The guys were honest and helpful. They didn't have the tires I wanted in stock, so they offered me better ones for a deal, and took care of my car within 24 hours. The dealership I take my car to for oil changes used scare tactics and deception to try to get more money out of me for a problem that the mechanic at Firestone verified wasn't an actual problem. His honesty will keep me a customer of Firestone. All the guys working at your Swansea location should be commended and praised for being kind, helpful, and good honest people.

Came in for a tire replacement! John helped me through the whole process and was great! Got me in and out quick. This location is always great! Manny and his team are amazing! Great job guys, this is why I keep coming back!

Manny the manager was kind and professional and had my tire done in a short amount of time. He understood I needed my vehicle repaired in a short amount of time and he made that happen. Belsario the tech who replaced my tire was exceptional very professional as well. Two great men thank you for the great work.

Was in the process of buying a used car. The guys at the shop did an excellent job!!! Very friendly, supportive, detailed. They did a thorough inspection of the vehicle before I bought it. Took the time to be honest with me. Thank you so much for the great customer support. I felt very comfortable! Thanks guys for helping me and my son decide if we should purchase the car.

Manny got me in on Monday with short notice in the middle of a storm and installed my tires speedily while I waited. He went over in detail the recommendations for my vehicle with professionalism and compassion. He is a great guy and I will certainly be using Firestone in Swansea in the future! Junior was also excellent in balancing the tire pressure in my four tires which he did with no notice and a kind demeanor when I dropped by. Thanks guys!

Firestone in Swansea is hands down the Best Firestone in the Area! The manager John was Professional, Courteous, and Honest about the whole process. I was pleased that John was able to get me in on a Sunday having only one technician and the whole process was quick, smooth and efficient. Come down to the Swansea location and see John you won t be disappointed!!

Took advantage of my wife. Sold her a lifetime alignment package, then refused to align her car unless she did $2000 of unnecessary work. Another shop confirmed the work would not have been necessary. Don t treat women well. I would give stars if I could.

While the people I deal with at the counter are very nice and do their best to help, my rating is based solely on the fact that this company that specialize in tires have techs that can't handle the most basic part of tire care...properly inflating tires. Twice now I have got my car back and the one tire they worked on is filled way more than the other 3 tires. Even if the shop is slammed, it doesn't take that long to make sure all 4 tires have even psi. Can I do it myself? Yes. But I shouldn't have to. That's what these guys are paid to do. It's too bad because the manager is super nice, but this is seriously the easiest part of tire care and the techs keep dropping the ball. Get it together guys.

Always schedule an appointment. If you want it done by a certain time, schedule it. If you don't schedule it, it'll take all day. But other than that, they were great. Manny helped me find a reliable set of low pro's for my rims..I wasn't sure that they'd be able to work with my rims, but they did a great job. When shopping for tires, Manny layed out all my options & the prices but of course I had to go with the best option. It was pricey but fair. It'll be well worth it in the long run. What a difference in the way my truck drives now!! Also, they're doing a rebate deal. I got $100 off + $100 rebate for buying Firestone tires.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

Went in for new tires and an alignment. My tires were not in stock so I left my car and they got them in the next day. Very happy with the price and friendly people there.

I had my tires replaced. When I picked up my car they told me that during the process they broke the center cap where it says JEEP when taking the tire off. He showed me the part and just told me that it's made of cheap plastic and that I could contact jeep and order another one if I wanted to. Honestly, one of your employees broke it, not me. So why should I be the one that has to pay $40 to replace this piece?

the Swansea Firestone location is the best in the business. Manny Faraj runs a professional operation. Female friendly, my wife even bakes cookies for the TEAM. Service advisor John, Tech Zach perform at a superior level and always satisfy. I HAVE USED FIRESTONE FOR OVER 25 YEARS. The credit card no interest feature takes the pain out of unscheduled maintenance.

I was assisted above and beyond the call of duty and because of the thoughtfulness of the service agent and I only got me my tires at the price I was promised, but saves me for 40 bucks. Boy am I happy

If I could rate a 0 I would. I trusted taking my car to Firestone as I ve known many people who come here. I was in need of an oil change & tire rotation and Firestone could take me the same day. They completed my service in an hour & charged me $110. I drove only 2,000 miles since the oil change and my oil pressure light came on. I brought my car to the dealership where I normally would go & they informed me my cars oil levels were extremely low & could ve caused engine damage had I not come in. Also, two weeks after having my tires rotated, all my tires PSI were reading at 24 instead of 36. So not only were my tires not filled when they were rotated, my oil was never changed or filled to the top!!! What a waste of time & money. I will never bring my car here again, I m sticking to the dealership. Convenience isn t always best! Careless service.

We have been using Firestone for years to have multiple services preformed. They re always so prompt to get the cars in & out along with giving the best prices around! All of the Firestone staff are very knowledgeable & super informative on everything they do on the car from start to finish. Manny always goes above & beyond for myself & everyone in my family to make sure we get back on the road as fast and safe as possible! Super busy - dropped car off for a flat repair on Friday at 10:30 am & didn t get serviced till Saturday morning & so they kept it over night & cost me another day off of work For A FLAT REPAIR!! They didn t call me to pick up till noon on SATURDAY!!! Unexplainable & definitely need better techs if it takes you 27 hours to PATCH a flat!!!!

Great prices, great team that takes time to explain things to you and help you. John C., On Aug. 21,23 helped us. He was very kind and patient with us. We also had a problem with the oil tank cap. He made sure it was taken out carefully, so not to have to replace the whole oil pan.

Excellent service. Staff was extremely helpful and when the expected tires were not in stock they didn t pressure, or make us feel cornered into buying more expensive tires (which honestly would have made us go elsewhere anyway!) and did everything they could to get us what we needed and have it done in the timeframe expected. Place is a joke stay away go to Seekonk.Got 4 new tires put on my fleet work van because they were leaking air. After Swansea Firestone put the new tires on they were still leaking air. And making a terrible sound. I went back, van was there for a full day. At the end of the day they called me and told me the balance machine wasn t working and they couldn t do anything for me. Sent me on my way never once saying they would contact me when machine is up and running. I took the van to Seekonk and they said all 4 pressure sensors were leaking. And they were never replaced. When the new tires were installed. Seems like none of the workers care what happens. To you or your vehicle.Service: Tires

Great service! I called on the phone to make an appointment and get my tires ordered. It wasn't a long wait and the owner was very helpful.My appointment was on time and took the exact amount of time they said it would.The waiting room was comfy, several chairs and had a TV.
