Lucas did an amazing job fixing my tire and getting it done asap considering he was the only person working. He deserves a raise handling everything by himself including fixing other cars and answering calls by himself. He went above and beyond

I was there a couple months ago and felt the manager wasn t really a people person. Kind of on the rude side. But ,this visit was great! I walked into a warm, friendly greeting. Manager was very helpful with my questions and got me in and out in a timely manner. This is definitely my new go to for all work I need done. Good job ,Monroe, hiring people that make you want to come back

In October, I had a problem with the brakes on my Prius and pulled off the highway to get them checked out. It turned out it was good I stopped; the car was probably unsafe to drive.This shop was wonderful with me. They got me right in to look at the car, and determined that it was too specialized for their shop and recommended I contact the Toyota dealer nearby. Their judgment and honesty in not taking on the job (it did turn out to be a very specific problem) helped reassure me, and my faith in the goodness of people! Both the manager and the mechanic were wonderful. Thank you!

After a bad experience at the Fall River location, I gave the Swansea store a call and they were happy to get my car checked ( last minute), I arrived at the store around 4 pm, Heather, Chris and the rest of the team were amazing, in only 2 hours they got my car checked, called around for the part and installed it, finishing up with an alignment, they stay over the time to make sure they finish the work, they are 10/10 and I would 100% recommend the staff at the Swansea location!You guys rock!Thank you so so much for what you did for me today and for what you do for everyone else!

Top notch service. Its had to find some you trust working on you car. I found it with them. Heather is one of the best around very helpful and stands behind the work you need done. Would definitely recommend and feel good about doing it.

Heather is wonderful to work with and we re so pleased to have someone so personable and easy to talk to working for the Swansea location. My wife and I haven t had a regular mechanic before, but we will surely be returning to Heather and her team for any future needs.

I had four new tires mounted that were not purchased from monroe and there was no hesitation to do them like other tire shops, great work!

Great experience. Quickest turn around for tires ever. 1 hour in and out. Price was better than anyone around. The manager was very positive and clear about everything. Very impressed.

I appreciate the honest feedback about the status of my brakes and rotors (different than the dealer recommendation - in a good way), I ended up not needing service on my brakes this visit, but they did replace several lights that were out at no additional cost. I appreciate not having service performed when it wasn t necessary, and will definitely be back when it is time to replace my brake pads and rotors.

Heather is a great manager, there was an issue with my tire rotation and she promptly took care of the issue, I will continue to have my brakes and rotation done there.

The new manager, Heather, is great. I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation and asked that they check the brakes while they were at it. My rear brakes and calipers needed replacing and it was a bit of a battle. 12 hours later, I just got my car back. That sounds terrible at first glance, but they closed over 5 hours ago. They stayed and worked on my car to make sure that I can safely travel for work tomorrow. Not only that but the work was discounted to make up for the added stress and inconvenience and they dropped the car off to me at home. If you've been to this location before and had a not so great experience, I suggest you give it another shot.

I love Monroe tire. This place is honest and you can trust them to not screw you. They re open on weekends too, which is a total plus. Went somewhere else, was told it d take until Tuesday. Here, they ordered all the parts, they ll get here today and it ll be done today. Overall great experience. 5 stars

Very disappointed with my service. Oil and filter change, was told 30 to 45 min. 30 mins is a bit much but what the hey. One mechanic and one manager nobody before me that was not already taken care of. It took 10 mins to get my car in the shop then the mechanic sat in the front seat for 15 mins talking to the manager and doing God knows what. 25 mins after I got there car was finally in the air checking my brakes, wheels and tires, that I didn't ask for. Then taken to a height to drain the oil. When dropped back down to put the oil back, next I see the mechanic on his cell phone???? Really ??? 50 mins for a oil and filter change??? You have lost my business forever... Too bad, the manager before him was great!!! Do not give this place any of your money!!!!

It was great to get a reminder phone call from Joe, the manager, to let me know that I'm due for an oil change. I work as a tax professional and of course it slipped my mind. Thanks for the reminder and I was able to set up an appointment before I have to get into my office. The staff is always courteous and helpful. They've definitely earned my business!

I was visiting Massachusetts from 4 states away and my brakes decided that it would be a wonderful time to start squealing really badly. I brought it into monroe's place and it was an hour before closing they told me what was wrong with my car and said that they are willing to get the parts and fix it right then and there. They didn't overcharge for a short notice walk in appointment and they were very nice and understanding about me being nervous about my car. They had it fixed in about an hour and a half and I paid they and they sent me on my way. Being a woman going to an auto shop out of state I was expecting to be charged a ridiculous amount but they were fair and kind I really do recommend them.

I was very happy with the prompt service, even though I didn't have an appointment. I have been doing business with Monro in Swansea for years now, but always with mixed reviews. The team at my lady visit was impressive.

I went in for an oil change which is always a quick visit. As little as I had done on my car this center had a warm friendly feeling. Joe the general manager did talk with everyone about that came in for service. I will return for any services needed as it is very hard to find a friendlier staff anywhere
