What an experience..The lady in the office is a Sweetless heartless with touch of racism ( you will pretty much never forget in your life). The attitude, demeanor, racist tone is just the cherry on top.Having your car towed away for multiple reasons, might be the lowest point in anybody s life. Having to go through aftermath with ppl like the lady makes the whole experience terrible. The management of the interstate towing service, you guys should definitely retrain this employee..So we get there at 10:30 AM , there is no one in the office. So we call the number in the door. A lady pick up and says OK. I will be there in 10 minutes.. yeah we waited for 10 minutes probably 15. Then a lady just comes in through the other door and just started working on the paperwork and etc. etc we were very calm we waited probably she starting up the computer and doing some paperwork. She made us wait maybe 25 minutes. And she was taking calls from other customers, while she not even acknowledge of our presence. After waiting for this long, a white guy open the door and she immediately said hey, I will be right there, we were like wow, we have been waiting here for the past 25 minutes, and this lady did not even say a single word of acknowledgment of our presence..Instead of stating clearly what paperwork she needs to release the car. She will question you with a tone authority. Bring this paper or bring that paper, she wouldn t even let you finish. Even to Tell her that we have the paperwork she was stating, provided didn t she ask us for the same..I truly understand the complexity of the process and peoples emotion in the process. Management staff or a person like this will Make the ordeal much more worse for a customer .Definitely multiple sessions of training may need for this particular employee. As long as this lady is in the office, if you have any option, don t use this towing services.

A one star doesn't do this justice .Extremely poor business practices. Hit a pot hole on rt 90 and ended up Calling for services. When service arrived the operator states he can't change the tire on the breakdown lane and needs to move the car to a" safe " area . I assumed it was all part of the service .. when I get hit with an additional 149.00 towing charge when ask why this was not disclosed prior to towing it 200 ft I was told that if refused to pay they would impound the car!Not sure how to classify this type of business practices predatory come to mind !! But really 250 to change a tire !!

The lady who works in customer service is the rudest person I've ever met, she didn't even get up from her chair to explain to me how to get my car out of here, this company is a real mafia. He's going to hold my car until tomorrow just to get more money from me. really shady business practices. Supposedly they work 24/7 but they can't get my car out of here until tomorrow.

We were involved in very bad accident on the Pike today, Mayo and Joslin were top shelf and super helpful and made us feel at ease while we were still shaking from the accident.Thanks for making a difficult day a wee bit easier.Thanks James and Jacqueline

The lady in the front is the most rudest, racist, nastiest person I ever met. The minute I walked in to claim my car she was very hostile and gave so much attitude. She s lucky she stood behind the counter the whole time. For everything they wanted to charge extra fees. Bad communication & the worst experience.

Sysco tower me tonight from Sturbridge to Eastford CT. I couldn't have asked for better service and a better communicator after a long hard day. He's a great employee and I hope his value is recognized. From today going forward I will use and recommend interstate towing. Somebody please buy Sysco a beer and let him know that he's a valued member of your staff

Horrible experience. The woman in the front is incredibly rude. Did not greet nor make eye contact when she came in.Our car was towed here and there for 82 days as we were trying to get the funds to both register the vehicle and pay the RIDOCULOUS fees. After this amount of time, our balance was at a little over 3,200 (again for LESS than 3 months of our call being there)We spoke to Stephen and came to an agreement to pay $2,000 to get our car. When we arrive with the money in hand, they, tell us they want our title as well for that amount.This was something never discussed and sprung upon us when we arrived. The nasty women in the front did not even make eye contact. Kenan was extremely rude and lied about what was said on a phone call.At the end of the day this a predatory service that preys on people who are experiencing hardship. It s a joke and I PRAY no one ever needs to get their car towed here.

Called at 9:45 am to tow my car 3 miles away to a shop. Was told would be picked up within the hour, an hour and a half later I call to get an update, was told they where busy with something on the pike and would be at my car in 25-30 Mins max. At 12:45 I call again to be told they wouldn't be able to come until later in the evening. I waited for 3 hours with two small children. Called cruise control and they picked up my car within 15 min of my call for $50 cheaper then what I was quoted from interstate.

Worst service! Terrible customer service. Brought my AAA tow to their tow yard instead of to my house and walked out refusing to release my car leaving no one at the office to help. Charged full price for the tow instead of running my AAA account per the tow truck drivers "order". Woman in the office was mean and nasty walked out refusing to help, was shouting and swearing at my grandmother and me. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY! TRIES TO SCAM CUSTOMERS! WILL NOT BE USING MY AAA AS LONG AS THIS COMPANY IS DOING THE TOW. Woman from their office continued to send me nasty messages claiming it was our fault when the police said they would wait for the tow and for my grandmother to get off the busy highway. It would be very helpful if education is provided to your drivers around what a yield sign means and how to merge into traffic when exiting 84. I was almost run off the road this morning by a driver merging onto Rte 20. Instead of him yielding he kept going at his high rate of speed which forced me into the other lane. Thankfully there was no one in the lane or i would have been at fault for lane violation. Not only did your driver not follow basic traffic rules, he then proceeded to flip me off. Part of me wanted to follow him and provide education myself, however i decided to be the bigger person and continue in to work.

Myself and my girlfriend were there for approximately 12 hours on Christmas Eve. Spent $309 to get my car. Plus, the whole time we were there not one of the employees asked if we needed food, water, etc. I was told that there was no restaurants or stores in the area, but in fact there was just a bit down the road. The building in which we were waiting was poorly heated, and it was freezing outside. Basically we were treated like unwanted animals. Very cruel conditions. Merry Christmas.

The estimated time of arrival was changed due to a previous call taking a bit longer but they were more than acceptable and letting me know an updating me on the amount of time they were held up and when they were to arrive. The driver was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and was able to get the car loaded up and out of my way in a more than timely manner. I would absolutely use the company again and I have nothing bad to say at this time about them thank you for the toeService: Car towing

Driver was exceptional! He had to bring my car 170 miles to get it home after it was stolen and left undriveable. We left it in his care and he treated it like it was his own. Thank you to him and everyone else who took part in doing what needed to be done to accomplish the task.

ZERO STARS. THEY LEFT ME ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD STRANDED IN AN RV BECAUSE THE DRIVE WAS AFRAID TO TOUCH MY DUALLY REAR END. I TOLD HIM TO LET ME BORROW THE JACK AND ILL DO IT MYSELF. HE DROVE AWAY AND GAVE ME NO HELP OR ADVICE.MY JAW WAS ON THE GROUND!!!!!!!ALSO, THE DRIVE AND DISPATCH WERE VERY VERY RUDE FROM THE BEGINNING AND ONLY SEEMED TO CARE ABOUT MONEY. Excellent job. Driver had no trouble getting the car while I'm camping. Was friendly knowledgeable and professional. Arrived sooner than expected. Took great care of my car and my concerns. We were involved in a multi vehicle accident on I-90. Interstate was quickly on the scene, cleared the roadway and got us to the Sturbridge yard. Our tow operator was calm, patient and professional in answering questions and dealing with logistics and paperwork. Our car was safely towed to our repair shop later that afternoon. Highly recommend this company and our tow operator. Well done.Services: Car towing, Long distance hauling

The driver came was very professional and super helpful when my battery died. Definitely went extra mile to make sure that he could help me out. After trying to deal with the problem all day he showed up and was a miracle worker! Driver s name was Caine and hope his superiors know he did an A+ job.

I was on my way to work when my tire blew on the highway. Not only did they tow my car off the highway so that the driver could safely change my tire but they made sure I was safe too!!! They were quick, professional and got me up and running again safely along with making me smile and laugh!!! Great job guys and I can't thank you enough!!!!!

Driver was very professional and polite. I Couldn't ask for better service during a stressful time, the driver had to bring my car 130 miles and never once acted like it was a problem for him. He was a very nice guy. Thank you for the excellent service.

Our driver (David) was professional in his work and demeanor. He stated his goal was to do what was best possible for us the customer. He provided different options for our vehicle delivery and even try to call a friend to fix our van. He delivered us to our destination without issues. Highly recommend! You may meet as strangers but you will leave as friends with Interstate Towing.

Jeramy was fantastic I believe his number was 335 but I could be wrong. Regardless he made my autistic 3-year-old and I feel extremely safe and calmed me down from my panic attack. I highly recommend this company especially if all of their drivers are half as empathetic and understanding as this man.

Worst experience ever! Very unprofessional. My car was towed her on a Friday. I called they told me my car was not there. I finally called back on Friday & explained I spoke with the state trooper & it was towed there. They said it was & they were sorry. I come to pickup my car nobody s is in the office .. when I was told someone would be here 24 hrs a day.. I drove an hour away & called them to see why I ve been waiting an hour. I was very rudely told there was an accident & that s life get over it. Wow!! I truly don t know how this place still is in business.. I hear horrible things & how crooked they r & they charged me 600$. Definitely use Cjs towing very professional & reliable these people are crooks!!Service: Car towing

When my car didn t want to start this morning i did not know what to do. I finally decided I needed to call a towing company, but which one? I was a little hesitant on doing so because I had a really bad experience with a towing company when i needed their services for my old car. I called and I do not regret it. My driver was Dan I believe. He made my whole experience pleasant, he got my vehicle to the destination with care and was an amicable individual from the beginning. You can tell he enjoys his job! We need more people like him in this world. A little goes a long way! In the future I definitely will be using interstate towing. Service: Car towing
