Larry and Scott are very trustworthy and thorough. They have looked after our two cars for many years and I highly recommend them. Larry & Scott have always treated us fairly when servicing our two cars for years (and years). A few times I have asked to look at something, and they said it was nothing and didn't charge me. The exhaust needed to be replaced on one of our cars, and they referred me to another company that specialized in it, as they could do it better than cheaper. They have earned our trust & business.

Finally an auto repair shop you can trust. They treat your car like their own. They diagnosed my car problem with computer technology, showed me via email and photos what the problem was and then quoted a fair price using quality parts and very reasonable labor rates. At my request, they also checked belts and hoses so I wouldn't end up at the side of the road. It is unusual to deal directly with the person who is making the repair rather than the car "going behind the curtain" and who know who is doing the work. True transparency.I will be regularly taking in my cars to Scott and Larry and will recommend them whenever the opportunity arises. Thanks guys!

I went in because of badly dented rim to my tire [which was bald & needed to be replaced anyway] I was thinking the cheapest I'm going to pay is going to be $200.00 at least. I was told by Larry if the rim was aluminum, it was going to have to be at least $300.00 but if the rim was steel, he could fix the dents & just replace the tire. I really appreciated his honesty. Thank God, the rim was steel & just needed fixing & all I was charged was $129.99!!! Yoo Hooo!! That REALLY made my MONTH!! After 2 weeks of riding up & down 128 while under construction really did a job on my tires [& rim] I thought it was going to be a pretty expensive job. Thank God it wasn't. They were very friendly & polite & I got out of there in under an hour on a Friday so I'm happy about that! Thanks guys! Recommending you to family & friends.

I didn't go here for service, so can't speak on that. But I accidently parked my car at their garage bay thinking it was another one I had intended to go to. I was there for 5 minutes and one of the mechanics comes out screaming and cursing at me, threatening to "break" my car for parking there. Honest mistake and I was apologizing and instantly went to move my car and he continually berated me, cursing me out all the way until I was back on the street. Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional behavior, if their goal is to turn away customers, then keep it up! Ridiculous to yell at a young adult continuously when all I was doing was apologizing for the misunderstanding.

Scott and Larry do great work and take care of their customers. A mechanic you trust is gold and these guys have done right by me for 15 years.
