random amounts of money without my permission. Even when I tell her it wont be paid till Friday. She tries 5 times before that anyway. I know I can t be the only one to complain about her. She needs a new job. She s not a people person (not the older lady). So unprofessional I was in wowed.Please don t post something apologizing I know I can t be the only one to complain about her. Do something! You don t want that attitude and environment at your business.

They answered my email right away. They were clear on what I needed to bring to the dealership. Once there Brian guided me through everything with ease. I took a look around the lot, picked the vehicle I liked the most and took it for a test drive while my application was being processed. In less than 2 full hours I had the keys to my new car. It was the best car buying experience I ve ever had. Thanks Brian!

Have bought multiple cars from them and fell into their trap. Please everyone do yourselves a favor and go work with a credit union or a bank that specializes in low credit, this company sells junk cars and you end up paying way more than the car is worth.Take my warning and run. They intimidate you and make you feel like they are in control if you have any negative experiences.

Brian was awesome to work with. He treats you as a real person! We were able to get a vehicle that we wanted with zero down. They way he communicated to us was more of a friend than a salesperson. At first I was very nervous to get a vehicle thinking the prices are going to be crazy, but he definitely changed that for us and explained everything! Thank you so much Brian for all you did you definitely are an awesome worker!

I hit a deer heading home from work and I was not looking for to the hassle and run around of purchasing a new vehicle. I happen to come across Car and Credit in Bay City on Facebook and met Brian in the process. He was completely different from my past experiences with car salesman. He was genuine, honest and upfront. He told me exactly what I needed to do to get approved, and did everything within his power to not only find the type of vehicle I wanted. I feel like he went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I am truly grateful.
