I worked with Jacob to buy a car for my son at Sturbridge Motors. Great customer service, genuine, upfront & honest. Jacob went out of his way to-be-sure I was aligned with him on the costs and exceeded my expectations to prepare the vehicle. A great car buying experience :)

This was my first car buying experience and initially I was very overwhelmed, however once I met with Jacob everything went so smoothly. He went above a beyond in every aspect and I HIGHLY recommend him and Sturbridge Motors to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle !

Need a good car, Hassle-free easy-going place? Go talk to Jacob cardinals, and he will help u find. a good car... I honestly don't like car salesman but he is beyond a car salesman. He's more of a friend. Easy, go person had the best experience ever. I will recommend anybody to go get a car from here. Thank you, Jacob....

I had been driving around in my old '94 Ford Taurus for the last year or so. It was very old and unreliable, and had problem after problem after problem. My friend recommended Sturbridge Motors to me and that they had a good little selection. I called them up and Jacob quickly became my buddy...He got me into my 2015 Chevy Cruze in about 3 weeks, if that. Jacob was along side of me throughout the entire process and was SO HELPFUL as well as professional! I can't imagine getting into a car as quickly or efficiently with anyone else. He even helped get my car insurance over the phone through a three way phone call as well as sent someone to pick me up and bring me to my new car once the plates were registered. I'm still currently in contact with Jacob and keep him updated on my car. He is a genuinely sweet guy and my new car is beautiful! Thank you so much Jacob (and Freddy)

We had purchased a used jeep for our daughter's first car, there were a couple of small issues that Mark the owner worked with us to get them taken care of,,Mark also went above and beyond what he needed to do to help us take care of the issues,,We highly recommend this place of business.
