Needed help getting lug nuts off a flat tire, they came quickly and not only removed the lug nuts but changed the tire in no time. Mike was awesome, super friendly, knowledge and helpful. Will all for him by name next time

I called and was told it would be 30mins before someone got to me, but 10mins later Mike showed up. He was professional, helpful and very friendly. I really hope I never need a tow truck again, but if I do I'm hoping that Mike is the driver

Very happy with there service. They came out to tow my vehicle. Before towing it I had asked them to try and jump start it. They did and it started. I was ready to pay them but they wouldn't take any money for it. It's hard to find good honest people like that.

They were prompt, professional and fast!! Highly impressed!!We recently called them very early in the morning, we didn't know that our battery was dead or near dead, he provided a jump for us and told us where to get a great battery and how to save money on a Blem battery, which is a battery that has imperfections but it's perfectly fine on the inside and brand new, he recommended an interstate battery. I can't remember his name but he was a lovely gentleman and very knowledgeable about our new car. Thanks again Action Towing.

Action towing showed up on i75 very quickly. Addressed my flat tire and even took it to their shop to fix it, quickly returned and reinstalled the wheel and got us back on the road to our memorial day camping trip. The towing was fine. They got the police involved in the tow. Now I can't get my car released and the bill keeps going. Up. No reason for a hold to be on it.Tge cop must have interest in the tow company be careful.

BEST place to call for a tow. They got to me quick and were super friendly. The man (Tom) showed my son how they hook up the cars & how the whole system works. My 8 yr old loved that! Prices the same as everyone else and took great care of us. I hope I never need another tow, but if I do, Action Towing will be the only towing company I call.

Unfortunately I had to retrieve my vehicle from this company. My personal items were plundered through and some I can no longer account for. My car drives as if it was used as a derby car and my tires are now bald. Burnouts much? My car was there only 24 hours and even though it wasn't by choice I had to use their service I am and was a paying customer. No integrity here at all.Service: Car towing

I just had the best service tonight! I am six months pregnant and my 2014 Silverado just broke down out on the back roads in Essexville. This place was super friendly when they took my call and the tow truck driver was there in about 15-20 minutes! This was at 10:30pm on a Sunday. He was super nice and safe. He even gave me a ride because he got there faster then my ride did. He ended up having to bring my truck further then expected because the first repair place was closed. It cost less then my insurance company or onstar was going to change! I would have taken it to their auto repair shop if the circumstances were different! I would recommend to all my family and friends.

Got a blown tire today, Saturday. After replacing the tire, the car couldn't start. call locally for help. Others were not willing to come and solve the problem. Action Towing arrived in 10 minutes and looking for the problem. within another 10minutes, we were back on the road. Cost is really ignored. Great appreciation to the honest towing folk.

I accidentally locked my keys in my trunk and could not find any way to get into my car, or even get someplace out of the 20 degree weather. Progressive Roadside Assistance is down and not responsive at all, so after being told by an emergency locksmith that a tow truck could help me for a fee, I called this company and got nothing but blown off and hung up on. I wasn't even allowed to finish explaining my situation before the very angry and unprofessional woman barked to me that she had no one available. Before I could even ask when her earliest opening was available, she yelled "SORRY!!!!" into the phone as loyd as she could and hung up on me. At 5am the morning after friggin Christmas, you can't even hear someone out and offer advice when they call you near tears and say it's their first time being locked out and their insurance won't even answer.

My mother and I had to have our car towed to their shop and thru diagnosed the problem as a bad alternator. Even though they were about to close, they were able to replace the alternator right then and there. They went over and above what most mechanics I've dealt with in the past. I highly recommend their repair and towing service. Very, VERY satisfied.

Horrible experience, the man over the phone told me the total would be $55 I had someone with me hear the same total plus I repeated it to him and he agreed. Then apon arrival guy charged me $65. I recalled and the man claimed he said $65. Very dissatisfied.

Dispatcher was very rude. You are the initial first impression of this company. If you want referrals this is not the way to get them! I suggest some customer service training.

I ve used multiple companies in the past and nothing beat the service that Action Towing has given me. They really went the extra mile. I will continue to use Action Towing as my go to wrecker company.

Very slow service and the operator was sceptical if they would pull me out. I called D & J Towing and they had me out before Action Towing even would respond telling me they would pull me out.
