Bought my Audi here about 6 months ago & it s been absolutely great! Owner met us on a Sunday (even tho he was closed) as it was the only day we could do! Great customer service, great people, great car! Thank you

I purchased a 2013 Toyota Sequoia Limited on January 30, 2023.We have driven this Sequoia 12,000 miles to date without any issues of any kind.Only items that don t function are the outside mirrors do not fold when button is pushed, andthe Rear Window Wiper doesn t touch the window. These are 2 items that I did not check before purchasing the vehicle. On a used vehicle not everything is perfect.I would highly recommend to anyone UptonTruck & Auto when shopping for a used vehicle.We found Arnie very honest and caring to his customers. There was no pushy sales pitch what so ever. Definitely would come back in the future.

Time for my yearly reminder to stay away from Arnie and his business. If you want to hold on to your money and not be taken advantage of, buy somewhere else.

Purchased a 2010 Acura RL from Upton s last Saturday. The customer service experience was not as others described. I called and inquired about the vehicle, after reviewing the photos in their advertisement I was seriously interested enough to drive from over an hour away. I asked about the condition of the vehicle and if it needed anything body or mechanical? I was told the vehicle is good to go in great condition. Requested a purchase order and was in my way with cashiers check in hand after agreeing to a price. The owner could not make himself available on a Saturday morning at 10:30 am for a customer coming from so far. He arranged for another gentleman to be present who greeted me and my family. He was pleasant but didn t know much about the vehicle because he had his own dealership up the road. He asked if I needed to drive the vehicle. Strange question. I looked over the vehicle and noticed the paint on the side mirrors both were badly peeling which was not represented in any photos or disclosed during conversation about the vehicle. I felt blind sided The car was clean for the most part but upon opening the door and getting inside there was a strong dog odor and the back seats were in poor condition. Pictures didn t do the reality justice. There was dog hair all over the the rims of the windows and in the carpet and just everywhere. I could see they tied to clean it but it was definitely not pleasant. I decided I d be willing to purchase the vehicle. The gas light was on, the car required a good detailing service and filter change (filled with dog hair). I thought it was fair to hang on to the dealer fee of $145 to cover the cost to detail the vehicle and put half tank or so to get me home. Additionally, the Bill of Sale was missing from the documents the gentleman was told to give me. I didn t realize this until I got home. I called the next day and asked if the form can be overnighted to me as I had a DMV appointment in 2 days. During COVID 19 appointments are hard to come by! Unfortunately, the owner told me he was beat out of his fees and he wasn t willing to pay $20 to overnight the Bill of Sale. I was so disappointed with this experience I offered to send the cash to cover the cost. He was unwilling to be helpful and just plain rude. Never apologized for any miscommunication with the vehicle description, the empty tank, the dog hair, and the expectation that I drive back out there for the bill of sale or wait til he mails it. I was at his mercy because DMV requires the original. The next day, I call to confirm if it was mailed and he reported he did mail it certified and provided a tracking number. There is a God! Some decency...finally. No apology but at least I could move in from this. To be fair the car appears to be mechanically efficient so far. I had tires for it and plan to buff and paint the minor stuff. Gave the inside a once over. I have an appointment for professional detailing next week to get rid of the gross dog hair. My experience was poor. Would not do business with this company again. Customer service goes a long way!

this guys a wicked scumbag , do not do business with him . sells junk and fails to disclose key information to his customers . your vehicle breaks with in the warranty period and he holds the car hostage while he screws around telling you he's working on it all while it hasn't moved into his "shop" which is a joke as well no ASE certified mechanics in sight. complete nightmare you have been warned.

Purchased an 08 f350 recently. Truck needed few things but was gone through before sale, having issue with light lately and owner seems very willing to fix the cause.this is my first truck purchased from him and as long as all goes well will be one of many to come.good selection of used trucks as well.

Owner is extremely rude and unprofessional the cars are old and overpriced there are plenty of better options out there. Would not recommend!!! Screenshot of him telling me I sound broke after telling him the truck was overpriced and had high miles

Bought a F250 from Arnie and I must say I will definitely be back for business again service was great and he even went through the vehicle and fixed what needed to be fixed before I picked it up I would definitely recommend this business rate a 5 star

Good quality auto mechanic with a good selection of used cars. Honest pricing. Truthful. I feel better bringing my truck here for service rather than the dealer.

Owner sells lemons and insults customers over the phone when called on it. Buy a truck here if you want to see it at a repair shop every week.
