Went to get an inspection sticker. I was told I would fail because of a license plate that was faded?. I was told they had to send pictures of the plates to the rmv. No picture taken of the car before me. If you didn't want to do the inspection just say so. Went 5 minutes down the road. No issues and passed.

This is one of my go to gas stations. It's super clean and new. The workers are friendly. There still working on getting everything together as being a new store. It's convenient leaving town to pull in and out quickly. The bathrooms are very clean. There's a area to walk dogs or just stretch out for a few. Mr. Edward's is competitive in local gas prices and usually one of the cheaper spots to stop for quality gas.

I was driving home for Christmas when my alternator blew. I got in at 3 PM the Friday before Christmas, and they worked hard, ordered the part that day and had it all fixed by 11 PM the next day (Saturday Dec. 23rd). I can make it home for Christmas now. Thanks!

Edward's to the rescue again!!! My daughter was headed home from college for the weekend when her tire pressure light came on. With 3 hours, at least, of the trip still to go she stopped to have the station check to see what problem was. She remembered the Edward's as the place we had my car towed to, on move out day, a year and an half earlier, when my fuel pump went suddenly. At the time they went above and beyond getting my car repaired, even coming in on Saturday so my husband and daughter could finally get home. Again today, they got her all set and sent her on her way. Thanks for giving this momma peace of mind.

Made an appointment for inspection sticker and oil change, they took none of my info, get there and they couldn't do the oil change. I left and won't be back.

My check engine light came on as I was passing through Massachusetts going from Maine to Ohio with my dog. The mechanic was extremely polite. He not only fixed the car but he checked everything. It was the cheapest and best service I've ever received. In addition, they were completely accepting of my dog. Thank you. I made it to Ohio without further problems.

Kind staff and cheap gas, but their auto body hours are different than their gas station ones, so keep that in mind. Just because the business is open doesn't mean that the auto body is here. Since the auto body wasn't open when I went, I can't speak for their quality.

Unprofessional, non-existent communication most of the time and are not focused on making the life of the customer easy, or simple at all. Let my car sit for 2 days in the same spot out front before they even looked at it, not informing me when I dropped it off Saturday morning they were busy until the afternoon and can't legally do inspections until Monday and are closed Sunday. Didn't even warn me I could possibly be without a vehicle till the next day, just never contacted me and I couldn't reach them because I was unaware the shop closed at a different I'm than the store and was closed on Sundays until lookin it up again. Would never return and recommended others try a different shop first.Edit: 6-months later I've found out they destroyed the underneath of my car jimmy-rigging a used exhaust assembly to it and destroyed my catalytic converter. Will be seeking further reprucussions towards this business, DO NOT! Trust this business with your vehicle!

Week of 4th of July I had a misfire in one of the cylinders of my mazda. I stopped by to see if there was any availability in the shop. The receptionist was super friendly and all smiles. She provided me with all contact information including personal phone numbers for the owner. Within 3 hours, I had spark plugs and ignition coil replaced. One of the best experiences with a mechanic I have ever had. I will definitely be recommending this location. I have a 2000 mile trip planned in 3 days that I almost had to cancel. Props to Edy and his team for being speedy thorough and professional.

I would like to not only take the time to "Thank" the professional people at Edwards Auto for giving my dads truck an emissions test (passed by the way); but to say thank you from the start when I first called to ask questions (as I'm from CT and have my dads truck), as I got there the mechanics were both helpful and very professional (sorry for repeating myself) but we all must give thanks for those that help us complete the things we all need to do, "Thank You"!

I am the cashier here and I just wanted to say thank you to all our customers. We know the staffing issue and construction can be a bit tough to cope with, but we appreciate each and every one of you. I'm always happy to help with anything! Just stop by! Just had car inspected on Thursday 8/18. Young man told me that there was a front end issue and encouraged me to talk to the mechanic. I said I d have my brother-in-law take a look as he s my mechanic. Good thing I did. He found no issue at all. Then he had his co-worker look at it to make absolutely sure. He also found no problem. My brother-in-law told us that many places are doing this, lying to make money on false repairs. Don t know if that s what happened to me. But v I can tell you one thing for sure: I will never frequent your business again for anything and will encourage others to avoid you too.Jim Fontaine, Brimfield MA

SACAM!!!!!!!I went with my daughter to get an a inspection first time they told me it failed because of 3 problems my machine fixed all 3 problems and I went back to get it re inspected and they wanted to keep adding more stuff and that they will fix the new problems they made up after I went the second time they just want to keep failing people so the shop can keep making money out of you.. I wouldn t recommend you coming here if you don t want to be scammed

Good gas price but that's about it. Get your car fixed or inspected somewhere else more competent. The guy doing inspections likes to nitpick and give out stickers based on his mood. He doesn't know the difference between a weep and a leak in a hydraulic system either so that should tell you enough about how good he is at his job. Just get your gas here and leave.

They are wonderful, I heard a clunking and called they got me in within 5 minutes, my tire was about to fall off from a recent tire rotation at one of those terrible stay in your car auto oil change places, and Russel took care of it quickly keeping me safe. 100% recommend Edward s

Excellent service, great gas prices and no nonsense repairs. Staff is friendly and helpful. These people found the problem with my car and fixed it immediately and didn't charge me for half the labor they did. Really great place. Can't wait to see what they do with the place next.

DO NOT GET YOU CAR SERVICED HEREI dropped my car off Sunday night, I was told it would be looked at Monday morning. Monday comes around and there is no phone call. I call them and I get no answer. I go by the shop and my car is still outside not touched . So I stopped by to talk to the mechanic to get some information about what's going on but he was so rude to me. He said he doesn't know what's going on, he doesn't know anything, and walked away from me abruptly.I ended up towing my car out of there. Never heard from them again.

I had a very good experience at Edwards . I brought my 2014 BMW here with a check eng. light after bringing it to a different shop prior where they were unable to fix. I had Eddy the owner take my car in and do a diagnostic and found out that my car had a loose vacuum hose. He was able to fix the problem quickly and only charged me half an hour labor and reset my light for free! Never had any trouble after that. Eddy is a very good and honest technician I would highly recommend bringing your vehicle here. Thank you Edwards!

Old Fashioned Service with a modern touch. Great place to gas up and/or get repairs done if needed. Its not only a Full Service Station but its also a State Vehicle Inspection Station.This place is all you need to keep your car moving on down the road.

Everytime I needed service done showing up with no appointment they still squeezed my vehicle in. Nice. Honest workers and they are who I prefere and also their garage in sturbridge I had been there plenty of times drove in needing a sticker or oil change and I got lucky and got taken care of immediately. Actually I need to return tomorrow im due for a sticker lmao m

I had the BEST experience here this afternoon. The gentleman who helped me was so friendly and really went above and beyond to make sure I had a positive outcome, when he really didn't have to. In our conversation I mentioned that I am new to the area and he was helpful with suggestions. I will definitely be back.
