Wow best showers and experience at any if not all truck stops. Please teach others to preform at a lightning fast turnaround time. Yes this place deserves every star!!!

Everything was fine except the showers. I arrive super late and am exhausted but need a shower and I go into my shower and it was not cleaned at all. The previous guys old wet towels were still on the floor and everything. So if you are just stopping for snacks or a rest sure but I wouldn't recommend the showers.

Wow, this store is fantastic, friendly staff, knowledgeable staff, and respectful staff willing to help out. The store itself has really everything you need plus more. It's really a truck hub. But people who need gas are welcome. Wheelchair accessible bathrooms kind of clean and handicap accessible.

Nice pilot but because of the area, the semi parking is a nightmare. Lots of "newcomers" in the industry . Reserve parking a day early if you want to park and be prepared to knock on doors early in the morning for the creative parking non English speaking steering wheel holders. Good luck

This place is very convenient to get on and off the highway quickly. The subway inside is very clean, and everything always seems fresh. Cinnabon speaks for itself. Always delicious. Pilot itself sells homemade style meals. They have chicken wings and other quick things to grab. If I were a trucker, this would be the place to stop. They have showers, laundry, gifts, and essentials for life on the road.

***VERY TIGHT, NARROW FUEL LANES, RV's OR VEHICLES PULLING TRAILERS USE EXTREME CAUTION***Good competitive prices. Tiny little convenience store. For a better selection you'll have to go over to the truck stop side. Also the rest rooms here are tiny, single person joints.This is basically just a gas and go spot. Grab your gas and go somewhere else to do what you gotta do.

Really busy place lot fills up quick and usually 2 or 3 deep in the fuel island.. facilities and showers clean hot deli is kept up fresh.. management does a decent job at this one with a lot of volume in and out..

Even though they are on the GasBuddy app, your card won't work here and therefore you will not get the 10 cent per gallon discount deal. The convenience store is several steps up from the tiny one it replaced. Why is there no roller grill??

Open 24hrs very clean and the lighting is nice and bright. The restrooms are very clean!!

I literally love the people here such great energy I never could had ask for a better group of employees to help me with a better stay.I wanna thank Barbara Joe & Trinity, truly sent from Heaven. This Pilot brings me a lot of great memories. Because in 2013 when I started drinking, Me and my cuz Jupiny use to stay there after we came from picking up some where in that area. It was very small therefore very difficult for us as rockys to park our truck, we always got frustrated but aster a lot of time, belive me a lot of time trying. We made it!!! This is how this pilot looks like today.

Extremely clean and spacious showers and lots of food of food options that all looked good. The Beef pot roast was pretty good. My gripe is that 3/4 of the lot is reserved parking. You cannot get a spot anywhere near the building without shelling out $20. They have to reach into our wallets because truck drivers apparently just haven't given them enough money yet.

The fuel aisles are situated in such a way that the line of trucks waiting to fuel blocks the parking spaces. The showers are clean.

The store is good.The parking atroshis.Dropped trailers everywhere3/4 reserved parking .Tried to get parking here more than once.Haven't been able unless you want to pay.With the parking in Massachusetts as bad as it is you would think a pilot would be fare about it.

Will stop fueling from here because every time drivers finish fueling, they blocked Lane for an hr. Someone has to stop drivers from this bad attitude

Always congested considering it s the only Pilot within a million mile radius!Showers are ok. Same stuff as a modern Pilot./FJ. They have subway which I stopped eating 12 years ago.

I like Pilots, but this is very tight small place that is very busy, always crowded, hard to maneuver to get in with all the trucks parked on the wrong places blocking the flow is traffic, at times there can be long waits to pump fuel, but all in all it is a nice stop at certain hours of the day. New truck drivers are rude so truck stops are becoming very rude places.

Great place to stop while in a road trip! Good selection of the treats your inner 12 year-old enjoys. Cashier was friendly and helpful, as well.

We had an early morning breakfast with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage gravy and hashbrowns. The food was luke warm and we both had stomach issues soon after. We gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because the server was friendly.

I go to several different Pilots when working or traveling. This one is a busy one off I84 in CT/Mass. border just in Mass. The Bathrooms were OK. But not real clean. Sinks were a mess. But I understand if busy rush, but it was 345am on a Tuesday. I don't know of they were short staffed or not. Big store in this one. I'll go back and check it out when I have more time.
