My family and I have been bringing our cars to Eric s for longer than I can even remember. We have always found Eric (and company) to be honest, reasonable, reliable, and professional. I doubt you could find better mechanics anywhere. How can you beat that!

Took the time to leave my car here for the day and arrange another car to get to and from work, and he never got back to me with a quote for the service. Called at least 5 times over the following week and never heard back.Seems like a nice guy but you shouldn't take someones car if you're too busy to even quote the service.

Let me start by saying that I have been coming here for 4 years now, and would definitely recommend this establishment!!!!My brakes were making a squeaking sound so I brought my car to Eric s.When I went to pick it up, I was told that I didn t need brakes. It was brake dust and the technician cleaned all four.Many places would not be as honest as this establishment. They could have said they changed my brakes and charged me.They didn t even charge me for cleaning the brake dust!!!THANK YOU FOR BEING HONEST!!!GREAT PRICES, VERY REILABLE!!!Service: Brakes

Had my car towed here after AAA couldn t get it started. Eric identified the issue right away and installed a new starter for me the same day. Great service and I will definitely be back.

Don t bother will keep your car forever then charges for things he doesn t do/replace. Had a bad experience my first time and tried again and got burned twice as hard. Stay away.

You can generally judge a restaurant by the lines.. this is true of Eric's Auto.. worth the wait. He replaced the motor in my daughter's Toyota and after several months now there have been zero issues..

Dealt with Eric numerous times. Always been a stand up guy and did what was needed to be done and nothing more at a fair price. Clean shop with courtesy area WiFi coffee. Best around.

You like to burn money and get the job half done? Come here. Lazy and frankly NEVER finishes the job he starts. Learned my lesson the first time. Put it this way I would rather WALK then bring my car here for work.

Place sucks never give your car to this garage they never call back you back brakes your car more than fixes it keep away from this garage there plenty more reasonable and better mechanics I wouldn t recommend this place at all

If I call to talk to whoever answers the phone to discuss my car problem and they can not even talk because they are busy .Forget it . When they say they will call back and do not forget it . I would not even attempt to go there .
