Jonathan was outstanding. My I-Pace was there for 34 days and during that time he took all of my phone calls, gave me updates via text message, and made sure that my vehicle was completely fixed before getting my car back to me. His customer service was exceptional, and I really appreciate his efforts. So far all is well on day 2. Thanks Jaguar Sudbury!

I am very dissatisfied. I dropped off my xk with a convertable top issue. After 5 weeks and no call i finally reached someone after 3 attempts only to be told they did not have anyone familiar with convertables . I picked up the car the next day only to have it be dead in my garage in the morning. After conversations with customer service i had it towed to jaguar in Norwood and after 5 more weeks they found a loose connector. After reseating the connector the car started and they are charging me 2100 for the diagnostics. This was obviously caused by the technician in Sudbury who was attenpting the repair. Jaguar has told me i am out of luck. I must pay the 2100 and now proceed with the origional top repair. I did not expect this level of issues. Very poor service. Still not repaired but out several months and 2100.

I had a great experience at the Sudbury dealership! The staff was very supportive, attentive, and focused on getting things done the right way. I specially want to give a shoutout to Tom and Lawrence, who went above and beyond to ensure that everything went as smoothly as possible. They provided exceptional service and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Very welcoming and accommodating when I was scheduling. I had annual service done on my XE and they notified me the cooling manifold was leaking (I suspected this, and it's a common issue on these). The work involved in swapping this (removing the supercharger) and extra parts replaced with the job almost amounts to an entire new cooling system so no surprise it was expensive, but Bryson worked with me on the price and I left very happy. They also vacuumed my floor and cleaned my rubber mats which was a nice little extra touch. Overall very satisfied with the experience.

The wait to get the car in was a little long probably because they re the best.Jonathan was excellent in keeping me informed on the repairs and how he handled everything was top notch, the work that was done was of exceptional quality, they even cleaned my floor mats. I m extremely impressed with the overall experience!

I ve had wonderful experiences at JLR Sudbury. Jonathan and Caleb are both super helpful and make the entire experience seamless. After annual maintenance and a few other items my F-Type is running better than ever. Thank you!!

For a low battery sign it took 8 days to get back. The worst part that I was kept in the dark and never able to talk to anyone during my wait. Their excuse was oh I was on vacation. So until that guy came back, I did not get my car. Unacceptable!!! No customer service. Will not bring the car back there again. What if it was something more serious then a battery? Wait a month?

This was our first experience at Jaguar Land, Rover in Sudbury, and we were very pleased! Everybody that we dealt with, and talked to was kind and professional. They turned our car around very quickly for a full yearly service.

Was In and out for my annual service, everyone was super friendly. I do feel like there was a lack communication on what was involved in the service beside an oil change. Besides that everything went smoothly and pretty fast

Amr at Jaguar- Land Rover Sudbury was amazing!! He was super thorough throughout the entire time. His professionalism was one like none other. He made sure every question or concern I had was answered. I would highly recommend him when purchasing your next vehicle.

I have an older Jaguar, there were issues with the vehicle when I was informed by Ryan, " your all set to pick up you're vehicle". After one month of being at the dealership. As soon as I phoned Ryan he and Aya who is the service manager took my vehicle back in and they were very cooperative on getting the issues corrected and gave me a loaner. I must say that both Ryan and Aya handled the situation superbly. I hope all turns out well for me with the service shop, and the tech who worked on my vehicle... Thank you Ryan and to Aya the Service manager

Services performed that I did not ask for, and said that I didn't need. Told me there were mechanical issues that need work and the service report said the opposite. No response from Service Manager when I reached out for an explanation.

It was quite poor to say the least. I spoke to the general manager and to the service manager and if they are unable to make improvements in the total service, from reception on up, then they need to bring in an outside person to coordinate the multiple customer service problems

What makes a good dealer is the service department, I called yesterday for engine error, they asked me when I can bring the car, my answer tomorrow, I was at the dealer at 7am today, I was greeted with my service adviser Bryson , I felt like I am the only customer, Vern the tech came in to ask me if I want him to take care other problems, Vern has been working on all my Jaguars since the 1994, he is wow the best, by 8:30 the problem solved, Aya the service director came to talk to me if I am happy with the service, wow wow they are the best of the best thank you all.
